本发明公开了一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜,是由下述重量份的原料制成:龙眼蜜700-800、樱桃50-60、火龙果20-30、腰果仁10-15、血糯米40-50、黑芝麻10-12、雪樱子嫩叶8-10、黄花菜6-7、苹果花4-5、熟地黄1-2、川芎2-3、姜黄6-7、郁金2-3、降香4-5、调香粉20-24、米酒和紫苏油适量、嫩葫芦适量;本发明在龙眼蜜中添加樱桃等具有含铁量高、益脾养胃、减肥美白、补血养颜等功效的原料,使其营养保健价值更高,加入特制调香粉来掩盖成品中原料过多导致杂乱的风味,让口感更佳,保存在葫芦中使蜂蜜吸收葫芦的营养成分,更祛除了蜂蜜中对人体有害的成分,适合各年龄段女性长期食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜具有益气补中、除百病、和百药、润脏腑、调脾胃、久服延年益寿的功效,是一种营养丰富的保健饮品,但市面上现有蜂蜜大多只是简单加工处理,原料单一、口感简单,无法满足消费者的需求,为此本发明提供一种保健蜂蜜。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
龙眼蜜700-800、樱桃50-60、火龙果20-30、腰果仁10-15、血糯米40-50、黑芝麻10-12、雪樱子嫩叶8-10、黄花菜6-7、苹果花4-5、熟地黄1-2、川芎2-3、姜黄6-7、郁金2-3、降香4-5、调香粉20-24、米酒和紫苏油适量、嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:2-3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜樱桃清洗干净后去蒂去核,火龙果剖开取肉,两者与3-4倍纯净水混合打浆,加入料重0.1-0.2%的果浆酶,在25-30℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后离心分离,得到的清液冷冻干燥,得到果粉;
(2)将腰果仁、血糯米、黑芝麻拣杂淘洗后沥干,用少许紫苏油炒至熟香,取出与新鲜的黄花菜、雪樱子嫩叶混合入锅,倒入4-5倍米酒,小火慢炖2-3小时,冷却后磨浆,过滤,得到营养液;
(3)将苹果花、熟地黄、川芎、姜黄、郁金、降香混合粉碎,加入6-7倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,冷却后过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将长到7-8成熟的嫩葫芦上方开一小口,将上述果粉、营养液、中药粉与龙眼蜜、调香粉混合均匀,从小口送入葫芦中,装满后堵住小口,让葫芦继续生长18-24天,打开葫芦,取出成品龙眼蜜,过滤后灭菌灌装即可。

本发明在龙眼蜜中添加樱桃等具有含铁量高、益脾养胃、减肥美白、补血养颜等功效的原料,使其营养保健价值更高,加入特制调香粉来掩盖成品中原料过多导致杂乱的风味,让口感更佳,保存在葫芦中使蜂蜜吸收葫芦的营养成分,更祛除了蜂蜜中对人体有害的成分,适合各年龄段女性长期食用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
龙眼蜜700、樱桃50、火龙果20、腰果仁10、血糯米40、黑芝麻10、雪樱子嫩叶8、黄花菜6、苹果花4、熟地黄1、川芎2、姜黄6、郁金2、降香4、调香粉20、米酒和紫苏油适量、嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜樱桃清洗干净后去蒂去核,火龙果剖开取肉,两者与3倍纯净水混合打浆,加入料重0.1%的果浆酶,在25℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后离心分离,得到的清液冷冻干燥,得到果粉;
(2)将腰果仁、血糯米、黑芝麻拣杂淘洗后沥干,用少许紫苏油炒至熟香,取出与新鲜的黄花菜、雪樱子嫩叶混合入锅,倒入5倍米酒,小火慢炖2小时,冷却后磨浆,过滤,得到营养液;
(3)将苹果花、熟地黄、川芎、姜黄、郁金、降香混合粉碎,加入6倍清水,文火煎煮1小时,冷却后过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将长到8成熟的嫩葫芦上方开一小口,将上述果粉、营养液、中药粉与龙眼蜜、调香粉混合均匀,从小口送入葫芦中,装满后堵住小口,让葫芦继续生长21天,打开葫芦,取出成品龙眼蜜,过滤后灭菌灌装即可。

1.一种樱桃补血龙眼蜜,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
龙眼蜜700-800、樱桃50-60、火龙果20-30、腰果仁10-15、血糯米40-50、黑芝麻10-12、雪樱子嫩叶8-10、黄花菜6-7、苹果花4-5、熟地黄1-2、川芎2-3、姜黄6-7、郁金2-3、降香4-5、调香粉20-24、米酒和紫苏油适量、嫩葫芦适量;
所述调香粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:金银花:香椿芽:绿茶:米酒糟=2:1:2:2-3,新鲜柠檬皮适量;
所述调香粉制备方法:将金银花、香椿芽、绿茶清洗干净后沥干,与米酒糟混合均匀,用新鲜柠檬皮包裹,送入烘箱烘烤至皮干,冷却后取出柠檬皮内物料,超微粉碎,得到调香粉。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的樱桃补血龙眼蜜制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
