本发明公开了一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛20-23、膨化苦荞麦粉10-11、大枣粉末8-11、橄榄菜7-9、卵叶贝母兰0.8-1、乳酸菌5-6、八股绳1-2、黄皮果7-9、葡萄籽4-6、桑椹果渣4-5、胡萝卜嫩叶5-7、芦荟汁8-10、雪莲花2-3、黑莓9-12、老鸭汤7-10、柑橘皮4-5、裙带菜5-7、营养添加剂15-17和水适量。本发明的饮料,有铁皮石斛,膨化苦荞麦粉,其蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、纤维素含量高,还含有丰富的维生素,营养价值高,另外还有葡萄籽、橄榄菜、老鸭汤等其他原料,含有丰富的多种氨基酸、矿物质等,具有保健、美容之功效,且口感好,养生效能好,营养价值高。

技术领域
    本发明涉及饮用食品及其制备工艺技术领域,主要是一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展、人们对健康日益关注,对饮料的要求也在逐渐升高,尤其是在口味、营养以及具有特殊养生保健功能方面,现有市场上的饮料虽然种类多,但是已经不能够满足人们对口感和养生保健的需求,有较好的口感,同时高营养、具有一定的养生保健的饮料越来越受到消费者的青睐。
铁皮石斛味甘,性微寒;具有生津养胃作用,主要表现为促进腺体分泌和脏器运动,也具有滋阴清热、润肺益肾、明目强腰的功能,还具有降血糖作用,增强机体免疫力。目前市场上石斛饮料多以简单的石斛鲜草、干草原材料制成,成分比较单一,口味单一,严重制约了石斛的附加价值和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛20-23、膨化苦荞麦粉10-11、大枣粉末8-11、橄榄菜7-9、卵叶贝母兰0.8-1、乳酸菌5-6、八股绳1-2、黄皮果7-9、葡萄籽4-6、桑椹果渣4-5、胡萝卜嫩叶5-7、芦荟汁8-10、雪莲花2-3、黑莓9-12、老鸭汤7-10、柑橘皮4-5、裙带菜5-7、营养添加剂15-17和水适量。
所述的营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛鲜叶12-15、乌梅8-10、草莓汁7-9、雪莲菌3-5、燕麦片4-5、向阳花1-2、西洋参鲜根3-4、麦芽糖醇4-6、米汤8-9、芥蓝8-10、乌灵参0.7-0.9、虎皮草1-2、木瓜籽粉3-4和水适量;
所述的营养添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将铁皮石斛鲜叶包裹在纱网内,捣碎充分过滤取嫩叶汁;
(2)将乌梅放置在蒸笼内至蒸熟,而后去核取肉,且将其与雪莲菌、燕麦
片、麦芽糖醇、木瓜籽粉、米汤一起,加少量的水在锅内焖煮,直至煮烂,充分搅拌混匀后过滤取汤汁;
(3)将向阳花、西洋参鲜根、乌灵参、虎皮草混合,用2-3倍的水水提,过滤取中药过滤液;      
(4)将芥蓝切碎,且将切碎的芥蓝与步骤1中的嫩叶汁一起放在榨汁机内搅拌榨汁,过滤取汁液;
(5)将草莓汁与步骤2的汤汁、步骤3的中药过滤液及步骤4的汁液混匀
一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪莲花与老鸭汤在锅内炖煮,再将柑橘皮、及包裹在纱布内的葡萄籽、桑椹果渣一起放入到锅内煮,而后过滤取浓香老鸭汤汁;
(2)将卵叶贝母兰、八股绳、胡萝卜嫩叶混在一起,加水水提,取中药过滤液,将中药过滤液与营养添加剂搅拌混成混合液;
(3)将铁皮石斛加水磨成稀糊状,再与膨化苦荞麦粉、大枣粉末一起加入到步骤2的混合液内,加2-3倍的水大火煮,煮沸后,搅拌调匀取浓浆料;
(4)将切碎的裙带菜、橄榄菜与黄皮果、乳酸菌、芦荟汁、黑莓一起在榨汁机内榨取蔬果汁;
(5)将步骤1中的浓香老鸭汤汁、步骤3的的浓浆料及步骤4的蔬果汁一起搅拌混匀,而后灌装即可。
本发明中卵叶贝母兰:甘、淡,凉。滋阴益肾,养胃生津,除烦止渴。用于热病伤津,病后虚弱,肺痨潮热,盗汗,遗精,腰酸无力,痔疮,胃脘痛胀,胃酸缺乏,食欲不振。
葡萄籽含有丰富的多种氨基酸、维生素及矿物质等具有保健、美容之功效。有效成分:原花青素、葡萄多酚 原花色素可分为单体、寡聚体和多聚体,我司葡萄籽提取物以寡聚体 (OPC) 为主,由两类原花色素单体组成,即儿茶素和表儿茶素原花青素是高效抗氧化剂,是最有效的自由基清除剂,具有非常强的体内活性。能降低心脏病、癌症、早衰、关节炎等病症的发病危险。增强血管壁抵抗力。降低糖尿病的发病危险。增强皮肤弹性和柔滑性,预防太阳光线对皮肤的辐射损伤等功效。
雪莲花含有蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮类化合物、生物碱等。具有通经活血、散寒除湿、止血消肿、排体内毒素等功效。雪莲花中蕴含的维生素C能软化血管、防止衰老、祛皱及脂质的堆积,改善微循环。使皮肤富有光泽,能阻止化学物质致癌的过程,达到防癌、抗癌、治癌的目的、延长生命。
橄榄菜营养价值很高,橄榄含有67%的水分、23%的油脂、5%的蛋白质和1%的钙、铁、磷等矿物质,同时还含有维生素A、维生素D、维生素K和维生素E等多种维生素。榄榄油中所含的维生素E是血管保护剂,可降低胆固醇和甘油三酯。

本发明的铁皮石斛保健养生饮料,除了有铁皮石斛,还有主原料膨化苦荞麦粉,其蛋白质含量、淀粉含量、纤维素含量高,还含有丰富的维生素,营养价值高,另外还有葡萄籽、橄榄菜、老鸭汤等其他原料,含有丰富的多种氨基酸、矿物质等,具有保健、美容之功效,且口感好,养生效能好,营养价值高。

1.一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛20-23、膨化苦荞麦粉10-11、大枣粉末8-11、橄榄菜7-9、卵叶贝母兰0.8-1、乳酸菌5-6、八股绳1-2、黄皮果7-9、葡萄籽4-6、桑椹果渣4-5、胡萝卜嫩叶5-7、芦荟汁8-10、雪莲花2-3、黑莓9-12、老鸭汤7-10、柑橘皮4-5、裙带菜5-7、营养添加剂15-17和水适量;
所述的营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:铁皮石斛鲜叶12-15、乌梅8-10、草莓汁7-9、雪莲菌3-5、燕麦片4-5、向阳花1-2、西洋参鲜根3-4、麦芽糖醇4-6、米汤8-9、芥蓝8-10、乌灵参0.7-0.9、虎皮草1-2、木瓜籽粉3-4和水适量;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种铁皮石斛保健养生饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪莲花与老鸭汤在锅内炖煮,再将柑橘皮、及包裹在纱布内的葡萄籽、桑椹果渣一起放入到锅内煮,而后过滤取浓香老鸭汤汁;
(2)将卵叶贝母兰、八股绳、胡萝卜嫩叶混在一起,加水水提,取中药过滤液,将中药过滤液与营养添加剂搅拌混成混合液;
(3)将铁皮石斛加水磨成稀糊状,再与膨化苦荞麦粉、大枣粉末一起加入到步骤2的混合液内,加2-3倍的水大火煮,煮沸后,搅拌调匀取浓浆料;
(4)将切碎的裙带菜、橄榄菜与黄皮果、乳酸菌、芦荟汁、黑莓一起在榨汁机内榨取蔬果汁;
(5)将步骤1中的浓香老鸭汤汁、步骤3的的浓浆料及步骤4的蔬果汁一起搅拌混匀,而后灌装即可。
