Description

夹紧元件以及构件连接装置
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1特征的夹紧元件以及根据权利要求2特征的包括夹紧元件的构件连接装置。
本发明的任务在于提供一种夹紧元件,该夹紧元件可以以简单方式实现构件的连接;以及提供一种相应的构件连接装置。
该任务通过权利要求1或2的特征得以解决。本发明有利的方案和扩展方案由从属权利要求可知。
本发明的出发点在于一种构件连接装置,其包括第一构件和要与第一构件通过插接或者夹紧连接而连接的第二构件。一个或两个构件例如可以是车身构件。但本发明不局限于“汽车制造”领域,而是完全可广泛应用于以简单且低成本的方式通过插接或者夹紧连接而彼此连接两个构件。
“公形锁合元件”从第一构件上突出。术语“公形锁合元件”可非常宽泛地理解。一般性来说这是指从第一构件突出的元件,该元件优选具有侧凹部。公形锁合元件例如可以是球或通过球的一部分(如球缺)构成或具有近似球或锥形的形状或栓形。
在第二构件中设置通孔,公形锁合元件伸入该通孔中或公形锁合元件至少部分穿过该通孔。
本发明核心在于与公形锁合元件共同作用的夹紧元件。该夹紧元件例如可构造成蘑菇状或帽状或集成到另一构件中。按本发明的夹紧元件具有空心的径向有弹性的杆。可规定,夹紧边缘从该杆向外突出。
在根据本发明的构件连接装置中,径向有弹性的套筒状区段(杆)形锁合和/或摩擦锁合地卡装到公形锁合元件上。公形锁合元件相对于套筒状区段的至少一个前部区段具有一定的过盈。在将套筒状区段插套或卡装到公形锁合元件上时,套筒状区段的前部区段首先被略微径向扩大。在将套筒状区段进一步压到公形锁合元件上时,如公形锁合元件具有侧凹部,则套筒状区段的前部区段再次径向向内弹回一部分,因此除了摩擦锁合外在夹紧元件的套筒状区段的内圆周和公形锁合元件之间还形成一定的形锁合。可规定,夹紧元件的套筒状区段在卡装状态中形锁合地从后面卡在公形锁合元件的侧凹部上。
可规定,“夹紧边缘”从套筒状区段(杆区段)向外突出,该夹紧边缘至少部分搭接通孔。优选夹紧边缘至少沿套筒状区段的纵向方向在一定程度上是弯曲弹性的。
另外可规定,夹紧边缘在第二构件的背离第一构件的一侧上贴靠在第二构件上并且将第二构件压向第一构件方向。作为替换方案可规定,夹紧边缘与第二构件固定连接。
在上面描述的两种情况的任何一种中,第二构件都通过夹紧元件与第一构件连接,所述夹紧元件卡装在与第一构件固定连接的公形锁合元件上。
因此可非常简单地通过将夹紧元件卡装或插套到与第一构件固定连接的公形锁合元件上来彼此连接两个构件。卡装可手动进行。作为替换方案也可规定,例如借助机器人自动卡装夹紧元件,所述机器人在此之前检测公形锁合元件的空间位置。
根据本发明的一种扩展方案,设置在第二构件中的通孔是圆形的。与此相应可规定,夹紧元件的套筒状区段(即杆区段)具有圆柱体形状或近似圆柱体的形状。
作为替换方案可规定,通孔是长孔并且套筒状区段具有适配该长孔形状的柱体形状。但套筒状区段的形状并非必须适配长孔的形状。也可想到,通孔构造为长孔并且使用具有圆柱形杆区段的夹紧元件,这样做的优点在于,既使在两个构件的安装状态中两个构件也可沿长孔的纵向方向进行一定的相对移动。
如夹紧边缘与第二构件连接,可规定,夹紧边缘与第二构件一体连接。尤其是可规定,夹紧边缘和/或整个夹紧元件与第二构件一体连接或者说集成到第二构件中并且因此是第二构件的集成的组成部分。
相应于蘑菇状可规定,夹紧边缘是一个环绕的夹紧边缘。但并非必须如此。“夹紧边缘”也可由多个在圆周区段上延伸的夹紧弧段、多个夹紧臂、多个夹紧凸鼻或类似物构成。
按本发明,夹紧元件的套筒状区段(杆区段)至少在其背离夹紧边缘的端面上敞开。这是为了能够将套筒状区段插套到公形锁合元件上。套筒状区段的另一端部可以是敞开或封闭的。在后一种情况下可规定,相应于蘑菇状,夹紧边缘延伸超出套筒状区段。
如上所述,公形锁合元件例如由与第一构件连接的球构成。也可想到,公形锁合元件由多个单个的彼此连接的元件、尤其是由多个单个的彼此连接的球形或近似球的元件构成。在多个球形元件的情况下,所述球形元件可依次设置(双球或更多球)。公形锁合元件可材料锁合地与第一构件连接,尤其是可焊接到第一构件上。第一构件和/或公形锁合元件例如可由金属、尤其是钢或铝制成。第二构件也可由金属制成。但也可想到混合结构,即这样的构件连接装置,在其中两个构件由不同材料制成。尤其是考虑这样的构件连接装置,在其中一个构件由金属并且另一构件由塑料、如纤维增强塑料、尤其是由玻璃纤维增强塑料或碳纤维增强塑料制成。
夹紧元件优选也可由塑料制成。夹紧元件例如可以是注塑件。

图1示出蘑菇状的夹紧元件1,该夹紧元件具有空心的径向有弹性的或套筒状的区段(杆)1a和从该杆区段向外突出的在杆区段1a的整个圆周上延伸的夹紧区段1b。夹紧区段1b优选沿杆区段的纵向方向、即围绕垂直于杆区段1a纵向方向的轴线可弹性弯曲。
夹紧元件1例如可由塑料制成。在图1所示的实施例中,在杆区段1a的内圆周上设置一个在圆周方向上环绕的凸台1c,该凸台的直径略小于凸台1c上方的杆区段1a的内圆周的直径。该直径差可在百分之几或十分之几毫米的范围内。
图1中所示夹紧元件设置用于卡装到例如可具有球或近似球的形状的公形锁合元件上。公形锁合元件(未示出)相对于凸台1c的直径具有一定的过盈。如应将夹紧元件1卡装到这种公形锁合元件上,则需要为此花费一定力气。为此将夹紧元件1沿杆区段的纵向方向插套到公形锁合元件上。在此杆区段1a的前部区段被径向向外扩大,直到凸台1c(也参见图1a)滑动经过公形锁合元件的“最大直径”。如果公形锁合元件具有侧凹部,则凸台1c与公形锁合元件的侧凹部卡锁。
由放大显示的图1a可见,凸台1c在杆区段1a的背离夹紧边缘1b的一侧上具有环绕的斜面,该斜面允许以较小的力消耗将夹紧元件卡装到公形锁合元件上。相反,只能以明显较大的力消耗将夹紧元件1从公形锁合元件上拔下,因为在拔下方向2(参见图1a)上未设置这种斜面。凸台1c的几何形状的设计细节在图1a中示出。可清楚地看到“插套”斜面3和垂直于杆区段1a纵向方向延伸的形锁合面4。
在图1中示出的夹紧元件1可用于连接两个构件。公形锁合元件(例如焊接在第一构件上的球)从第一构件上突出。第二构件具有通孔,所述公形锁合元件伸入该通孔中。在接合两个构件后,只须将夹紧元件1以其杆区段1a卡装到公形锁合元件上。设置在第二构件中的通孔和夹紧边缘1b这样彼此协调,使得夹紧边缘1b搭接通孔,由此两个构件彼此连接。
图2示出这种构件连接装置的一种实施例。该构件连接装置具有第一构件5,一个椭圆体状的公形锁合元件6从第一构件上突出。在第二构件7中设有一个长孔状的通孔8。
在此在公形锁合元件6上卡装一个夹紧元件1,该夹紧元件具有套筒状的杆区段1a和搭接通孔8的夹紧边缘1b。由图2可见,夹紧元件1、尤其是其套筒状区段1a适配于长孔的形状。夹紧元件或者说夹紧元件1的凸台1c从后面卡在公形锁合元件上、在此仅卡在彼此相对置的两侧上、即在图平面后方的一个区域中和图平面前方的一个区域中。第二构件7或者说***其通孔8中的夹紧元件1可相对于第一构件5横向于图平面移动。
图3示出第二构件7的一种实施例。夹紧元件1集成在该第二构件中。第二构件7和夹紧元件1可由塑料材料浇铸或注塑出。在图3所示的实施例中夹紧元件1因此是第二构件7的集成的组成部分。

Claims (16)

1.蘑菇状的夹紧元件(1),其具有空心的径向有弹性的杆(1a)和从杆向外突出的夹紧边缘(1b)。
2.构件连接装置,其包括第一构件(5)、第二构件(7)和夹紧元件(1),公形锁合元件(6)从该第一构件突出,该第二构件具有通孔(8),所述公形锁合元件(6)伸入该通孔中,该夹紧元件具有径向有弹性的的套筒状区段(1a)和从套筒状区段(1a)向外突出的夹紧边缘(1b),该套筒状区段形锁合和/或摩擦锁合地卡装到公形锁合元件(6)上,该夹紧边缘至少部分搭接通孔(8)并且在第二构件(7)的背离第一构件(5)的一侧上贴靠在第二构件(7)上或与第二构件(7)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述通孔(8)是圆形的,并且所述套筒状区段(1a)具有圆柱体形状或近似圆柱体的形状。
4.根据权利要求2的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述通孔(8)是长孔,并且所述套筒状区段具有适配该长孔(8)形状的柱体形状。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧边缘(1b)与第二构件(7)一体连接。
6.根据权利要求2至5之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,套筒状区段(1a)的背离夹紧边缘(1b)的区段(1c)形锁合地从后面卡在公形锁合元件(6)上。
7.根据上述权利要求之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧边缘(1b)是一个环绕的夹紧边缘。
8.根据权利要求2至7之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧边缘(1b)具有帽状或蘑菇状的形状。
9.根据权利要求2至8之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述套筒状区段(1a)在其两个端面上敞开。
10.根据权利要求2至8之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述套筒状区段(1a)在朝向夹紧边缘(1b)的一侧上罩状地封闭。

12.根据权利要求2至11之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述公形锁合元件(6)具有多个球形元件或者说区段。
13.根据权利要求12的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述公形锁合元件(6)的多个球形元件或者说区段依次设置在一排中。
14.根据权利要求2至13之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述公形锁合元件(6)焊接在第一构件(5)上。
15.根据权利要求2至14之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述两个构件(5、7)至少之一是车身构件。
16.根据权利要求1的夹紧元件或根据权利要求2至15之一的构件连接装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧元件(1)由塑料制成。
