本发明公开了一种粗粮营养粥及其制备方法,所述粗粮营养粥的原料成分的重量配比为:大米20~30份、红米20~30份、燕麦10~20份、高粱10~20份、红芸豆5~15份、红豆5~15份、黄豆5~15份、黑木耳10~20份、花生3~8份、枸杞3~8份、红枣5~10份、玉米粒5~15份、胡萝卜5~15份、白糖5~15份、水300~500份,经过清洗、煎煮、混合、炖煮、包装制得。本品营养丰富、味道鲜美,且制作工艺简单,清热去火,对肝脏、胃部都有很好的调理滋补的功效。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种粗粮营养粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是人们所喜爱的食品,一般由大米熬成。在其中掺入合适的食品原料,使粥的营养成份达到一定的药用保健功能,让“食用”与“药用”高度融合起来。粥类食品种类繁多,如红豆粥、绿豆粥、连藕粥、杏仁粥、胡桃粥等,如何对粥的内容进行调配,使粥富含人体所需的营养,一直是人们所研究的课题,目前尚未发现将糯米、麦仁、高粱、燕麦、红芸豆、红豆、红枣配制在一起的粥食品。
针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种粗粮营养粥及其制备方法。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种粗粮营养粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:大米20~30份、红米20~30份、燕麦10~20份、高粱10~20份、红芸豆5~15份、红豆5~15份、黄豆5~15份、黑木耳10~20份、花生3~8份、枸杞3~8份、红枣5~10份、玉米粒5~15份、胡萝卜5~15份、白糖5~15份、水300~500份。
进一步,所述粗粮营养粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:大米20份、红米20份、燕麦10份、高粱10份、红芸豆5份、红豆5份、黄豆5份、黑木耳10份、花生3份、枸杞3份、红枣5份、玉米粒5份、胡萝卜5份、白糖5份、水300份。
进一步,所述粗粮营养粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:大米30份、红米30份、燕麦20份、高粱20份、红芸豆15份、红豆15份、黄豆15份、黑木耳20份、花生8份、枸杞8份、红枣10份、玉米粒15份、胡萝卜15份、白糖15份、水500份。
进一步,所述粗粮营养粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:大米25份、红米25份、燕麦15份、高粱15份、红芸豆10份、红豆10份、黄豆10份、黑木耳15份、花生5份、枸杞5份、红枣7份、玉米粒10份、胡萝卜10份、白糖10份、水400份。
本发明还提供粗粮营养粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下:
(1)取红芸豆、红豆、黄豆、黑木耳,加入水浸泡10~20小时,再用豆浆机榨制豆浆,过滤,得到无杂质的混合豆浆;
(2)将大米、红米加入水浸泡5~6小时,将花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒洗净,去核,将胡萝卜西江切丁;
(3)将燕麦、高粱洗净,烘干,去除杂质,磨成粉,过50~60目筛;
(4)将(3)所述混合粉末与(2)所述的浸泡后的大米、红米,花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒、胡萝卜混合,搅拌均匀,加入水,加热至沸腾,加入(1)所述的混合豆浆,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)营养丰富,味道鲜美,制作工艺简单;
(2)清热去火,对肝脏、胃部都有很好的调理滋补的功效。

一种粗粮营养粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:大米20~30份、红米20~30份、燕麦10~20份、高粱10~20份、红芸豆5~15份、红豆5~15份、黄豆5~15份、黑木耳10~20份、花生3~8份、枸杞3~8份、红枣5~10份、玉米粒5~15份、胡萝卜5~15份、白糖5~15份、水300~500份。

或大米25份、红米25份、燕麦15份、高粱15份、红芸豆10份、红豆10份、黄豆10份、黑木耳15份、花生5份、枸杞5份、红枣7份、玉米粒10份、胡萝卜10份、白糖10份、水400份。
实施例三:
一种粗粮营养粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:大米20~30份、红米20~30份、燕麦10~20份、高粱10~20份、红芸豆5~15份、红豆5~15份、黄豆5~15份、黑木耳10~20份、花生3~8份、枸杞3~8份、红枣5~10份、玉米粒5~15份、胡萝卜5~15份、白糖5~15份、水300~500份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)取红芸豆、红豆、黄豆、黑木耳,加入水浸泡10~20小时,再用豆浆机榨制豆浆,过滤,得到无杂质的混合豆浆;
(2)将大米、红米加入水浸泡5~6小时,将花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒洗净,去核,将胡萝卜西江切丁;
(3)将燕麦、高粱洗净,烘干,去除杂质,磨成粉,过50~60目筛;
(4)将(3)所述混合粉末与(2)所述的浸泡后的大米、红米,花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒、胡萝卜混合,搅拌均匀,加入水,加热至沸腾,加入(1)所述的混合豆浆,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。

1.一种粗粮营养粥,其特征在于:所述粗粮营养粥的原料成分的重量配比包括:大米20~30份、红米20~30份、燕麦10~20份、高粱10~20份、红芸豆5~15份、红豆5~15份、黄豆5~15份、黑木耳10~20份、花生3~8份、枸杞3~8份、红枣5~10份、玉米粒5~15份、胡萝卜5~15份、白糖5~15份、水300~500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗粮营养粥,其特征在于:所述粗粮营养粥的原料成分的重量配比为:大米20份、红米20份、燕麦10份、高粱10份、红芸豆5份、红豆5份、黄豆5份、黑木耳10份、花生3份、枸杞3份、红枣5份、玉米粒5份、胡萝卜5份、白糖5份、水300份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗粮营养粥,其特征在于:所述粗粮营养粥的原料成分的重量配比为:大米30份、红米30份、燕麦20份、高粱20份、红芸豆15份、红豆15份、黄豆15份、黑木耳20份、花生8份、枸杞8份、红枣10份、玉米粒15份、胡萝卜15份、白糖15份、水500份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗粮营养粥,其特征在于:所述粗粮营养粥的原料成分的重量配比为:大米25份、红米25份、燕麦15份、高粱15份、红芸豆10份、红豆10份、黄豆10份、黑木耳15份、花生5份、枸杞5份、红枣7份、玉米粒10份、胡萝卜10份、白糖10份、水400份。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的粗粮营养粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)取红芸豆、红豆、黄豆、黑木耳,加入水浸泡10~20小时,再用豆浆机榨制豆浆,过滤,得到无杂质的混合豆浆;
(2)将大米、红米加入水浸泡5~6小时,将花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒洗净,去核,将胡萝卜西江切丁;
(3)将燕麦、高粱洗净,烘干,去除杂质,磨成粉,过50~60目筛;
(4)将(3)所述混合粉末与(2)所述的浸泡后的大米、红米,花生、枸杞、红枣、玉米粒、胡萝卜混合,搅拌均匀,加入水,加热至沸腾,加入(1)所述的混合豆浆,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
