聚氯乙烯地板基材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氯乙烯地板基材及其制备方法,属于聚氯乙烯板材技术领域。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯地板又叫塑料地板,是目前世界建材行业中新兴的高科技铺地材料,现已在国外装饰工程中普遍采用。聚氯乙烯地板自80年代进入国内市场得到大力推广,现在办公楼、商场、机场、学校、图书馆、体育馆、制药厂、医院、工厂等行业广泛使用,且取得满意的效果。聚氯乙烯地板作为生态地板具有环保无甲醛、阻燃、防水、防蛀、防潮、防噪音、成本低可循环使用等优点,已被越来越多的人们所接受。
现有技术生产聚氯乙烯地板一般是在聚氯乙烯树脂中加入相关助剂,经过高混即挤出成型基材,然后经过砂光、贴膜、UV处理等后续加工即包装上市,现有配方和生产方法获得的产品不仅生产成本高,而且产品存着热变形温度低,砂光弯曲,厚地板凹凸不平整的等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氯乙烯地板基材,具有成本低、质量好、高温不变形、表面光亮平整等优点。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法。
所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80-100份,重钙100-120份,地板基材模板回收料50份,发泡调节剂9037-8份,发泡调节剂9022-3份,复合稳定剂2.8-4.9份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-1.2份,聚乙烯蜡0.35-0.7份,AP 0.2-0.5份,塑化剂OA30.5-0.8份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,铁黄粉2-5份,CPE 2-4份。
所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
首先将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80-100份,重钙100-120份,复合稳定剂2.8-4.9份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-1.2份,聚乙烯蜡0.35-0.7份,AP 0.2-0.5份,塑化剂OA30.5-0.8份,CPE 2-4份,铁黄粉2-5份,发泡调节剂9037-8份,发泡调节剂9022-3份,地板基材模板回收料50份依次加入热混锅中,搅拌升温至110-120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160-190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175-190℃,模唇处水温机设定在15-30℃,定型台冷却水温度为17-30℃。
本发明的混料操作简单,工艺温度的设定范围较广较合理,减少了生产中由于温度设定范围较小而带来的种种操作难度。
本发明制备的聚氯乙烯地板基材密度为0.7-0.9g/cm3,厚度为4.2-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明配方简单合理,生产成本低,通过加入适量钙粉在提高板材密度的基础上保证了板材表面光洁度。
加入高分子增塑剂CPE即氯化聚乙烯,由于氯原子的存在使CPE成为极性聚合物且与聚氯乙烯有相同的极性基团,增强了与聚氯乙烯的相容性,因其高分子链间能保持较大范德华力,故大大提高了聚氯乙烯的抗冲击性,起到很好的增韧效果。
本发明CPE的添加量维持在2-4份,CPE的用量过少,生产板材时为了达到良好的塑化效果,料筒温度会大大提高,容易导致高温糊料,同时制品发脆,质量不达标;用量大会使物料塑化太过,板材生产中挤出过程难以控制,同时对于板材表面硬度有较大影响。
由于钙粉的比重较大,加大润滑剂的用量,避免了由于润滑不足,摩擦增大,物料流动性太差引起的种种不良后果,润滑剂用量的加大也大大延长了生产时间;但是太多的润滑剂又会造成物料塑化受影响,流动性太强造成出料不稳,板材厚度不稳定,生产难以控制。
本发明的温度控制、模口调节、生产速度等的调节空间较大,有利于生产的稳定持续。
本发明产品还具有高温不变形、环保无污染、可再生、弹性大、抗冲击力强、防噪音和遇水即涩的防滑功效等优点。
本发明产品质量轻,密度小,在高层建筑中对于楼体承重和节约空间有着无可比拟的优势。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
首先将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80份,重钙100份,复合稳定剂2.8份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6份,聚乙烯蜡0.35份,AP 0.2份,塑化剂OA30.5份,CPE 2份,铁黄粉2份,发泡调节剂9037份,发泡调节剂9022份,地板基材模板回收料50份依次加入热混锅中,搅拌升温至110℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175℃,模唇处水温机设定在15℃,定型台冷却水温度为17℃。
实施例2
所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
首先将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂100份,重钙120份,复合稳定剂4.9份,放热型AC发泡剂0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.6份,内润滑剂ZB-601.2份,聚乙烯蜡0.7份,AP 0.5份,塑化剂OA30.8份,CPE 4份,铁黄粉5份,发泡调节剂9038份,发泡调节剂9023份,地板基材模板回收料50份依次加入热混锅中,搅拌升温至120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在190℃,模唇处水温机设定在30℃,定型台冷却水温度为30℃。
实施例3
所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
首先将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂90份,重钙110份,复合稳定剂3.5份,放热型AC发泡剂0.35份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.5份,内润滑剂ZB-600.8份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份,AP 0.3份,塑化剂OA30.65份,CPE 3份,铁黄粉3份,发泡调节剂9037.5份,发泡调节剂9022.5份,地板基材模板回收料50份依次加入热混锅中,搅拌升温至115℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至50℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为180℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在180℃,模唇处水温机设定在20℃,定型台冷却水温度为25℃。
其中:发泡调节剂903是聚丙烯酸酯;
内润滑剂ZB-60是多元醇脂肪酸酯;
AP是微粉化聚乙烯蜡;
OA3是微粉化氧化聚乙烯蜡;
放热型AC发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺;
CPE即氯化聚乙烯。

Claims (2)

1.一种聚氯乙烯地板基材,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80-100份,重钙100-120份,地板基材模板回收料50份,发泡调节剂9037-8份,发泡调节剂9022-3份,复合稳定剂2.8-4.9份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-1.2份,聚乙烯蜡PE蜡0.35-0.7份,AP 0.2-0.5份,塑化剂OA30.5-0.8份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,铁黄粉2-5份,CPE 2-4份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯地板基材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:
首先将聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80-100份,重钙100-120份,复合稳定剂2.8-4.9份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型中凯c-2发泡剂1.4-1.6份,内润滑剂ZB-600.6-1.2份,聚乙烯蜡PE蜡0.35-0.7份,AP 0.2-0.5份,塑化剂OA30.5-0.8份,CPE 2-4份,铁黄粉2-5份,发泡调节剂9037-8份,发泡调节剂9022-3份,地板基材模板回收料50份依次加入热混锅中,搅拌升温至110-120℃,然后迅速将混合料放入冷混锅内搅拌降温至40-60℃;
(2)塑化发泡:
将冷却物料输送至温度设定为150-200℃的挤出机,经料筒七段双螺杆加热使其塑化发泡;
(3)挤出成品:
将塑化发泡后的物料送至温度为160-190℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定型,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品;其中模具处油温机温度设定在175-190℃,模唇处水温机设定在15-30℃,定型台冷却水温度为17-30℃。
