本发明公开了一种操作时稳固性好的压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内设置有与进口通道和出口通道相互配合的阀瓣,在所述阀体内设置有与阀瓣相互配合的阀座,在阀瓣上设置有铬合金块,在阀杆的一端上设置有与铬合金块相互配合的圆弧凸起,阀瓣上的铬合金块与阀杆一端上的圆弧凸起相抵,所述阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖与阀杆操作机构相连接在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金,在所述阀盖的上端外侧设置有O型加强杆,所述O型加强杆通过固定螺栓固定在阀杆操作机构上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种压力自密封截止阀。
背景技术
为了有效地切断管道内的流体,在管道上都会设置有阀门。现有的阀门一般只有一种功能截止或者止回,功能比较单一,一些地方由于长时间接触磨损率高,导致阀门使用寿命缩短,同时阀杆与阀盖之间稳固性能差,控制不精确,阀体与阀盖之间的密封性能达不到要求,容易导致液体介质发生泄漏,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种操作时稳固性好的压力自密封截止阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内设置有与进口通道和出口通道相互配合的阀瓣,在所述阀体内设置有与阀瓣相互配合的阀座,在阀瓣上设置有铬合金块,在阀杆的一端上设置有与铬合金块相互配合的圆弧
凸起,阀瓣上的铬合金块与阀杆一端上的圆弧凸起相抵,所述阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖与阀杆操作机构相连接,所述阀盖的通过阀母设置在阀体内,在所述阀母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金,在所述阀盖的上端外侧设置有O型加强杆,所述O型加强杆通过固定螺栓固定在阀杆操作机构上。
本发明的优点是:上述压力自密封截止阀安装在管道上,同时具有截止阀和止回阀两种功能,摩擦力小,维修方便,操作时稳固性能好,密封效果好,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,压力自密封截止阀,包括:阀体1,在所述阀体1内设置有进口通道2和出口通道3,在所述阀体1内设置有与进口通道2和出口通道3相互配合的阀瓣4,在所述阀体1内设置有与阀瓣4相互配合的阀座5,在阀瓣4上设置有铬合金块6,在阀杆7的一端上设置有与铬合金块6相互配合的圆弧凸起8,阀瓣4上的铬合金块6与阀杆7一端上的圆弧凸起8相抵,所述阀杆7的另一端穿过阀盖9与阀杆操作机构10相连接,所述阀盖9的通过阀母11设置在阀体1内,在所述阀母11与阀盖9之间设置有软不锈钢密封环12,所述软不锈钢密封环12的下端设置有斜面与阀盖9上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖9的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金13,在所述阀盖9的上端外侧设置有O型加强杆14,所述O型加强杆14通过固定螺栓15固定在阀杆操作机构10上。
上述压力自密封截止阀安装在管道上,流体通过进口通道2进入阀体1内,通过阀杆操作机构10向上提升阀杆7,阀瓣4被流体顶开,进口通道2和出口通道3连通,当流体在阀体1内经过时,会对阀盖9产生向上的推力,推力越大,阀盖9在软不锈钢密封环12和硬质合金13的作用下密封性能越好,不会发生流体泄漏,阀杆与阀盖通过O型加强杆14操作时更加稳固牢靠,当需要关闭阀门时,通过阀杆操作机构10向下挤压阀杆7,阀瓣4在阀杆7的作用下与阀座5相配合,进口通道2和出口通道3被隔开,阀杆7一端的圆弧凸起8与铬合金块6相抵,降低了阀瓣4与阀杆7之间的磨损率,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

1.压力自密封截止阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1),在所述阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(2)和出口通道(3),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与进口通道(2)和出口通道(3)相互配合的阀瓣(4),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与阀瓣(4)相互配合的阀座(5),在阀瓣(4)上设置有铬合金块(6),在阀杆(7)的一端上设置有与铬合金块(6)相互配合的圆弧凸起(8),阀瓣(4)上的铬合金块(6)与阀杆(7)一端上的圆弧凸起(8)相抵,所述阀杆(7)的另一端穿过阀盖(9)与阀杆操作机构(10)相连接,所述阀盖(9)的通过阀母(11)设置在阀体(1)内,在所述阀母(11)与阀盖(9)之间设置有软不锈钢密封环(12),所述软不锈钢密封环(12)的下端设置有斜面与阀盖(9)上端的斜面相互配合,在所述阀盖(9)的上端斜面上设置有硬质合金(13),在所述阀盖(9)的上端外侧设置有O型加强杆(14),所述O型加强杆(14)通过固定螺栓(15)固定在阀杆操作机构(10)上。
