本发明公开了一种除烦养阴桑葚粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:珍珠米80-90、桑葚汁5-7、营养添加剂4-5、可乐6-7、磷虾粉3-5、枸杞子泥3-5、紫薯干2-4、杏鲍菇3-5、荔枝核粉1-2、油条5-6、雪蛤肉7-8、椰丝2-3、大苞芹2-3、玉竹3-4.6、青天葵3-4.4、北风草2-3.2、兰花参3-4.2、麸炒白术4.3-5、玉美人3-4.2;本发明的粥馅加入了雪蛤肉、可乐、磷虾粉等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如兰花参、玉竹、玉美人的加入,赋予了本发明很好的解表清热、养阴润燥、减肥瘦身的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健粥,尤其涉及一种除烦养阴桑葚粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统早餐,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。但现有粥存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加粥所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种除烦养阴桑葚粥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种除烦养阴桑葚粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:
珍珠米80-90、桑葚汁5-7、营养添加剂4-5、可乐6-7、磷虾粉3-5、枸杞子泥3-5、紫薯干2-4、杏鲍菇3-5、荔枝核粉1-2、油条5-6、雪蛤肉7-8、椰丝2-3、大苞芹2-3、玉竹3-4.6、青天葵3-4.4、北风草2-3.2、兰花参3-4.2、麸炒白术4.3-5、玉美人3-4.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)兔肉切厚片,取一片用小刀从肉片侧面切开口,挤入枣花蜜,再在肉片上下两面刷上芝麻酱,用海苔片包裹固定,置于一个扇贝壳上,余下肉片处理方法同上,将各个扇贝壳先上锅用药液熏蒸至熟,再入烤箱烘烤5-7分钟,取出肉片,切丁即得;
一种除烦养阴桑葚粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉竹、青天葵、北风草等中草药加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤分离,得药液与药渣;
(2)紫薯干、油条切碎,杏鲍菇切丁,兑可乐混合熬煮至干,取出,待用;
(3)雪蛤肉切片,浸入桑葚汁中腌渍1-2小时,取出晾干,笼屉上铺一层药渣,大苞芹切丝,与雪蛤肉、椰丝混合,置于药渣上,大火熏蒸25-20分钟,取出雪蛤肉,双面刷枸杞子泥,上锅烘烤1-2分钟,取出切丁,待用;
(4)药液与珍珠米混合倒入锅中,再加适量的水,烧煮至粘稠后加入步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料,小火继续加热10-15分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粥馅加入了雪蛤肉、可乐、磷虾粉等成分,丰富了粥口感;还含有多种保健成分,例如兰花参、玉竹、玉美人的加入,赋予了本发明很好的解表清热、养阴润燥、减肥瘦身的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种除烦养阴桑葚粥,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
珍珠米80、桑葚汁5、营养添加剂5、可乐7、磷虾粉5、枸杞子泥5、紫薯干2、杏鲍菇3、荔枝核粉2、油条6、雪蛤肉8、椰丝3、大苞芹3、玉竹4.6、青天葵4.4、北风草3.2、兰花参4.2、麸炒白术4.3、玉美人3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3.3、藕节2.4、菠萝叶3、莲房2、枣花蜜5、芝麻酱8、海苔片4、兔肉20,扇贝壳适量;
制备方法为:(1)将当归叶、藕节等中草药混合入锅,加5倍的水小火熬煮35分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;

1.一种除烦养阴桑葚粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
珍珠米80-90、桑葚汁5-7、营养添加剂4-5、可乐6-7、磷虾粉3-5、枸杞子泥3-5、紫薯干2-4、杏鲍菇3-5、荔枝核粉1-2、油条5-6、雪蛤肉7-8、椰丝2-3、大苞芹2-3、玉竹3-4.6、青天葵3-4.4、北风草2-3.2、兰花参3-4.2、麸炒白术4.3-5、玉美人3-4.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
当归叶3-3.3、藕节2-2.4、菠萝叶3-4.4、莲房2-2.8、枣花蜜5-6、芝麻酱7-8、海苔片3-4、兔肉20-25,扇贝壳适量;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除烦养阴桑葚粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
