本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种养生粥干粉、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
健康来自科学的养生,中医食疗法是最好的养生方法之一。在传统中医学理论指导下,将“药食同源”的食物进行科学配方,针对中医气虚体质人群,利用食物来影响机体各方面的功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法。本发明采用烤制、磨粉等现代科学技术加工制作,保存食物原有营养成分同时,通过研磨破坏细胞壁,使蛋白质等营养成分充分释放出来,提高人体的消化吸收率,是具有独特色、香、味、形、效的膳食食品。它即将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,药借食力,食助药威,二者相辅相成,相得益彰;既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病,保健强身,延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明含有大量的膳食纤维和人体所必需的各种矿物质和维生素等营养成分,可使气虚者通过饮食达到祛湿健脾、固肾涩精、益气活血目的。本发明通过烤制、磨粉等特殊工艺加工成干粉,冲泡即食,改变传统养生粥的食用方法和口感,更加方便快捷,保健效果较好。
本产品主要原料为:芡实2~6重量份、莲子4~12重量份、红枣4~12重量份、山药4~12重量份、扁豆2~6重量份、白芝麻4~12重量份、花生4~12重量份、茯苓5~15重量份、粳米5~15重量份,黍米5~15重量份、荞麦4~12重量份、葡萄干5~15重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其中芡实、莲子、扁豆、茯苓、粳米、黍米、荞麦烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;红枣、白芝麻、花生、山药、葡萄干150℃烤制15~20分钟,将烤制的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将茯苓莲枣补气干粉进行密封包装。
食用方法为:每次约取50g,开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。血糖不高者,根据自己口味可加入适量蜂蜜或红糖。
技术效果
本发明适用于气虚体质者食用,有祛湿健脾、固肾涩精、益气活血的功效。药理作用:芡实味甘、涩,性平,归脾、肾经。具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,利水渗湿等功效。扁豆味甘,性微温,能健脾除湿,增进食欲,含有丰富的维生素C和铁,对缺铁性贫血患者有益。莲子性平,味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;有补脾止泻,养心安神,益肾涩清等功效。山药有利于脾胃消化吸收,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品,具有强健机体,滋肾益精,降低血糖等作用。白芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有糖类,维生素等营养成分,对养血,祛风润肠,强健身体有较好功效。红枣中的维生素P含量为所有果蔬之冠,有维持毛细血管通透性,改善微循环,调节人体代谢,增强免疫力等功效。花生味甘性平,入脾、肺经,健脾和胃,利肾去水,主治营养不良,滋养调气等功效。葡萄干含有丰富的营养素含量也是补血补气的良品。综上,本发明按一定比例配比以上食材,产品对中医气虚体质者有祛湿健脾、固肾涩精、益气活血的功效。
本实验病例为北京工业大学医院就诊患者中气虚体质人群30人。
气虚体质诊断标准:弱、汗、虚、疲。身体弱,常出汗,无力。精神萎靡,易疲倦,各种症状在活动后更厉害,脉无力。
治疗方案:保证健康生活方式条件下,服用本产品4—8个月。
疗效评定标准:睡眠质量有所改善,舌象其齿痕数减少,舌色舌态趋于健康舌,其疲乏、气短、自汗等气虚特征有所减轻;气血津液运行通畅,营养充足,体重在标准范围(身高(厘米)-105=体重,在标准体重加减10%范围内)内,无明显不适等。
数据统计:气虚质完全好转(符合通、荣、平的健康体质)4人;明显好转(气虚症状明显减轻,趋于健康体质)15人,好转(症状减轻)16人,轻微好转5人,无变化0人。
结论:本发明对改善气虚体质有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
芡实2重量份、莲子4重量份、红枣4重量份、山药4重量份、扁豆2重量份、白芝麻4重量份、花生4重量份、茯苓5重量份、粳米5重量份,黍米5重量份、荞麦4重量份、葡萄干5重量份。
制作工艺为:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其中芡实、莲子、扁豆、茯苓、粳米、黍米、荞麦烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;红枣、白芝麻、花生、山药、葡萄干150℃烤制15~20分钟,将烤制的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将茯苓莲枣补气干粉进行密封包装。
每次约取50g,300ml开水冲成粥(糊状),一日三餐均可配餐食用。

1.茯苓莲枣补气粥干粉,其特征在于,主要原料组成:芡实2~6重量份、莲子4~12重量份、红枣4~12重量份、山药4~12重量份、扁豆2~6重量份、白芝麻4~12重量份、花生4~12重量份、茯苓5~15重量份、粳米5~15重量份,黍米5~15重量份、荞麦4~12重量份、葡萄干5~15重量份。

3.制备权利要求1的茯苓莲枣补气粥干粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:先将主原料清洗,自然晾干,使用专业食品烤箱进行高温杀菌、烤制,其中芡实、莲子、扁豆、茯苓、粳米、黍米、荞麦烤制温度150℃,20~30分钟;红枣、白芝麻、花生、山药、葡萄干150℃烤制15~20分钟,将烤制的材料再经过食品磨粉机磨粉,细度为80~100目,混合均匀,最后将茯苓莲枣补气干粉进行密封包装。
