Abstract

本发明提出燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵。电机通过联轴器连接轴,轴通过滑动轴承与泵壳体连接,轴上平键连接四组齿轮组:齿轮A组、齿轮B组、齿轮C组和齿轮D组,泵壳体将各齿轮组间隔封闭,各齿轮组分别有一个进口,各齿轮组共有一个出口,齿轮组都是由一对互相啮合且齿数相等的渐开线齿轮组成,齿轮A组、齿轮B组、齿轮C组和齿轮D组的齿轮长度比例为:5:3:4:10,各齿轮组共有一个出口,出口处连接止回阀。本发明具有如下有益效果:通过合理设置四段比例不同的齿轮泵,燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵各项性能指标能够满足燃气轮机低工况和停机时对润滑***的要求。

技术领域:
本发明涉及能源动力行业领域,一种船舶行业使用的滑油附件,具体地说是一种燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵。
背景技术:
燃气轮机滑油组件为机带泵,在燃气轮机低工况和停机时由于燃气轮机转子转速较低,滑油组件转速较低,导致滑油组件各泵的滑油流量与转速成比例地下降,而燃气轮机所需要的滑油流量可能按另一规律变化,为保证燃气轮机可靠润滑,在燃气轮机低工况和停机时需设置辅助滑油供回油泵与滑油组件一起润滑发动机。
发明内容: 
本发明的目的在于为实现燃气轮机润滑***功能,保证燃气轮机在低工况和停机时可靠将燃气轮机轴承腔滑油抽回。
本发明的技术方案是:燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵,包括电机和泵壳体,电机通过联轴器连接轴,轴通过滑动轴承与泵壳体连接,轴上平键连接四组齿轮组:齿轮A组、齿轮B组、齿轮C组和齿轮D组,泵壳体将各齿轮组间隔封闭,各齿轮组分别有一个进口,各齿轮组共有一个出口。
所述的齿轮组,都是由一对互相啮合且齿数相等的渐开线齿轮组成。
所述的齿轮组,齿轮A组、齿轮B组、齿轮C组和齿轮D组的齿轮长度比例为:5:3:4:10。

由图1结合图2所示,燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵,包括电机7和泵壳体8,电机7通过联轴器6连接轴1,轴1通过滑动轴承与泵壳体8连接,轴1上平键连接四组齿轮组:齿轮A组2、齿轮B组3、齿轮C组4和齿轮D组5,泵壳体8将各齿轮组间隔封闭,各齿轮组分别有一个进口,各齿轮组共有一个出口。

止回阀9防止当电动滑油回油泵不工作和滑油组件工作时从增压管线向吸入管线滑油反向溢流。

1.一种燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵,包括电机(7)和泵壳体(8),其特征在于:电机(7)通过联轴器(6)连接轴(1),轴(1)通过滑动轴承与泵壳体(8)连接,轴(1)上平键连接四组齿轮组:齿轮A组(2)、齿轮B组(3)、齿轮C组(4)和齿轮D组(5),泵壳体(8)将各齿轮组间隔封闭,各齿轮组分别有一个进口,各齿轮组共有一个出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气轮机电动滑油回油泵,其特征在于:所述的齿轮组,都是由一对互相啮合且齿数相等的渐开线齿轮组成。
