本发明公开了一种土豆南瓜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:南瓜60-70、土豆40-50、罗布麻叶1-2、山楂叶2-3、枸杞子3-4、百合2-3、柴胡1-2、玉米须1-2、葛根2-3、决明子3-4、款冬2-3、桔梗2-3、路路通1-2、灯芯草1-2、大豆7-8、紫米粉8-10、食盐1-2、白糖4-5、葡萄酒6-7、芝麻油适量;本发明以南瓜、土豆为主要原料制成一种营养均衡、食用方便的土豆南瓜粉,其不受原料季节性影响,含水量低,使得其保质期大大延长,并且减少了运输与包装成本,更有效减少了营养成分的损失,加入多种中药成分使其具有健胃消食、补肝益肾、增强免疫、通便利尿的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉状方便食品,尤其涉及一种土豆南瓜粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
土豆、南瓜营养丰富、食用价值高,被誉为天然保健食品,越来越受到消费者的青睐,但由于季节性的原因,人们不能一年四季都吃到新鲜土豆和南瓜;近年来随着生活节奏的加快,越来越多的人们开始食用方便食品,本发明将土豆、南瓜制成粉状方便食品,用以满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种土豆南瓜粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种土豆南瓜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
南瓜60-70、土豆40-50、罗布麻叶1-2、山楂叶2-3、枸杞子3-4、百合2-3、柴胡1-2、玉米须1-2、葛根2-3、决明子3-4、款冬2-3、桔梗2-3、路路通1-2、灯芯草1-2、大豆7-8、紫米粉8-10、食盐1-2、白糖4-5、葡萄酒6-7、芝麻油适量。
一种土豆南瓜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜清洗干净后去皮去籽,切成小块,在95-100℃下蒸煮8-10分钟,送入冰水中冷却,取出送入胶体磨中研磨,得到南瓜泥;
(2)将优质大豆文火炒制18-20分钟,取出用温水浸泡7-8小时,捞出用清水清洗干净,送入磨浆机中,加入4-5倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到的豆浆与上述南瓜泥混合,小火煮制15-18分钟,过滤,得到南瓜浆;
(3)将土豆洗净,浸泡在浓度为3-4%的食盐水中,1-2小时后取出去皮,冲洗干净后切成6-8mm的片状,冲去表面淀粉,用适量芝麻油浸泡20-30分钟,再将土豆片送入蒸锅,文火蒸制24-28分钟,送入冰水冷却后研磨,得到土豆泥;
(4)将罗布麻叶、山楂叶、枸杞子等12种中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(5)将上述南瓜浆、土豆泥、浓缩液与剩余全部原料混合均匀,在60-70℃下干燥后粉碎,过80-100目筛,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以南瓜、土豆为主要原料制成一种营养均衡、食用方便的土豆南瓜粉,其不受原料季节性影响,含水量低,使得其保质期大大延长,并且减少了运输与包装成本,更有效减少了营养成分的损失,加入多种中药成分使其具有健胃消食、补肝益肾、增强免疫、通便利尿的保健功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种土豆南瓜粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
南瓜60、土豆40、罗布麻叶1、山楂叶2、枸杞子3、百合2、柴胡1、玉米须1、葛根3、决明子3、款冬2、桔梗2、路路通1、灯芯草1、大豆7、紫米粉8、食盐1、白糖4、葡萄酒6、芝麻油适量。
一种土豆南瓜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜清洗干净后去皮去籽,切成小块,在100℃下蒸煮8分钟,送入冰水中冷却,取出送入胶体磨中研磨,得到南瓜泥;
(2)将优质大豆文火炒制20分钟,取出用温水浸泡7小时,捞出用清水清洗干净,送入磨浆机中,加入4倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到的豆浆与上述南瓜泥混合,小火煮制15分钟,过滤,得到南瓜浆;
(3)将土豆洗净,浸泡在浓度为3%的食盐水中,2小时后取出去皮,冲洗干净后切成6mm的片状,冲去表面淀粉,用适量芝麻油浸泡30分钟,再将土豆片送入蒸锅,文火蒸制24分钟,送入冰水冷却后研磨,得到土豆泥;
(4)将罗布麻叶、山楂叶、枸杞子等12种中药原料混合粉碎,加入7倍清水,文火煎煮40分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到浓缩液;
(5)将上述南瓜浆、土豆泥、浓缩液与剩余全部原料混合均匀,在65℃下干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种土豆南瓜粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
南瓜60-70、土豆40-50、罗布麻叶1-2、山楂叶2-3、枸杞子3-4、百合2-3、柴胡1-2、玉米须1-2、葛根2-3、决明子3-4、款冬2-3、桔梗2-3、路路通1-2、灯芯草1-2、大豆7-8、紫米粉8-10、食盐1-2、白糖4-5、葡萄酒6-7、芝麻油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的土豆南瓜粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜清洗干净后去皮去籽,切成小块,在95-100℃下蒸煮8-10分钟,送入冰水中冷却,取出送入胶体磨中研磨,得到南瓜泥;
(2)将优质大豆文火炒制18-20分钟,取出用温水浸泡7-8小时,捞出用清水清洗干净,送入磨浆机中,加入4-5倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到的豆浆与上述南瓜泥混合,小火煮制15-18分钟,过滤,得到南瓜浆;
