挥发性物质释放装置和方法
技术领域
本发明一般涉及挥发性物质释放装置和方法,尤其涉及一种包括外封体和内封体的挥发性物质释放装置,以及一种挥发性物质释放方法。其中,所述内封体至少具有一个预留孔,所述预留孔可引起该内封体破裂,从而释放所述挥发性物质。
背景技术
将香料、精油、杀虫剂等多种挥发性物质放置于各式各样的容器中,以控制挥发性物质所散发蒸气的释放,从而达到清新空气、除臭、实施芳香疗法、净化空气、清洁空气、驱虫或杀虫等目的。所述挥发性物质一般以液态或固态形式存在。
现有技术中此类容器中的一个例子为由非织造材料制成的囊式容器(见图1和图2)。该囊式容器不能抵御液体,因此其内所盛挥发性物质限于干燥固体。否则,有可能发生液体成分渗漏或玷污囊体材料的问题。所述容器内通常设置用于吸收挥发性物质的多孔填料,如海绵、泡沫材料、软木或木材等。如上所述,由于挥发性物质必须保持干燥,所述挥发性物质在填料中的浓度保持在较低水平。在某些应用中,在聚合物树脂中掺入挥发性物质并通过注射或挤出成型将其制成珠粒。虽然此方式可提高挥发性物质的浓度,但是该浓度仍然较低且未超50%。上述挥发性物质浓度较低的问题使得此类产品的处理能力较低,也就是说,其所能处理的空间大小有限。

上述囊式及膜式容器用于汽车、衣柜和室内等狭小空间内。对于零售店、酒店大堂、写字楼或商场等较大的商业空间的空气处理,市场上存在将挥发性物质雾化为颗粒形式并将其喷洒到空气或空气管道中的机械。然而,此方式因为需要机械安装、电力以及维护,因此增加了实施成本。
因此,需要一种可解决现有技术的上述缺点并可简单经济地满足所有应用要求的新的挥发性物质释放装置。因此,本发明的目的在于创造一种高性价比的简单装置,其具有优异的储存稳定性和阻隔性能,而具有柔软性,从而可适用于包括商业应用的所有应用场合。
发明内容

优选地,所述外封体由第一层压结构制成,所述第一层压结构包括层压至所述可透蒸气材料层上的一网状材料层。所述网状材料可选自多孔纺织物或多孔塑料。优选地,所述网状材料为可使所述装置实现伪装效果的不透明材料或深色材料,例如,与该装置所用之处的通气口形成伪装。
在本发明一个极其优选的实施方式中,所述蒸气可渗透材料选自非多孔的整体材料或多微孔材料,所述多微孔材料的孔隙大小只允许蒸气分子通过。举例而言,所述整体材料为聚氨酯、共聚醚酰胺、共聚醚酯中的一种或其任意组合,所述多微孔材料为聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、析出聚氨酯中的一种或其任意组合。
根据本发明,可使用本领域已知任何合适方法层压所述网状材料层和蒸气可渗透层。所述方法的一个例子为使用以阵列形式且优选以点阵形式涂布的有利方式的粘合剂,以避免完全覆盖所述可透蒸气材料层,从而保证所述蒸气分子的充分透过。
在本发明另一个极其优选的实施方式中,所述金属箔层包括铝箔或由铝箔组成,所述可破裂材料层包括聚合物材料,且优选为由尼龙、聚酯、聚烯烃或其任意组合制成的聚合物层压结构。例如,所述聚合物层压结构通过层压聚乙烯、尼龙及聚对苯二甲酸乙酯而制成。所述聚合物材料层也可使用其他材料组合。例如,该聚合物材料层可仅由聚烯烃制成,或由聚酯和聚烯烃的组合制成,或由尼龙和聚烯烃的组合制成。
作为本发明的另一实施方式,所述第二层压结构还可以包括黏合至所述金属箔层上的一热封漆层。在此方式中,两片所述第二层压结构分别沿其热封漆层边缘加热密封,从而形成所述内封体。
优选地,所述模切线形成预留孔。为了防止所述预留孔过早开裂或以不希望的形式开裂,所述模切线上可设置一个或多个连接点,用于将模切线围成的预留孔区域与所述可破裂材料层的其余部分相连接。所述预留孔的形态可以为正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形、六边形、八边形等。
本发明还涉及一种挥发性物质释放方法,包括如下步骤:
a)提供一挥发性物质释放装置,该装置包括:
ⅰ)可透蒸气的一外封体,所述外封体由可透蒸气材料层制成;以及
ⅱ)不可透蒸气的一内封体,置于所述外封体内且形成用于容纳所述挥发性物质的一内部空间,所述内封体由第二层压结构制成,所述第二层压结构包括:
-一金属箔层,以及
-一可破裂材料层,所述可破裂材料层层压至所述金属箔层上,其中,至少一条模切线形成于所述可破裂材料层中;以及
b)通过向内封体模切线的周围区域施加一外压,以撕裂内封体,从而使得所述挥发性物质释放至外封体中并通过该外封体与周围环境实现气体或蒸气交流。
与上述现有技术装置相比,本发明的挥发性物质释放装置使用可透蒸气的外封体与具有优异耐化性及高阻隔性的不透蒸气的内封体组合,从而实现高储存稳定性,并保证所述挥发性物质具有长的货架寿命以及保证其使用前质量。所述装置只有在通过外力使内封体破裂后才能启用。通过本发明装置,可实现以高浓度向周围环境释放挥发性物质,而且由于所述内封体的非渗透性,本发明装置还可用于盛放液态纯挥发性物质。此外,本发明装置为薄型柔软装置,因此其在可应用于各种通风口的同时,不对空间设计和布局形成干扰,从而在使用后达到隐身的效果。
通过参考以下本发明及其实施方式的具体描述,并结合附图,可获得对本发明更好的理解。

具体实施方式
虽然以下通过优选实施方式对本发明进行了图示及描述,本发明装置可由多种不同材料制成多种不同结构、尺寸及形式。
现参考附图,图5以例示形式给出本发明一优选实施方式的挥发性物质释放装置100。在本实施方式中,装置100包括一外封体110,以及外封体110内的一内封体120。如图所示,内封体120完全且自由地位于外封体110所形成的空间内。
图6至图9所示为装置100的外封体110。在本实施方式中,外封体110由第一层压结构制成,所述第一层压结构包括网状材料层111,以及由耐所述挥发性物质的粘合剂113黏合至网状材料层111上的可透蒸气材料层112。如图7所示,粘合剂113以点阵的形式涂覆,以避免因覆盖可透蒸气材料层112而影响其可渗透性。本领域技术人员可设想出将所述两层保持于一起的其他适合的方法,如热粘合方法。
网状材料层111用于形成外封体110的外层,且由具有允许所述挥发性物质渗透至周围环境中的孔隙的材料制成。优选地,所述网状材料选自多孔纺织物或多孔塑料。更加优选地,所述材料为不透明或深色材料,以使其作为着色罩体,与使用有装置100的通风口形成伪装效果。此外,网状材料层111上还可打印徽标或营销信息。
当所述挥发性物质接触可透蒸气材料层112时,该层112允许所述挥发性物质的蒸气分子透过,并进而穿过网状材料层111的孔隙,以进入周围环境中。可透蒸气材料层112可由整体材料或孔隙大小只允许蒸气分子通过的多微孔材料制成。
所述整体材料可选自聚氨酯、共聚醚酰胺、共聚醚酯及其任意组合。该整体材料一般不具有孔隙,而是通过吸附及蒸发过程实现对蒸气分子的自内而外输送。此外,如US2005/0145711A1中所述,对于液体而言,即使在其与该整体材料接触的情况下,也不能渗透通过,此处,该公布文本整体援引于此,作为参考。
本发明所使用的所述多微孔材料可选自聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、析出聚氨酯及其任意组合。这些材料中均含有允许气体及蒸气分子通过的微孔。而且,由于这些材料的表面能极低,当液体与其接触时,会由于表面张力太高而令液体分子无法挤透所述微孔。
简而言之,可透蒸气材料层112的材料选择为只允许气体和蒸气分子通过而不允许液体分子通过的材料,从而避免发生渗液或玷污。
使用外封体110的所述层压结构的原因在于,可透蒸气材料层112在与某些种类的挥发性物质接触时可能因膨胀而发生变形,由于所述整体材料的耐化性比所述多微孔材料低,因此在使用该整体材料时,上述情况尤其容易发生。因此,在本发明中,网状材料层111需作为可透蒸气材料层112的支撑体,用于即使在该层112发生膨胀时仍能保持其形状不发生变形。
在所述整体材料用作可透蒸气材料层112时,已有发现证明,所述层112越薄,层112的渗透性越高。当使用热塑性聚氨酯材料时,优选厚度为约0.015~0.03mm。然而,由于薄的层意味着较为脆弱和柔软,因此处理难度较大。为实现此目的,网状材料层111为所述层112提供额外支持及保护。
一般情况下,由两片所述第一层压结构分别沿其可透蒸气材料层的边缘114加热密封后形成所述外封体,同时形成用于放置内封体120的第一空间115,如图8和图9所示。
现转至图10和图11,其所示为根据本发明一实施方式的内封体120,该内封体不能渗透挥发性物质。在本实施方式中,内封体120由第二层压结构制成,所述第二层压结构包括铝箔层121,以及层压于铝箔层121上的聚合物材料层122。聚合物材料层122既可为蒸气可渗透层,也可为蒸气不可渗透层,而所述内封体的不可渗透性由不可透蒸气的铝箔层121实现。
聚合物材料层122为可破裂层。如此,其可在外力施加时发生破裂。针对侵蚀性、腐蚀性或化学性挥发性物质,聚合物材料层122优选具有耐化性。在本发明中,聚合物材料层122可由尼龙、聚酯、聚烯烃或其任意组合形成的聚合物层压结构制成。例如,所述聚合物层压结构可通过将聚乙烯、尼龙及聚对苯二甲酸乙酯层压为多层结构而制得。
在层压所述两层121和122之前,先对可破裂聚合物材料层122实施模切处理,以在可破裂聚合物材料层122中形成一个或多个预留孔,如图10所示。具体而言,形成有一模切线124,由该模切线124定义所述预留孔。此外,很容易沿弱质线125形成撕裂线,从而形成开口。根据实际需求,可形成具有不同形态的多个预留孔。
所述模切并非贯通模切,而是在可破裂聚合物材料层122中沿模切线124形成一个或多个狭窄连接点(未图示),用于将模切线124所围成的区域与该层122的其余部分相连接。所述狭窄连接点沿模切线124规则排列。
所述模切处理完成后,即可将可破裂聚合物材料层122层压于铝箔层121之上。由于铝箔层121容易破裂,铝箔层121的位于聚合物材料层122模切线124上方且覆盖所述预留孔的区域即变为图中虚线所示的弱质线125。弱质线125围成弱质区123。当在弱质区123上施加如一外力的轻微压力时,整个内封体120的所述弱质区将被轻易推开,从而形成开口,以使其内所盛挥发性物质接触外封体110的可透蒸气材料层112。如此,所述挥发性物质的蒸气分子便可渗透所述外封体并进入周围环境中。
在图10和图11所示内封体中,两片所述第二层压结构分别沿其可破裂聚合物材料层122的边缘128加热密封,从而使得所述内封体成为以聚合物材料层122为内层的密封袋形式的封体。该内封体120形成容纳所述挥发性物质的第二空间127。
图12和图13所示为内封体120的另一实施方式。在该实施方式中,内封体120还包括黏合于铝箔层121另一侧面上的热封漆层126,从而使得铝箔层121成为可破裂聚合物材料层122和热封漆层126之间的夹层。铝箔层121和所述可破裂聚合物层的描述可参考图10和图11所示上述实施方式。在本实施方式中,两片所述第二层压结构分别沿其热封漆层126的边缘加热密封,从而形成以聚合物材料层122为外层且热封漆层126为内层的内封体。
在启用本发明装置时,消费者需在内封体120的所述弱质区上施加轻微压力,从而撕破该内封体,以使得所述挥发性物质接触外封体110。如此,所述挥发性物质的蒸气便可渗出所述可渗透聚合物材料层,并在穿透所述网状材料层的孔隙后进入周围环境中。
根据本发明,由于所述挥发性物质被容纳于完整的铝箔层内,该铝箔层可完全阻挡所述挥发性物质的蒸气以及氧气等其他大气成分的渗透,从而防止所述挥发性物质的氧化并保证其使用前的完整性,因此,所述外封体和内封体组成的双层结构使得所述装置具有优异的阻隔性能。
本发明装置可制成薄且柔软的产品,以适用于通风口等狭窄空间内。上述囊式产品由于其内容物为体积较大的固体,因此无法实现上述用途。此外,上述膜式产品由于其使用刚性容器保持内容物,所以同样无法实现此用途。
如上所述,本发明的所述可破裂聚合物材料层可对化学成分具有高耐性,从而适于容纳香精和空气清新剂等侵蚀性或化学性产品。如此,所述化学成分在运输和储存过程中,或在产品使用前,不能渗透所述内封体,从而保证了所述挥发性物质的完整性以及保证所述产品具有长的货架寿命。
因此,本发明提供一种挥发性物质的释放方法及装置,该装置的柔软性使其可应用于所有使用目的和场合,包括通风口等狭窄空间。此外,该装置可靠性高且制造成本低。该装置还具有可使其实现伪装隐身效果的不透明着色网状材料层,从而不影响周围的设计及布局。
虽然此处所述实施方式意在于作为示例性挥发性物质释放装置,本领域技术人员可理解的是,本发明并不局限于所述实施方式。本领域技术人员可在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,利用其掌握的公知常识设想出多种其他可能的变型及改进,然而,这些变型及改进均应落入本发明的范围之内。

Claims (36)

1.一种挥发性物质释放装置,其特征在于,包括:
ⅰ) 可透蒸气的一外封体,所述外封体由可透蒸气材料层制成;以及
ⅱ) 不可透蒸气的一内封体,置于所述外封体内且形成用于容纳所述挥发性物质的一内部空间,所述内封体由第二层压结构制成,所述第二层压结构包括:
- 一金属箔层,以及
- 一可破裂材料层,所述可破裂材料层层压至所述金属箔层上,其中,至少一条模切线形成于所述可破裂材料层中,
其中,所述内封体完全且自由地位于所述外封体所形成的空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述外封体由第一层压结构制成,所述第一层压结构包括层压至所述可透蒸气材料层上的一网状材料层。
3.如权利要求2所述装置,其特征在于,所述网状材料为多孔纺织物或多孔塑料。
4.如权利要求2所述装置,其特征在于,所述网状材料为不透明材料或深色材料。
5.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述可透蒸气材料为非多孔的整体材料或多微孔材料,所述多微孔材料的孔隙大小只允许蒸气分子通过。
6.如权利要求5所述装置,其特征在于,所述整体材料为聚氨酯、共聚醚酰胺、共聚醚酯中的一种或其任意组合。
7.如权利要求5所述装置,其特征在于,所述多微孔材料为聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、析出聚氨酯中的一种或其任意组合。
8.如权利要求2所述装置,其特征在于,所述网状材料层和可透蒸气材料层通过粘合剂层压于一起,所述粘合剂以阵列形式涂布,以避免完全覆盖所述可透蒸气材料层。
9.如权利要求8所述装置,其特征在于,所述阵列形式为点阵形式。
10.如权利要求2所述装置,其特征在于,两片所述第一层压结构分别沿可透蒸气材料层边缘加热密封,从而形成所述外封体。
11.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述金属箔层包括铝箔或由铝箔组成。
12.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述第二层压结构还包括粘合至所述金属箔层上的一热封漆层。
13.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述可破裂材料层为聚合物材料。
14.如权利要求13所述装置,其特征在于,所述聚合物材料为由尼龙、聚酯、聚烯烃或其任意组合制成的聚合物层压结构。
15.如权利要求14所述装置,其特征在于,所述聚合物层压结构通过层压聚乙烯、尼龙及聚对苯二甲酸乙酯而制成。
16.如权利要求12所述装置,其特征在于,两片所述第二层压结构分别沿热封漆层边缘加热密封,以形成所述内封体。
17.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,两片所述第二层压结构分别沿可破裂材料层边缘加热密封,从而形成所述内封体。
18.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述模切线形成预留孔。
19.如权利要求18所述装置,其特征在于,所述模切线上设置有一个或多个连接点,用于将模切线围成的预留孔区域与所述可破裂材料层的其余部分相连接。
20.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述外封体及内封体以密封袋的形式提供。
21.如权利要求1至20中任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述可破裂材料层由耐化材料制成。
22.如权利要求21所述装置,其特征在于,所述挥发性物质选自侵蚀性、腐蚀性或化学性成分。
23.一种挥发性物质释放方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a) 提供一挥发性物质释放装置,该装置包括:
ⅰ) 可透蒸气的一外封体,所述外封体由可透蒸气材料层制成;以及
ⅱ) 不可透蒸气的一内封体,置于所述外封体内且形成用于容纳所述挥发性物质的一内部空间,所述内封体由第二层压结构制成,所述第二层压结构包括:
- 一金属箔层,以及
- 一可破裂材料层,所述可破裂材料层层压至所述金属箔层上,其中,至少一条模切线形成于所述可破裂材料层中;
其中,所述内封体完全且自由地位于所述外封体所形成的空间内;以及
b) 通过向内封体模切线的周围区域施加一外压,以撕裂内封体,从而使得所述挥发性物质释放至外封体中并通过该外封体与周围环境实现气体或蒸气交流。
24.如权利要求23所述方法,其特征在于,所述第二层压结构还包括黏合至所述金属箔层上的一热封漆层。
25.如权利要求23所述方法,其特征在于,所述外封体由第一层压结构制成,所述第一层压结构包括层压至所述可透蒸气材料层上的一网状材料层。
26.如权利要求25所述方法,其特征在于,所述网状材料为多孔纺织物或多孔塑料。
27.如权利要求21所述方法,其特征在于,所述可透蒸气材料为非多孔的整体材料或多微孔材料,所述多微孔材料的孔隙大小只允许蒸气分子通过。
28.如权利要求27所述方法,其特征在于,所述整体材料为聚氨酯、共聚醚酰胺、共聚醚酯中的一种或其任意组合。
29.如权利要求27所述方法,其特征在于,所述多微孔材料为聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、析出聚氨酯中的一种或其任意组合。
30.如权利要求25所述方法,其特征在于,所述网状材料层和可透蒸气材料层通过粘合剂层压于一起,所述粘合剂以阵列形式涂布,以避免完全覆盖所述可透蒸气材料层。
31.如权利要求30所述方法,其特征在于,所述阵列形式为点阵形式。
32.如权利要求23或24所述方法,其特征在于,所述可破裂材料层为聚合物材料。
33.如权利要求32所述方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物材料为由尼龙、聚酯、聚烯烃或其任意组合制成的聚合物层压结构。
34.如权利要求33所述方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物层压结构通过层压聚乙烯、尼龙及聚对苯二甲酸乙酯而制成。
35.如权利要求23所述方法,其特征在于,所述模切线在内封体上形成有预留孔,且所述外压施加于所述预留孔上。
36.如权利要求35所述方法,其特征在于,所述模切线上设置有一个或多个连接点,用于将模切线围成的预留孔区域与所述可破裂材料层的其余部分相连接。
