一种健脾薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯500-550、藿香叶0.8-1、白术1-1.2、枳实0.6-0.7、木香0.8-1、陈皮1-1.2、辛参1.8-2、丛毛榕根1.3-1.5、兔肉60-65、红茶叶4-5、豆腐18-20、番茄酱5-6、丝瓜4-5、可可粉7-8、面包糠5-7、营养添加剂4-5。本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的兔肉蛋白质含量高,含有多种维生素和8种人体所必需的氨基酸,提高了本发明的营养价值,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中藿香叶、白术、木香、辛参、丛毛榕根等具有健脾的功效,此外,本发明不含化学添加剂,是一种绿色保健食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种健脾薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种健脾薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种健脾薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
马铃薯500-550、藿香叶0.8-1、白术1-1.2、枳实0.6-0.7、木香0.8-1、陈皮1-1.2、辛参1.8-2、丛毛榕根1.3-1.5、兔肉60-65、红茶叶4-5、豆腐18-20、番茄酱5-6、丝瓜4-5、可可粉7-8、面包糠5-7、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的健脾薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将藿香叶、白术、枳实、木香、陈皮、辛参、丛毛榕根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将丝瓜加药液打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将红茶叶加滤液小火煮制10-12分钟,过滤除渣,得保健蔬菜茶;
(3)将兔肉绞碎,加保健蔬菜茶腌制3-4小时,然后与番茄酱拌匀,隔水大火蒸18-20分钟;
(4)将马铃薯去皮,送入开水锅,大火煮制20-25分钟后捞出、沥干,与豆腐混合打成泥,然后与步骤(3)所得物料、剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
本发明中的辛参为唇形科植物假秦艽的块根,丛毛榕根丛毛榕根为桑科植物丛毛榕的根。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条口感好,配方合理科学,其中添加的兔肉蛋白质含量高,含有多种维生素和8种人体所必需的氨基酸,提高了本发明的营养价值,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中藿香叶、白术、木香、辛参、丛毛榕根等具有健脾的功效,此外,本发明不含化学添加剂,是一种绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
一种健脾薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
马铃薯500、藿香叶0.8、白术1.2、枳实0.6、木香0.8、陈皮1.2、辛参1.8、丛毛榕根1.5、兔肉65、红茶叶5、豆腐20、番茄酱6、丝瓜5、可可粉8、面包糠5、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:丝瓜络1.2、苹果花0.8、罗汉果1.2、菟丝子0.8、蜂蜜2、绿豆6、阿胶2、米醋5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;制备方法为:
