Description

本发明为一种能对机动车辆车体及人身安全进行保护并能减缓撞击力的气垫式车用减震保险杠,特别适合于汽车车体及人身安全的保护并能减缓撞击力的气垫式车用减震保险杠。
机动车的出现和发展,给人类的文明进步起到了积极地推动作用,也给人们带来了诸多的不幸-交通事故。交通事故大部分都是由于车辆与车辆的撞击、车辆与人身的撞击、车辆与非车辆的撞击而产生的。目前,机动车,特别是汽车,已发展到近乎尽善尽美的程度,汽车的前、后保险杠对汽车车体及人身安全的保护(当然,保险杠还有其它的功能)起到了积极地作用,然而,利用车用保险杠缓减撞击力、降低机动车辆的肇事率、减轻交通事故的破坏程度、同时能较好地保护车体及人身的问题却未得到很好地解决。为较好解决上述问题,本发明提供一种结构合理,有一定强度、弹性、韧性及气密性好的,缓冲性能极佳的气垫式车用减震保险杠。现在惯用的汽车保险杠主要有全金属式、包胶式、嵌胶式三种。全金属式的基本不具缓冲性能,虽然在受到比其自身材料差的物体撞击时能对车体和车主起到一定的保护作用,但根本没有缓减撞(冲)击力,故基本上未起到保险杠的作用;包胶式的和嵌胶式的因包上或嵌入了一定的橡胶或缓冲材料,故缓冲性能比全金属式的有所提高,但从诸交通事故的统计分析及实验分析数据看,其缓冲效果仍很差,对缓减撞击力,保护车体及人身安全的作用和效果仍十分不理想,即使在车速较慢的情况下出现撞车事故(如大城市中拥挤的车流,车常走走停停,速度很慢,经常出现后一辆的头部撞上前一辆的尾部),保险杠仍起不到保险的作用,造成生命、财产的损失,并严重地妨碍和堵塞了交通。本发明同它们比具有更优越的力学结构,极佳的缓冲性能和理想的保护效果、能大大降低事故的破坏程度。
为了克服目前车用保险杠结构不合理、缓冲性能差、保险系数低以及成本高、质量大、使用维护不方便等缺点,特提出一种结构合理、缓冲性能极佳、保险系数高、成本低、强度高、质量轻、使用维护方便的气垫式车用减震保险杠,以弥补目前的损失。
气垫式车用减震保险杠取材于金属、高分子材料等,经机加工、压出等方法而成。该保险杠(可参照附图)可分为U型、一字型、环型等多种形式(附图为U型)。该保险杠靠气垫减震由较坚固的气带槽板和具有一定强度、弹性、韧性及气密性好的保护气带组合而成。气垫式车用减震保险杠可分为前保险杠和后保险杠等,根据应用对象及具体要求,前或后气垫式车用减震保险杠可自成完整体系为一独立的气室,亦可前、后连通为一组合气室。气垫式车用减震保险杠的气带槽板(2)、(7)、(12)为具有一定强度的金属或高分子材料或其它材料制成,根据车辆、车型及具体要求等进行气带槽板的剖面几何形的设计,气带槽板上设有一小孔为气阀(3)、(8)、(13)的过孔;保护气带可以是内带(4)、(9)和外带(5)、(10)配合的双层体(如图1、图2),亦可以是具有气密性的自成完整体系的独立体(如图3),保护气带(1)、(6)、(11)为具有一定强度、韧性、弹性及气密性好的高分子材料和其它材料制成(如:塑料、橡胶等制成,它的形状很象将环状车胎剪断后将断头封死的带状胎〔图中虚线表示内带〕,若是双层体,其外带的端头也需封死或封成L型状。外带也可采用金属材料制作);气带槽板与保护气带的配合方式同车胎与轮辋的配合方式相似。首先将气带槽板连接并固定(可采用螺栓连接、铆接、焊接等多种方法)在车辆的车架前部或后部或车辆的其它部件上,然后将保护气带对位装配进气带槽板里(此时保护气带A面朝外),最后通过气阀向保护气带里充入一定压强的气体,即可使用。当气垫式车用减震保险杠受到来自外部的撞击或冲击时,该保险杠将形成一个强有力的气垫,支撑和减缓这种外力而使车辆和人身安全得到保护,大幅度降低事故所造成的损失程度(使用气垫式车用减震保险杠,最好将汽车的前后保险杠的高度等指标统一化和标准化,保险杠的高度最好以轿车保险杠的高度为准,若整个世界的汽车行业能统一制订标准,该气垫式车用减震保险杠的使用效果将最佳)。
气垫式车用减震保险杠具有下列主要优点:(1)应用范围广,适合各种机动车辆的使用;(2)不影响原车总体设计,可根据需要进行该杠的色彩、外观的设计;(3)造价低,工艺简单,使用维护方便;(4)强度高、质量轻,抗冲击;(5)结构合理,缓冲减震性能好,能大幅度降低机动车辆的肇事率、减轻事故损失程度、保护车辆及人身安全,经济效益、社会效益极好。
本发明的实施例结合附图说明如下:
该气垫式车用减震保险杠主要取材于金属、高分子材料等,经机加工、压出等方法而成。
图1为本发明的一种实施例(双层体之一种)的装配示意的主视、左剖视图;图2为本发明的另一种实施例(双层体之一种)的装配示意的主视、左剖视图。先选择符合加工气带槽板(2)、(7)要求的钢材,通过轧制或冲压或其它方法,按所需的规格、尺寸备好,然后在适当的部位加工出一通孔,作为气阀(3)、(8)的过孔;保护气带(1)、(6)选用内带(4)、(9)和外带(5)、(10)配合的双层体,采用压出法等方法将材质为丁基等合成橡胶的内带和外带成型,按设计要求和需要加工出所需规格和长度的胶带(两端头均封死),在内带上配好气阀,然后将内、外带配合后成为的保护气带与气带槽板配合,其配合形式同车胎与轮辋的配合形式相似,配合好后(此时保护气带A面朝外)再通过气阀向保护气带里充入一定气压的气体,即可使用。
图3为本发明的另一种实施例(独立体之一种)的装配示意的主视、左剖视图。先选择符合加工气带槽板(12)要求的钢材,通过轧制或冲压或其它方法,按所需的规格、尺寸备好,然后在适当的部位加工出一通孔,作为气阀(13)的过孔;保护气带(11)选用具内、外带功能为一体的气密性好的自成完整体系的独立体,采用模压法等方法将其成型(选用高分子材料),按设计要求和需要加工出所需规格和长度的气密性好的保护气带,然后装上气阀,尔后将保护气带通过粘结带(14)同气带槽板配合好(此时保护气带A面朝外),最后通过气阀向保护气带里充入一定压强的气体,即可使用。

Claims (1)

1、一种能对机动车辆车体及人身安全进行保护并能减缓撞击力的气垫式车用减震保险杠,特别适用于汽车的气垫式车用减震保险杠,其特征在于该保险杠靠气垫减震由较坚固的气带槽板和具有一定强度、弹性、韧性以及气密性好的保护气带组合而成。
