为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种土豆甘蓝杏仁营养粉,包括以下成分:土豆20-30份、甘蓝40-50份、杏仁10-15份、牛奶40-50份、枸杞3-6份、党参4-5份。
一种土豆甘蓝杏仁营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
 1)选用新鲜的土豆,新鲜的甘蓝以及好的杏仁,剔除坏的部分;
2)将土豆、甘蓝以及杏仁进行清洗,并采用臭氧进行消毒;
3)将土豆、甘蓝以及杏仁混合,进行榨汁、在榨汁的过程中加入适量的水以及加入牛奶,得到混合果汁;
4)将上述混合果汁进行杀菌处理;
5)将枸杞和党参洗净,用2-4倍的水进行提取药汁;
6)将混合果汁与药汁进行混合均匀得到混合液;
7)将混合液转入真空蒸发器进行浓缩,浓缩时间为2-4小时;
6)经浓缩后的混合液进行喷雾干燥;                                             
7);将干燥后的粉末进行细磨,后加入防腐剂后进行包装。
本发明的土豆甘蓝杏仁营养粉在食用时,每次取适量,倒入开水搅拌后,即可饮用。

2.一种土豆甘蓝杏仁营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
 1)选用新鲜的土豆,新鲜的甘蓝以及好的杏仁,剔除坏的部分;
2)将土豆、甘蓝以及杏仁进行清洗,并采用臭氧进行消毒;
