一种防水背光模组,包括导光板及导光板底部的反射板,导光板上面依次叠加的光学膜片、显示面板,其中导光板、光学膜片的侧面还设有胶框,其特征在于,所述显示面板侧面和与胶框连接处、胶框与反射板的连接缝处均设有防水密封胶。本发明提供和这种防水背光模组结构可以用效地阻断水汽进入到电子移动终端内容影响电子元件、线路的正常运行,结构改造小,加工简单,效果明显,可以明显提升移动电子终端产品的防水性能以适应更为复杂的环境。

一种防水背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及带有显示面板的移动终端产品的防水结构,更具体地说是这类产品的防水背光模组。
背景技术
在便携移动终端如通讯产品(手机为代表)及Pad类产品的使用过程中,产品难以避免接触到水;对于现有的产品设计,在防水设计方面性能不佳,在不小心接触到水的情况下,常有水渗透到屏幕中。影响较小的情况下,导致显示效果不佳,影响较大则造成产品的损坏。在传统的产品设计中,水进入到模组的途径主要有两条:第一,通过背光模组和显示面板之间的间隙渗透进入,第二,通过胶框和反射片之间的间隙渗透进入。所以如能在这些地方加于防范,将有效地解决防水的问题。
发明内容
为了克服以上不足,本发明提供一种防水背光模组。
这种防水背光模组包括导光板及导光板底部的反射板,导光板上面依次叠加的光学膜片、显示面板,其中导光板、光学膜片的侧面还设有胶框,其中,所述显示面板侧面和与胶框连接处、胶框与反射板的连接缝处均设有防水密封胶。
优选地,所述显示面板一侧的胶框端部设有第一密封槽,所述第一密封槽呈台阶状,包括第一台面和第二台面,所述密封胶封粘于第一台面和显示面板的侧面上;进一步地,所述第一台面与显示面板的侧面齐平,所述密封胶上表面与第二台面齐平。
或者,所述反射板一侧的胶框端部设有第二密封槽,所述第二密封槽朝向反射板并呈台阶状,第二密封槽包括第三台面和第四台面,其中,所述反射板插置于第二密封槽中。
更进一步地,所述第三台面与导光板的底面齐平,所述反射板的反射面延伸出导光板侧面的部分贴于第三台面上,所述第四台面与反射板的底面齐平,密封胶封装于第四台面与反射板的连接缝处。
或者,所述反射板一侧的胶框端部与导光板齐平,所述反射板的反射而贴于导光板底面和胶框的端面上,所述密封胶封装于反射板的端面和胶框的表面上。进一步地,所述反射板端面与胶框表面齐平。
还可以是,所述反射板一侧的胶框端部设有第三密封槽,所述第三密封槽与第一密封槽朝向相反,第三密封槽呈台阶状,第三密封槽包括第五台面和第六台面,所述胶框端面与导光板齐平,所述反射板贴合于导光板和胶框的端面上,且反射板的端面与第五台面齐平,所述密封胶封装于第五台面和反射板端面上。进一步地,所述密封胶上表面与第六台面齐平。
本发明提供和这种防水背光模组结构可以用效地阻断水汽进入到电子移动终端内容影响电子元件、线路的正常运行,结构改造小,加工简单,效果明显,可以明显提升移动电子终端产品的防水性能以适应更为复杂的环境。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,这种防水背光模组包括导光板10及导光板底部的反射板20,导光板10上面依次叠加的光学膜片30、显示面板40,其中光学膜片30与显示面板40之间的边框设有黑色遮光层50,导光板10、光学膜片30的侧面还设有胶框60,特别之处在于,在显示面板40侧面和与胶框60连接处、胶框60与反射板20的连接缝处均设有防水密封胶70,而且显示面板40的侧面整体都用密封胶70封装。图中可见,这时的胶框60外表面和显示面板40的侧面、反射板20的侧面同处一个平面,密封胶70将他们的连接缝处密封即可,这种方式的密封胶70明显高出,不利于正常的组装作业,但这种结构的密封还是可以隔绝外部的水汽进入到显示面板内部,防止影响电子设备的正常运行。
为了达到更好的组装效果,还有可以通过以下其他方式达到本发明目的。
实施例2
本实施例区别于实施例1在于,胶框60设有密封槽,如图2、图3所示,显示面板40一侧的胶框60端部设有第一密封槽61,所述第一密封槽61呈台阶状,包括第一台面611和第二台面612,密封胶70封粘于第一台面611和显示面板40的侧面上,第一台面611与显示面板40的侧面齐平,所述密封胶70上表面71与第二台面612齐平。同时,反射板20一侧的胶框60端部设有第二密封槽62,所述第二密封槽62朝向反射板20并呈台阶状,第二密封槽62包括第三台面621和第四台面622,其中,所述反射板20插置于第二密封槽中62,第三台面621与导光板10的底面齐平,所述反射板20的反射面21延伸出导光板10侧面的部分贴于第三台面621上,所述第四台面622与反射板20的底面22齐平,密封胶封装于第四台面622与反射板20的连接缝处。这样,在显示面板40侧面封闭的密封胶与胶框60的上表面即第二台面612处于同一平面,方便组装操作正常进行。
实施例3
参见图4,本实施例与实施例2区别之处在于反射板20一侧的胶框60端部与导光板10的底面齐平,将密封胶70贴于胶框60端部与导光板10的底面上。
实施例4
如图5所示,区别于实施例2,本实施例的反射板20一侧的胶框60端部设有第三密封槽63,所述第三密封槽63与第一密封槽61朝向相反,第三密封槽63呈台阶状,第三密封槽63包括第五台面631和第六台面632,所述胶框60端面与导光板10齐平,反射板20贴合于导光板10和胶框60的端面上,且反射板20的端面与第五台面631齐平,密封胶70封装于第五台面631和反射板20端面上。进一步地,所述密封胶70的上表面71’与第六台面632齐平。

1.一种防水背光模组,包括导光板(10)及导光板底部的反射板(20),导光板(10)上面依次叠加的光学膜片(30)、显示面板(40),其中导光板(10)、光学膜片(30)的侧面还设有胶框(60),其特征在于,所述显示面板(40)侧面和与胶框(60)连接处、胶框(60)与反射板(20)的连接缝处均设有防水密封胶(70)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板(40)一侧的胶框(60)端部设有第一密封槽(61),所述第一密封槽(61)呈台阶状,包括第一台面(611)和第二台面(612),所述密封胶(70)封粘于第一台面(611)和显示面板(40)的侧面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一台面(611)与显示面板(40)的侧面齐平,所述密封胶(70)的上表面(71)与第二台面(612)齐平。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射板(20)一侧的胶框(60)端部设有第二密封槽(62),所述第二密封槽(62)朝向反射板(20)并呈台阶状,第二密封槽(62)包括第三台面(621)和第四台面(622),其中,所述反射板(20)插置于第二密封槽(62)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述第三台面(621)与导光板(20)的底面(22)齐平,所述反射板(20)的反射面(21)延伸出导光板(10)侧面的部分贴于第三台面(621)上,所述第四台面(622)与反射板的底面(22)齐平,密封胶(70)封装于第四台面(622)与反射板(20)的连接缝处。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射板(20)一侧的胶框(60)端部与导光板(10)的底面齐平,所述反射板的反射面(21)贴于导光板(10)底面和胶框(60)的端面上,所述密封胶(70)封装于反射板(20)的端面和胶框(60)的表面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射板(20)端面与胶框(60)表面齐平。
8.根据权利要求2或3所述的防水背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射板(20)一侧的胶框(60)端部设有第三密封槽(63),所述第三密封槽(63)与第一密封槽(61)朝向相反,第三密封槽(63)呈台阶状,第三密封槽(63)包括第五台面(631)和第六台面(632),所述胶框(60)端面与导光板(10)齐平,所述反射板(20)贴合于导光板(10)和胶框(60)的端面上,且反射板(20)的端面与第五台面(631)齐平,所述密封胶(70)封装于第五台面(631)和反射板(20)端面上。
