本发明公开了一种磨损率低的压力自密封闸阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有通道,在所述通道的中部阀体内倾斜设置有阀座,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的闸板,在所述阀座与闸板上分别设置有铬合金块,所述闸板与阀杆的一端相连接,阀杆的另一端伸出阀盖上的螺母与手柄相连接,所述阀盖与螺母之间通过横向固定螺钉相连接,所述阀盖通过阀母设置在阀体内,在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金。优点是:操作过程中摩擦力小,磨损率低,使用寿命长,密封效果好,维修方便,可以很好地满足使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种压力自密封闸阀。
背景技术
为了有效地切断管道内的流体,在管道上都会设置有阀门。现有的闸阀在打开关闭过程中摩擦力较大,磨损率高,使用寿命短,时间长了会导致密封效果差,维修不方便,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种磨损率低的压力自密封闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:压力自密封闸阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有通道,在所述通道的中部阀体内倾斜设置有阀座,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的闸板,在所述阀座与闸板上分别设置有铬合金块,所述闸板与阀杆的一端相连接,阀杆的另一端伸出阀盖上的螺母与手柄相连接,所述阀盖与螺母之间通过横向固定螺钉相连接,所述阀盖通过阀母设置在阀体内,在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金。
本发明的优点是:上述压力自密封闸阀安装在管道上,操作过程中摩擦力小,磨损率低,使用寿命长,密封效果好,维修方便,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,压力自密封闸阀,包括:阀体1,在所述阀体1内设置有通道2,在所述通道2的中部阀体1内倾斜设置有阀座3,在所述阀体1内设置有与阀座3相互配合的闸板4,在所述阀座3与闸板4上分别设置有铬合金块5,所述闸板4与阀杆6的一端相连接,阀杆6的另一端伸出阀盖7上的螺母8与手柄9相连接,所述阀盖7与螺母8之间通过横向固定螺钉10相连接,所述阀盖7通过阀母11设置在阀体1内,在所述阀母11与阀盖7之间设置有软不锈钢密封环12,所述软不锈钢密封环12的下端设置有斜面与阀盖7上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖7的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金13。
上述压力自密封闸阀安装在管道上,通过手柄9向上提升阀杆6,从而带动闸板4向上运动直至通道2被打开,当流体在阀体1内经过时,会对阀盖7产生向上的推力,推力越大,阀盖7在软不锈钢密封环12和硬质合金13的作用下密封性能越好,不会发生流体泄漏,当需要关闭阀门时,通过手柄9向下挤压阀杆6,从而带动闸板4向下运动直至通道2被阻断,闸板4与阀座3之间为倾斜结构,更容易***减小摩擦,使阀座3与闸板4之间的配合更加紧密,密封效果加强,阀座3和闸板4上都设置有铬合金块5,在接触时磨损率低,大大延长了使用寿命。

1.压力自密封闸阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1),在所述阀体(1)内设置有通道(2),在所述通道(2)的中部阀体(1)内倾斜设置有阀座(3),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与阀座(3)相互配合的闸板(4),在所述阀座(3)与闸板(4)上分别设置有铬合金块(5),所述闸板(4)与阀杆(6)的一端相连接,阀杆(6)的另一端伸出阀盖(7)上的螺母(8)与手柄(9)相连接,所述阀盖(7)与螺母(8)之间通过横向固定螺钉(10)相连接,所述阀盖(7)通过阀母(11)设置在阀体(1)内,在所述阀母(11)与阀盖(7)之间设置有软不锈钢密封环(12),所述软不锈钢密封环(12)的下端设置有斜面与阀盖(7)上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖(7)的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金(13)。
