技术领域
本发明涉及一种广告板,具体涉及一种高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,出于保持生态平衡的目的,各国制定了诸多优惠政策,积极推进发展以塑代木。其中,聚氯乙烯发泡材料,由于具有像木材一样可锯、可刨、可胶黏、可钻孔等加工性能,并且具有耐腐蚀、不霉变、防虫蛀、隔音、隔热、防潮等特点,得到了很好的发展,广泛应用于店面招牌、展台、广告板等。
现有技术中的聚氯乙烯普通发泡广告板,由于耐候性较低,常常时间稍长,就发生褪色、变形、脆裂等问题,尤其户外广告板更突出。在户外受到风吹日晒雨淋后,时间一长容易发生老化降解,如颜色发生明显变化、褪色、表面龟裂,产品力学性能明显下降,严重影响产品的使用性能,使用年限或寿命大幅缩短。同时,因为普通板表面光滑,使用过程中容易发生对油墨附着力差,易出现重影现象,且立体感差,影响广告效果。特别是在电脑直接打印的应用领域,表现的尤为严重。严重影响聚氯乙烯发泡广告板在高档广告板领域的推广使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,具有高耐候、亚光面的特点,能够延长使用寿命,减少褪色、变形及脆裂;同时提高对油墨的附着力,消除打印重影,增加立体感,改善广告效果;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
其中,
聚氯乙烯树脂为疏松型聚合度为700-800的聚氯乙烯树脂。优选聚氯乙烯树脂SG-8。
热稳定剂为稀土复合稳定剂;稀土复合稳定剂优选XT-1。光稳定剂为金红石型钛白粉或紫外线吸收剂中的一种或两种。金红石型钛白粉优选TR-618金红石型钛白粉或杜邦R-902+。紫外线吸收剂优选紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
复合发泡剂由黄发泡剂和白发泡剂组成,黄发泡剂和白发泡剂的质量比为1:0.5-1:0.05。
黄发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;白发泡剂为碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢铵。
低温增韧剂为ACR抗冲击改性剂或增韧剂EVA。其中,ACR抗冲击改性剂优选为抗冲ACR LS-61;增韧剂EVA中VA的摩尔含量为28%,优选EVA7470M。亚光粉为微球发泡剂(深圳市英荃化工有限公司)。
填充剂为活性轻质碳酸钙,粒度为300-1000目;润滑剂为硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡(青岛赛诺化工有限公司)或氧化聚乙烯;增白剂为二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂;颜料为群青或炭黑,炭黑优选为炭黑N220。
引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰;交联剂为双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯。
加工改性剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,特性粘度为3.0-6.0;泡孔稳定剂为丙烯酸酯丁酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元接枝共聚物,特性粘度为11-15。泡孔稳定剂优选为PVC发泡调节剂LS-530。加入泡孔稳定剂,主要用来提高发泡物料的熔体强度,确保物料在发泡时泡孔壁不破裂,不发生并泡现象。从而使发泡制品密度低、强度好。
所述的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板的制备方法,首先,将配方量的物料在105-125℃下混合均匀,冷却后采用双螺杆挤出机加热塑化,然后经模具挤出成型,冷却定型后进行切割,即得高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板。
所述的制备方法优选为:首先,将配方量的物料经高速捏合机在120℃下混合均匀,然后放入冷搅机中冷至55℃以下,通过真空上料***输送到锥形双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机加热塑化后,经T型机头模具挤出成型。成型后物料先经预冷辊预冷,再经三辊机上光,冷却定型并消除张力后修边,覆膜,展平后切割,即得高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板。其中,
双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速15-20r/min,机筒温度为155-175℃,螺杆油温80-100℃,模具温度为165-175℃,模唇温度为170-185℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备得到的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板具有高耐候、亚光面的特点,能够延长使用寿命,减少褪色、变形及脆裂;同时提高对油墨的附着力,消除打印重影,增加立体感,改善广告效果。
(2)本发明同时提供其制备方法,工艺简单,易操作。

实施例1
本实施例所述的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板,以重量份数计,原料组成如下:
其中,加工改性剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,特性粘度为4.5。
制备方法:
首先,将配方量的物料经高速捏合机在120℃下混合均匀,然后放入冷搅机中冷至55℃,通过真空上料***输送到锥形双螺杆挤出机料斗中,经挤出机加热塑化后,经T型机头模具挤出成型。先经预冷辊预冷,再经三辊机上光、冷却定型并消除张力后修边,覆膜,展平后切割,即得4mm厚高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板。其中,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速18r/min;分为四个控温区,第一控温区温度为:160℃,第二控温区温度为:162℃,第三控温区温度为164℃,第四控温区温度为:166℃;螺杆油温90℃,模具温度为170℃,模唇温度为175℃。
对实施例1制备得到的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板进行性能测试,测试结果:板材密度为0.453g/cm3,邵氏硬度(D)22,光泽度(GU)16,耐老化时间800小时。
耐老化时间测试:QUV(耐候性老化箱)老化时间。
普通市购广告板的耐老化时间为300-500h。

对实施例2制备得到的高耐候聚氯乙烯发泡广告板进行性能测试,测试结果:板材密度为0.481g/cm3,邵氏硬度(D)24,光泽度(GU)20,耐老化时间1500小时。
