(3)将桃花和玉蝴蝶花粉碎,得花粉;
(4)向混合粉中接入直投式乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40~45℃的恒温箱中,发酵6~8小时,80~90℃加热处理20~30分钟,灭菌,防止发酵过度,口味过酸,同时又进行糊化处理,得混合发酵粉;
(5)待混合发酵粉的温度降至40~50℃时,将溶菌酶和茄瓜芦荟浆加入混合发酵粉中,搅拌均匀,加入花粉,混合均匀,再加入胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,18~23MPa条件下,均质2次,40~45℃放置2~3小时,进行老化,得米粉团;
(6)将米粉团按照米线加工的常规工艺进行自熟,成丝,老化,水洗,松丝;
(7)干燥,切段,称重,速食包装。
所述步骤7)的速食包装,是在包装内放入调味料包,口味包括番茄味、牛肉味、海鲜味、咖喱味和烧烤味,但每种口味的包装都放入醋包,消费者可自行选择是否放醋。
茄瓜,具有高蛋白、低糖、低脂外,还富含维生素C,以及多种人体所必需的微量元素,尤其是硒、钙的含量大大地高于其他的果实和蔬菜。因此茄瓜有抗癌、抗衰老、降血压、降血糖、消炎、补钙、美容等功能
芦荟,含有芦荟素、芦荟大黄素、芦荟多糖、芦荟酊、芦荟米酊、芦荟乌辛、蒽醌类物质、维生素、酶、有机酸和树脂,可增强体质,杀菌抗炎,湿润美容,促进伤口愈合,抗肿瘤,解毒,抗衰老,防晒,防虫,防腐,防臭。
桃花,富含有山奈酚、香、豆精、三叶豆甙、维生素和微量元素,这些物质能疏通经络,扩张末梢毛血管,改善血液循环,促进皮肤营养和氧供给,滋润皮肤,防止色素在皮肤内慢性沉淀,有效地清除体表中有碍美容的黄褐斑、雀斑、黑斑。

胶原蛋白,使皮肤保水能力增加,加强保湿效果,微血管扩张,调整皮肤表层油脂成适当量,使组织结合紧密,维持光滑。

本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种养颜护肤米线及其制备方法,方法简单,易于操作;将米粉进行轻微的乳酸发酵,增加保健成分,使营养成分由大分子转变为小分子,易于消化吸收,同时使米粉的质构发生改变,使米线具有很好的弹性、爽滑性和较少断线率;加入养颜美容的食材和营养元素,营养全面,能够明显提高米线的排毒养颜效果,同时能够增强抵抗力,延缓衰老;加入的食材口味清淡,只增加花香,不会影响米线的口感;米线中加入溶菌酶,不添加任何防腐剂,能够进行天然防腐抗菌,改变消费者“米线有毒,危害健康”的意识,货架期长,安全,健康。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种养颜护肤米线,由以下重量份的原料制成:白粳米80、黑糯米25、茄瓜10、芦荟10、桃花8、玉蝴蝶花8、胶原蛋白3、马铃薯淀粉3、直投式乳酸菌0.6、谷胱甘肽0.6、溶菌酶0.03、水20。
一种养颜护肤米线的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)将白粳米和黑糯米进行过筛,除杂,粉碎,过80目筛,得米粉,加入水和马铃薯淀粉,常温浸泡5小时,进行磨浆,使米粉和马铃薯淀粉混合均匀,得混合粉;
(2)将茄瓜和芦荟除杂,洗净,打浆,过80目筛,得茄瓜芦荟浆;
(3)将桃花和玉蝴蝶花粉碎,得花粉;
(4)向混合粉中接入直投式乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40℃的恒温箱中,发酵6小时,80℃加热处理20分钟,灭菌,防止发酵过度,口味过酸,同时又进行糊化处理,得混合发酵粉;
(5)待混合发酵粉的温度降至40℃时,将溶菌酶和茄瓜芦荟浆加入混合发酵粉中,搅拌均匀,加入花粉,混合均匀,再加入胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,18MPa条件下,均质2次,40℃放置2小时,进行老化,得米粉团;

实施例2
一种养颜护肤米线,由以下重量份的原料制成:白粳米85、黑糯米28、茄瓜11、芦荟11、桃花9、玉蝴蝶花9、胶原蛋白4、马铃薯淀粉4、直投式乳酸菌0.7、谷胱甘肽0.7、溶菌酶0.04、水23。
一种养颜护肤米线的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)将白粳米和黑糯米进行过筛,除杂,粉碎,过90目筛,得米粉,加入水和马铃薯淀粉,常温浸泡6小时,进行磨浆,使米粉和马铃薯淀粉混合均匀,得混合粉;
(2)将茄瓜和芦荟除杂,洗净,打浆,过90目筛,得茄瓜芦荟浆;
(3)将桃花和玉蝴蝶花粉碎,得花粉;
(4)向混合粉中接入直投式乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于43℃的恒温箱中,发酵7小时,85℃加热处理25分钟,灭菌,防止发酵过度,口味过酸,同时又进行糊化处理,得混合发酵粉;
(5)待混合发酵粉的温度降至45℃时,将溶菌酶和茄瓜芦荟浆加入混合发酵粉中,搅拌均匀,加入花粉,混合均匀,再加入胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,20MPa条件下,均质2次,43℃放置2.5小时,进行老化,得米粉团;
(6)将米粉团按照米线加工的常规工艺进行自熟,成丝,老化,水洗,松丝;
(7)干燥,切段,称重,速食包装,含有醋包和海鲜味料包。
实施例3
一种养颜护肤米线,由以下重量份的原料制成:白粳米90、黑糯米30、茄瓜12、芦荟12、桃花10、玉蝴蝶花10、胶原蛋白5、马铃薯淀粉5、直投式乳酸菌0.8、谷胱甘肽0.8、溶菌酶0.05、水25。
一种养颜护肤米线的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)将白粳米和黑糯米进行过筛,除杂,粉碎,过100目筛,得米粉,加入水和马铃薯淀粉,常温浸泡8小时,进行磨浆,使米粉和马铃薯淀粉混合均匀,得混合粉;
(2)将茄瓜和芦荟除杂,洗净,打浆,过100目筛,得茄瓜芦荟浆;
(3)将桃花和玉蝴蝶花粉碎,得花粉;
(4)向混合粉中接入直投式乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于45℃的恒温箱中,发酵8小时,90℃加热处理30分钟,灭菌,防止发酵过度,口味过酸,同时又进行糊化处理,得混合发酵粉;
(5)待混合发酵粉的温度降至50℃时,将溶菌酶和茄瓜芦荟浆加入混合发酵粉中,搅拌均匀,加入花粉,混合均匀,再加入胶原蛋白和谷胱甘肽,23MPa条件下,均质2次,45℃放置3小时,进行老化,得米粉团;
(6)将米粉团按照米线加工的常规工艺进行自熟,成丝,老化,水洗,松丝;
(7)干燥,切段,称重,速食包装,含有醋包和烧烤味料包。
对比例
市售普通米线。
实施例和对比例米线的感官评定指标:
对实施例和对比例米线进行感官评定指标的测定,结果如表1。

从表1能够看出,实施例的养颜护肤米线具有发酵香和花瓣的香味,浅***,粗细和色泽均匀,爽滑性、弹性好,微酸适口,不黏牙,食用方便,口味丰富,方便、卫生、健康。
实施例和对比例米线的养颜护肤功能的比较:
有效:痤疮、粉刺、弹性减弱、无光泽、皮下组织减少、皮肤松驰、色素增多、色斑等症状减轻;
无效:痤疮、粉刺、弹性减弱、无光泽、皮下组织减少、皮肤松驰、色素增多、色斑等症状不变或更加严重。
随机选择有痤疮症状的患者400位,随机分为4组,每组100人;随机选择有衰老症状的患者400位,随机分为4组,每组100人;随机选择有色斑症状的患者400位,随机分为4组,每组100人;所有患者在受试期间不刻意使用解决皮肤问题的护肤品,每天只进行常规的护肤,每人每餐各食用米线一份,受试时间为40天,受试前后拍照进行对比;实施例和对比例米线的养颜护肤结果见表2。

从表2能够看出,实施例的养颜护肤米线具有明显的排毒和养颜护肤效果,对肌肤常见的痤疮、衰老及色斑症状都有一定的减缓和改善效果,长期食用会对肌肤进行一定的修复。
Claims (3)
1.一种养颜护肤米线,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:白粳米80~90、黑糯米25~30、茄瓜10~12、芦荟10~12、桃花8~10、玉蝴蝶花8~10、胶原蛋白3~5、马铃薯淀粉3~5、直投式乳酸菌0.6~0.8、谷胱甘肽0.6~0.8、溶菌酶0.03~0.05、水20~25。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种养颜护肤米线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白粳米和黑糯米进行过筛,除杂,粉碎,过80~100目筛,得米粉,加入水和马铃薯淀粉,常温浸泡5~8小时,进行磨浆,使米粉和马铃薯淀粉混合均匀,得混合粉;
(2)将茄瓜和芦荟除杂,洗净,打浆,过80~100目筛,得茄瓜芦荟浆;
(3)将桃花和玉蝴蝶花粉碎,得花粉;
(4)向混合粉中接入直投式乳酸菌,混合均匀,置于40~45℃的恒温箱中,发酵6~8小时,80~90℃加热处理20~30分钟,灭菌,防止发酵过度,口味过酸,同时又进行糊化处理,得混合发酵粉;

3.如权利要求2所述的一种养颜护肤米线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤7)的速食包装,是在包装内放入调味料包,口味包括番茄味、牛肉味、海鲜味、咖喱味和烧烤味,但每种口味的包装都放入醋包,消费者可自行选择是否放醋。
