Abstract
本发明涉及一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在150-200℃,速度为20-60米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,再经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为120-140℃,速度为15-30米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。与现有技术相比,本发明能够确保面料柔软度好,弹性和垂感好,同时有很好的缩率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料整理方法,尤其是涉及一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺。
背景技术
提花面料中有相当大比例属于合成纤维和天然纤维交织,最常见的组合为经线采用合成纤维长丝(主要是涤纶锦纶),纬线多采用天然纤维,或者是合成、再生纤维短纤维纱线。传统的后整理方式主要为在热风拉幅定型机浸轧柔软剂一次定型,经常出现的问题是手感发硬,风格呆板,悬垂性差,同时定型温度通常较高(180℃以上),柔软剂中的表面活性剂加剧染料的泳移,色变现象经常出现,造成客户颜色不确认。同时也造成色牢度下降,纱线之间相互搭色。色织面料一旦形成成品,是很难调整颜色的。
申请号为200910155495.4的中国专利公开了一种纺织面料的整理方法,取生坯布热定型去除油污,水洗至坯布pH保持在6-7,在90-110℃烘干,然后经过整理液进液整理,在整理液中含有去污整理剂和防污整理剂,最后经过烘干轧光,得到成品整理后的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种确保面料柔软度好,弹性和垂感好,同时有很好的缩率的提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)定型整理:从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在150-200℃,速度为20-60米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,定型后进入下一个工序;
(2)烘干拍松整理:将定型后的面料经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为120-140℃,速度为15-30米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。
步骤(1)中所述的热风拉幅定型机控制温度优选180℃。
步骤(1)中所述的轧车的轧余率控制为80%。
步骤(2)中所述的柔软助剂为低温成膜柔软助剂。
所述的低温成膜柔软助剂为蛋白成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丁二烯树脂成膜剂、聚氨酯成膜剂或硝酸纤维成膜剂。
步骤(2)中所述的柔软助剂溶液的浓度为10-30g/l。
与现有技术相比,本发明将定型和制软步骤分开处理,在制软的环节利用低温渗透成膜柔软剂,同时通过一种全松式烘燥和热风拍打整理技术,确保在后整过程中尽可能的减少色变,确保而料柔软度好,弹性和垂感好,同时有很好的缩率,做成成衣不变形,风格自然柔软。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)定型整理:从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在150℃,速度为20米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,轧车的轧余率控制为80%,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,定型后进入下一个工序;
(2)烘干拍松整理:将定型后的面料经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,本实施例采用的是蛋白成膜剂,柔软助剂溶液的浓度为10g/l,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为120℃,速度为15米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。
实施例2
一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)定型整理:从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在180℃,速度为50米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,轧车的轧余率控制为80%,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,定型后进入下一个工序;
(2)烘干拍松整理:将定型后的面料经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,本实施例采用的是丙烯酸树脂成膜剂,柔软助剂溶液的浓度为20g/l,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为130℃,速度为20米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。
实施例3
一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)定型整理:从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在200℃,速度为60米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,轧车的轧余率控制为80%,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,定型后进入下一个工序;
(2)烘干拍松整理:将定型后的面料经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,本实施例采用的是聚氨酯成膜剂,柔软助剂溶液的浓度为30g/l,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为140℃,速度为30米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。
Claims (6)
1.一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)定型整理:从织机上纺织得到的提花面料除去油污后直接上热风拉幅定型机,控制温度在150-200℃,速度为20-60米/分,对面料进行加热处理,然后将面料置于料槽中过清水后经轧车轧干,利用红外整纬装置整理纬纱,定型后进入下一个工序;
(2)烘干拍松整理:将定型后的面料经轧车浸轧柔软助剂溶液,然后置于全松式烘燥设备上进行烘燥拍松整理,控制温度为120-140℃,速度为15-30米/分,通过热风不停排打烘燥出布,完成对面料的烘干拍松整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的热风拉幅定型机控制温度优选180℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的轧车的轧余率控制为80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的柔软助剂为低温成膜柔软助剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,所述的低温成膜柔软助剂为蛋白成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丁二烯树脂成膜剂、聚氨酯成膜剂或硝酸纤维成膜剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种提花面料纤维的两步法整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的柔软助剂溶液的浓度为10-30g/l。
