本发明公开了一种缓冲效果好的压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内设置有与进口通道和出口通道相互配合的阀瓣,在阀瓣上设置有铬合金块,在阀杆的一端上设置有与铬合金块相互配合的圆弧凸起,阀瓣上的铬合金块与阀杆一端上的圆弧凸起相抵,阀杆的另一端伸出阀盖上的螺母与手柄相连接,所述螺母与阀盖之间通过固定螺钉相连接,所述阀盖通过阀母设置在阀体内,在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种压力自密封截止阀。
背景技术
为了有效地切断管道内的流体,在管道上都会设置有阀门。现有的阀门一般只有一种功能截止或者止回,功能比较单一,而且都是采用垂直结构,缓冲效果差,一些地方由于长时间接触磨损率高,导致阀门使用寿命缩短,同时阀杆与阀盖之间稳固性能差,控制不精确,阀体与阀盖之间的密封性能达不到要求,容易导致液体介质发生泄漏,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种缓冲效果好的压力自密封截止阀。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内设置有与进口通道和出口通道相互配合的阀瓣,在阀瓣上设置有铬合金块,在阀杆的一端上设置有与铬合金块相互配合的圆弧凸起,阀瓣上的铬合金块与阀杆一端上的圆弧凸起相抵,阀杆的另一端伸出阀盖上的螺母与手柄相连接,所述螺母与阀盖之间通过固定螺钉相连接,所述阀盖通过阀母设置在阀体内,在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金。
本发明的优点是:上述压力自密封截止阀安装在管道上,同时具有截止阀和止回阀两种功能,摩擦力小,y型结构的缓冲效果好,维修方便,操作时稳固性能好,密封效果好,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体1,在所述阀体1内设置有进口通道2和出口通道3,在所述阀体1内设置有与进口通道2和出口通道3相互配合的阀瓣4,在阀瓣4上设置有铬合金块5,在阀杆6的一端上设置有与铬合金块5相互配合的圆弧凸起7,阀瓣4上的铬合金块5与阀杆6一端上的圆弧凸起7相抵,阀杆6的另一端伸出阀盖8上的螺母9与手柄10相连接,所述螺母9与阀盖8之间通过固定螺钉11相连接,所述阀盖8通过阀母12设置在阀体1内,在所述阀母12与阀盖8之间设置有软不锈钢密封环13,所述软不锈钢密封环13的下端设置有斜面与阀盖8上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖8的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金14。
上述压力自密封截止阀安装在管道上,流体通过进口通道2进入阀体1内,通过手柄10向上提升阀杆6,阀瓣4被流体顶开,进口通道2和出口通道3连通,当流体在阀体1内经过时,会对阀盖8产生向上的推力,推力越大,阀盖8在软不锈钢密封环13和硬质合金14的作用下密封性能越好,不会发生流体泄漏,阀杆与阀盖通过固定螺钉11二次连接,操作时更加稳固牢靠,当需要关闭阀门时,通过手柄10向下挤压阀杆6,阀瓣4在阀杆6的作用下使进口通道2和出口通道3被隔开,阀杆6一端的圆弧凸起7与铬合金块5相抵,降低了阀瓣4与阀杆6之间的磨损率,延长了阀门的使用寿命,阀瓣4受到流体的冲击力减少,起到了很好的缓冲作用。

1.压力自密封截止阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1),在所述阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(2)和出口通道(3),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与进口通道(2)和出口通道(3)相互配合的阀瓣(4),在阀瓣(4)上设置有铬合金块(5),在阀杆(6)的一端上设置有与铬合金块(5)相互配合的圆弧凸起(7),阀瓣(4)上的铬合金块(5)与阀杆(6)一端上的圆弧凸起(7)相抵,阀杆(6)的另一端伸出阀盖(8)上的螺母(9)与手柄(10)相连接,所述螺母(9)与阀盖(8)之间通过固定螺钉(11)相连接,所述阀盖(8)通过阀母(12)设置在阀体(1)内,在所述阀母(12)与阀盖(8)之间设置有软不锈钢密封环(13),所述软不锈钢密封环(13)的下端设置有斜面与阀盖(8)上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖(8)的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金(14)。
