背景技术
果冻是一种深受大众喜爱的食品,尤其年轻人。然而,传统的果冻口感不好,营养成分不高,尤其对青少年儿童的健康发育有一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种果冻,该果冻口感好、健康,营养丰富,且不易发胖,适合任何年龄阶段的人群。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种果冻,所述果冻的原料成份包括木糖醇6~8份、猕猴桃浓缩汁3~4份、青苹果浓缩汁3~4份、蜂蜜7~15份、魔芋粉0.5~1份、红薯浓缩汁4~7份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.5~2.5份、辅料1~2份以及水70~130份。
进一步地,所述果冻的原料成份包括木糖醇7份、猕猴桃浓缩汁3份、青苹果浓缩汁3.5份、蜂蜜10份、魔芋粉0.7份、红薯浓缩汁5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2份、辅料1.5份以及水70~130份。
进一步地,所述辅料包括琼脂、柠檬酸、苹果酸、L-乳酸钙和山梨酸钾。
进一步地,所述辅料中各种成份的重量比例为琼脂0.1~0.2份、柠檬酸0.05~0.08份、苹果酸0.07~0.1份、L-乳酸钙0.08~0.1份和山梨酸钾0.02~0.05份。
进一步地,所述辅料中各种成份的重量比例为琼脂0.15份、柠檬酸0.06份、苹果酸0.08份、L-乳酸钙0.09份和山梨酸钾0.03份。
进一步优选地,所述辅料还包括食用香料。
本发明提供了一种果冻,其主要具有的有益效果为:该果冻口感好、健康,且营养丰富,能够有效补充维生素和钙等营养成份,且不易发胖,具有保健作用,适合任何年龄阶段的人群,也同样是小孩儿的优良选择。

果冻的原料成份:包括木糖醇6kg、猕猴桃浓缩汁4kg、青苹果浓缩汁3kg、蜂蜜15kg、魔芋粉0.5kg、红薯浓缩汁7kg、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.5kg、辅料2kg以及水70~130kg。
实施例2
果冻的原料成份:包括木糖醇8kg、猕猴桃浓缩汁3kg、青苹果浓缩汁4kg、蜂蜜7kg、魔芋粉1kg、红薯浓缩汁4kg、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2.5kg、辅料1kg以及水70~130kg。

果冻的原料成份:木糖醇7kg、猕猴桃浓缩汁3kg、青苹果浓缩汁3.5kg、蜂蜜10kg、魔芋粉0.7kg、红薯浓缩汁5kg、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2kg、辅料1.5kg以及水70~130kg。

辅料的成份及其比例:琼脂0.1kg、柠檬酸0.08kg、苹果酸0.07kg、L-乳酸钙0.1kg和山梨酸钾0.02kg。

辅料的成份及其比例:琼脂0.2kg、柠檬酸0.05kg、苹果酸~0.1kg、L-乳酸钙0.08kg和山梨酸钾0.05kg。

辅料的成份及其比例:琼脂0.15kg、柠檬酸0.06kg、苹果酸0.08kg、L-乳酸钙0.09kg和山梨酸钾0.03kg。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述辅料中还可添加适量的食用香料。

1.一种果冻,其特征在于:所述果冻的原料成份包括木糖醇6~8份、猕猴桃浓缩汁3~4份、青苹果浓缩汁3~4份、蜂蜜7~15份、魔芋粉0.5~1份、红薯浓缩汁4~7份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉1.5~2.5份、辅料1~2份以及水70~130份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述果冻的原料成份包括木糖醇7份、猕猴桃浓缩汁3份、青苹果浓缩汁3.5份、蜂蜜10份、魔芋粉0.7份、红薯浓缩汁5份、海洋鱼低聚肽粉2份、辅料1.5份以及水70~130份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述辅料包括琼脂、柠檬酸、苹果酸、L-乳酸钙和山梨酸钾。
4.根据权利要求3所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述辅料中各种成份的重量比例为琼脂0.1~0.2份、柠檬酸0.05~0.08份、苹果酸0.07~0.1份、L-乳酸钙0.08~0.1份和山梨酸钾0.02~0.05份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述辅料中各种成份的重量比例为琼脂0.15份、柠檬酸0.06份、苹果酸0.08份、L-乳酸钙0.09份和山梨酸钾0.03份。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述辅料还包括食用香料。
