本发明公开了一种儿童保健果冻粉,其特点是:主要由以下组分组成:坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉或海苔微片、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖。本发明中坚果粉含有的脂肪酸一般是不饱和脂肪酸,它对于孩子的智力发育很有帮助,坚果粉中富含维生素D,最重要的生理功能就是促进儿童钙的吸收和利用;胡萝卜粉具有益肝明目、利膈宽肠、促进新陈代谢和增强免疫力等功效,胡萝卜粉中的维生素A能提高儿童视力,防止夜盲、促进骨骼生长、促使牙齿坚固及促进长高;海苔粉或海苔微片富含胆碱和钙、铁,能增强记忆,促进骨骼生长,促进牙齿的生长保健,所含的多糖具有明显增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,可促进淋巴细胞转化,提高机体的免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种果冻粉的配方及其制造方法,尤其是涉及一种儿童保健果冻粉及其制作方法。
背景技术
果冻粉是一种制作果冻的材料。大约有80%的儿童平时喜爱吃果冻,近8成的儿童家长经常购买果冻,其每月在果冻上的花费超过数百元。市场上流行各种口味的果冻,如香橙味、青柠味和草莓味等,虽然口味很好,但却基本没有营养,对儿童的健康成长没有多大帮助。因此,有必要予以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种儿童保健果冻粉及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种儿童保健果冻粉,主要由以下组分组成:坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉或海苔微片、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖。
各组分的重量百分比为:坚果粉为2-8%,胡萝卜粉为2-10%,海苔粉或海苔微片为2-10%,卡拉胶为5-25%,魔芋粉为10-30%,柠檬酸钠为3-8%,柠檬酸为2-6%,氯化钾为5-10%,白糖为0-60%。
还包括色素和/或香精,其重量百分比为:色素为0.1-0.6%,香精为0.1-0.6%。
各组分重量百分比为:坚果粉为5%,胡萝卜粉为5%,海苔粉或海苔微片为5%,卡拉胶为20%,魔芋粉为20%,柠檬酸钠为3%,柠檬酸为2%,氯化钾为5%,白糖为35%。
各组分重量百分比为:坚果粉为3%,胡萝卜粉为8%,海苔粉或海苔微片为5%,卡拉胶为13%,魔芋粉为28%,柠檬酸钠为4%,柠檬酸为3%,氯化钾为5%,白糖为30%,色素为0.5%,香精为0.5%。
一种儿童保健果冻粉的制作方法,将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉;或将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并与海苔微片混合搅拌均匀,最后进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉。

采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明的主要配方为坚果粉、胡萝卜粉和海苔粉或海苔微片;坚果粉含有的脂肪酸一般是不饱和脂肪酸,它对于孩子的智力发育很有帮助,坚果粉中富含维生素D,维生素D属于脂溶性维生素,最重要的生理功能就是促进儿童钙的吸收和利用;胡萝卜粉具有益肝明目、利膈宽肠、促进新陈代谢和增强免疫力等功效,胡萝卜粉中富含维生素A,维生素A能提高儿童视力,防止夜盲、促进骨骼生长、促使牙齿坚固及促进长高;海苔粉或海苔微片富含胆碱和钙、铁,能增强记忆,促进骨骼生长,促进牙齿的生长和保健,所含的多糖具有明显增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,可促进淋巴细胞转化,提高机体的免疫力。

实施例1:本发明一种儿童保健果冻粉,由以下百分重量的组分组成:
坚果粉为5%,胡萝卜粉为5%,海苔粉或海苔微片为5%,卡拉胶为20%,魔芋粉为20%,柠檬酸钠为3%,柠檬酸为2%,氯化钾为5%,白糖为35%。
本发明一种儿童保健果冻粉的制作方法,通过如下步骤实现 :
将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖按如上重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉;或将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖按如上重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并与海苔微片混合搅拌均匀,最后进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉。
实施例2:本发明一种儿童保健果冻粉,由以下百分重量的组分组成:
坚果粉为3%,胡萝卜粉为8%,海苔粉或海苔微片为5%,卡拉胶为13%,魔芋粉为28%,柠檬酸钠为4%,柠檬酸为3%,氯化钾为5%,白糖为30%,色素为0.5%,香精为0.5%。
本发明一种儿童保健果冻粉的制作方法,通过如下步骤实现 :
将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、白糖、色素和香精按如上重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉;或将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、白糖、色素和香精按如上重量百分比混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并与海苔微片混合搅拌均匀,最后进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉。

当前由于社会环境不断进步,家庭条件普遍提高,父母大多宠爱自己的孩子,使得许多孩子养成了挑食的习惯。挑食容易导致孩子的抵抗力下降,记忆力下降,缺乏各类维生素,以及危害孩子的生长。因此,父母会购买各种保健药品、维生素给孩子吃,但是营养药品的不对症或过量的维生素摄入同样会对孩子的身体造成伤害。
本发明产品主要配方为纯天然坚果、胡萝卜和紫菜制粉或制片,富含孩子生长所需营养物质及维生素,不存在过量摄入的问题,经常食用能保证孩子的健康,且满足了孩子吃零食的愿望。
将上述制得的果冻粉加入沸水后搅拌均匀,然后冷却凝固即可食用。采用海苔微片的果冻粉其制成的果冻中会均布遇水发胀的海苔片,会显的更加的漂亮,更吸引孩子。

1.一种儿童保健果冻粉,其特征在于:主要由以下组分组成:坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉或海苔微片、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童保健果冻粉,其特征在于:各组分的重量百分比为:坚果粉为2-8%,胡萝卜粉为2-10%,海苔粉或海苔微片为2-10%,卡拉胶为5-25%,魔芋粉为10-30%,柠檬酸钠为3-8%,柠檬酸为2-6%,氯化钾为5-10%,白糖为0-60%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种儿童保健果冻粉,其特征在于:还包括色素和/或香精,其重量百分比为:色素为0.1-0.6%,香精为0.1-0.6%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童保健果冻粉,其特征在于:各组分重量百分比为:坚果粉为5%,胡萝卜粉为5%,海苔粉或海苔微片为5%,卡拉胶为20%,魔芋粉为20%,柠檬酸钠为3%,柠檬酸为2%,氯化钾为5%,白糖为35%。

6.一种儿童保健果冻粉的制作方法,其特征在于:将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉;或将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾及白糖混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并与海苔微片混合搅拌均匀,最后进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于:将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、海苔粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、白糖、色素和香精混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉;或将坚果粉、胡萝卜粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、氯化钾、白糖、色素和香精混合搅拌均匀后过60目筛并与海苔微片混合搅拌均匀,最后进行灭菌包装从而制得果冻粉。
