技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种补脾行气营养面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。随着生活水平的提高,消费者对面制食品的风味性、特色性、营养性提出新要求。开发使用方便、满足制作多种食品要求的面包粉、面条粉、蛋糕粉、自发粉等常规专用面粉是面粉行业新的研究方向。但单一小麦制得的面粉,因其成分单一而限制其营养保健价值,本发明提供一种添加多种营养原料制得面粉,具有补脾行气的功效,丰富了面粉的食用功能。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种补脾行气营养面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种补脾行气营养面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉300-400、糜子10-15、紫米25-30、糯米15-25、栗子10-20、红枣10-20、椰肉15-20、火麻仁2-3、蒲公英2-4、丝瓜籽2-3、肉苁蓉1-2、柠条花1-2、黄芪2-3、星宿菜1-2、迷迭香1-2、龙利叶1-2、橄榄油适量。
所述的补脾行气营养面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火麻仁、蒲公英、丝瓜籽、迷迭香、龙利叶等中药原料混合,加8-10倍水煎煮2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得精制液;
(2)、将糜子、紫米、糯米、栗子洗净烘干,加入适量橄榄油浸泡10-30分钟,捞出沥干余油,入锅炒制熟香,加入精制液及适量水熬煮至稠粥状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得保健混合粉;
(3)、将红枣去核洗净,与椰肉混合均匀,加水文火煮制1-2小时,打制成浆,保持温度在35-44℃,加入浆液重量的0.3-0.5‰的果胶酶,酶解1-2小时,灭酶处理后,冷冻破碎研磨至120-180目,得酶解粉;
(4)、将保健混合粉、酶解粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得补脾行气营养面粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明面粉,营养丰富均衡,易消化吸收,可加工各种面制品;配方含有多种中药有益成分,具有行气活血、补肾阳、益精血、滋阴补血、强壮心脏、清热润肺的功效,滋养五脏同时兼具活血行气功效,有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种补脾行气营养面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:小麦粉300、糜子15、紫米30、糯米15、栗子10、红枣16、椰肉15、火麻仁2、蒲公英44、丝瓜籽2、肉苁蓉1、柠条花2、黄芪2、星宿菜2、迷迭香1、龙利叶1、橄榄油适量。
所述的补脾行气营养面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火麻仁、蒲公英、丝瓜籽、迷迭香、龙利叶等中药原料混合,加8倍水煎煮2.5小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得精制液;
(2)、将糜子、紫米、糯米、栗子洗净烘干,加入适量橄榄油浸泡30分钟,捞出沥干余油,入锅炒制熟香,加入精制液及适量水熬煮至稠粥状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得保健混合粉;
(3)、将红枣去核洗净,与椰肉混合均匀,加水文火煮制2小时,打制成浆,保持温度在38℃,加入浆液重量的0.5‰的果胶酶,酶解2小时,灭酶处理后,冷冻破碎研磨至160目,得酶解粉;
(4)、将保健混合粉、酶解粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得补脾行气营养面粉。
Claims (2)
1.一种补脾行气营养面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉300-400、糜子10-15、紫米25-30、糯米15-25、栗子10-20、红枣10-20、椰肉15-20、火麻仁2-3、蒲公英2-4、丝瓜籽2-3、肉苁蓉1-2、柠条花1-2、黄芪2-3、星宿菜1-2、迷迭香1-2、龙利叶1-2、橄榄油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的补脾行气营养面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火麻仁、蒲公英、丝瓜籽、肉苁蓉、柠条花、黄芪、星宿菜、迷迭香和龙利叶混合,加8-10倍水煎煮2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得精制液;
(2)、将糜子、紫米、糯米、栗子洗净烘干,加入适量橄榄油浸泡10-30分钟,捞出沥干余油,入锅炒制熟香,加入精制液及适量水熬煮至稠粥状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得保健混合粉;
(3)、将红枣去核洗净,与椰肉混合均匀,加水文火煮制1-2小时,打制成浆,保持温度在35-44℃,加入浆液重量的0.3-0.5‰的果胶酶,酶解1-2小时,灭酶处理后,冷冻破碎研磨至120-180目,得酶解粉;
(4)、将保健混合粉、酶解粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得补脾行气营养面粉。
