Abstract
本发明涉及一种适用于糖尿病患者辅助降糖的保健食品,由以下成分按重量配比组成:南瓜30-35份、猪血10-15份、糯米粉20-25份、***10-15份、姜黄提取物2-5份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2-5份、南瓜子仁3-5份,浸泡液适量;所述浸泡液由80-85%的柳茶、5-10%黄芩和10%-15%苦菜茶经白开水冲泡获得。本发明保健食品具有良好的降糖效果,同时能较好的调节内分泌平衡和新陈代谢、有效抑制病菌繁殖、提高患者免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品,具体是一种适用于糖尿病患者辅助降糖的保健食品。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种常见的代谢内分泌疾病,是由于人体内胰岛素绝对或相对缺乏所致,以高血糖为主要特征,长期糖尿病病程常出现各种慢性合并症,成为人体致残或病死的主要原因。糖尿病已严重威胁人类的身心健康,发病率达3.0%,40岁以上的中老年人更高达5.3%,并且,近年来还有发病率逐年升高和发病年轻化的趋势,备受世界各国的关注。中国是当今世界糖尿病患者最多的国家之一,糖尿病患者高达4000~4500万,并且以每年80~100万的速度增长,此外,尚有7000多万人为糖耐量升高者,其造成的巨额医疗费用给国家、社会和个人带来沉重的经济负担。因此,为了预防、控制糖尿病发生和发展,开发研究具有防治糖尿病作用的天然保健食品非常重要,必将产生明显的社会效益和经济效益。
目前,对糖尿病的治疗应是综合性的,以饮食治疗、体力锻炼、降糖药物治疗为支柱。糖尿病的治疗对西药的依赖性很强,甚至是终身的,服用西药禁忌症较多,在长期服用又易导致药物的依赖性和毒副作用,并加速胰岛素细胞的老化,诱发多种并发症,而预防糖尿病合并症的发生和发展又是糖尿病治疗中的关键和难点。
糖尿病在中医中称为“消渴症”,我国最早的医书《黄帝内经素问》及《灵枢》中就记载了“消渴症”这一病名,汉代名医张仲景《金匮要略》之消渴篇对“三多”症状亦有记载。中医药治疗消渴症已有数千年的历史。历代医书中记载了大量治疗消渴的中药及方剂,积累了丰富的经验。近年来大量研究发现,某些中药及其有效成分具有明显的降糖作用,对于糖尿病各种并发症的发生发展,具有显著的预防和治疗作用,取得了一些可喜的成果。
不少医学界有识之士指出,糖尿病的防治已是迫不及待的任务,现在,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们越来越懂得健康是一种自我责任,这更加突出了预防保健的重要性,改善糖尿病患者的饮食结构,提供具有治疗保健作用的糖尿病饮食,在糖尿病防治中具有十分重要的意义。我国很早就有“食疗”和“食养”之说,在中医药文献中也有“谷肉果菜,食养尽之”的记载。由于糖尿病人常有饥饿感,需要多吃零食补充,因此,运用中医药的“食疗”理论,开发出一种适合糖尿病人食用的食品,是提高糖尿病人生活质量的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辅助降糖的保健食品及其制备方法,该保健食品适合糖尿病患者食用,营养搭配合理,在控制血糖的同时,能有效改善胰岛素分泌平衡,并进一步调节新陈代谢和内分泌平衡,是一种纯天然的广普养生保健食品。
本发明提供一种适用于糖尿病患者辅助降糖的保健食品,由以下成分按重量配比组成:南瓜30-35份、猪血10-15份、糯米粉20-25份、***10-15份、姜黄提取物2-5份、南瓜子仁3-5份、浸泡液适量,任选的包括精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2-5份。所述浸泡液为白开水冲泡柳茶获得、或由90-95%的柳茶和5-10%黄芩经白开水冲泡获得、或由80-85%的柳茶、5-10%黄芩和10%-15%苦菜茶经白开水冲泡获得;所述苦菜茶为野生苦菜经过采摘、揉捻、晾晒制备成的干品,所述苦菜优先为紫花苦菜;所述姜黄提取物优先为姜黄素;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由70-85%精氨酸和30-15%苯丙氨酸组成。
本发明还提供一种适用于糖尿病患者辅助降糖的保健食品的制备方法,南瓜30-35份蒸熟捣碎,添加糯米粉20-25份、***10-15份、猪血10-15份、姜黄提取物2-5份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2-5份和适量浸泡液,搅拌混匀,制备成饼,在饼上撒上3-5份南瓜子仁,蒸熟即得。所述浸泡液为白开水冲泡柳茶获得、或由90-95%的柳茶和5-10%黄芩经白开水冲泡获得、或由80-85%的柳茶、5-10%黄芩和10%-15%苦菜茶经白开水冲泡获得;白开水温度为90-100℃;冲泡时间优选为15-30分钟;所述姜黄提取物优先为姜黄素;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由70-85%精氨酸和30-15%苯丙氨酸组成。
南瓜:内含有维生素和果胶,果胶有很好的吸附性,能起到解毒作用;含糖量低,味甜,糖尿病患者食用,既控制了糖的摄入量,又具有糖的甜味;南瓜还含有丰富的钴,钴能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,并参与人体内维生素B12的合成,是人体胰岛细胞所必需的微量元素,对防治糖尿病、降低血糖有特殊的疗效。
猪血:别名“液态肉”,其所含蛋白质为完全蛋白质(即不仅含有8种必需氨基酸,而且配比接近与人体需要),是动物食品中最易消化和利用的蛋白质,营养价值极高;猪血所含脂肪量极低,100克仅含脂肪0.4克,100克猪瘦肉含脂肪15-18克,脂肪也是糖的来源之一,糖尿病患者不能摄入过多;此外,猪血富含钙质、钠、钾、磷、锌、锰、铜、钴等,较植物食品中的同类矿物质,猪血中的这些矿物质是人体可以完全吸收的;猪血还含铁极为丰富,每100g全血铁含量高达45毫克,一般肉类的铁含量每100g仅含0.5-4毫克,且猪血中的铁是以血色素型铁存在,较植物食品中的非血色型铁容易被人体吸收和利用。人体如果缺铁将使得免疫机制受损和抵抗力下降。日常生活中,诸多糖尿病患者为了控制糖摄入量,严格控制肉类的摄入量,偏重于植物性食物的摄取,往往最后导致精神不佳,头晕乏力,抵抗力下降。在糖尿病患者食品中添加适量猪血,既保证了必需的营养物质,又控制了脂肪的摄取量。
***:富含多种营养物质,其中蛋白质5%,脂肪4%,纤维素50~60%及多种维生素和钙、铁、钾等微量元素,并且含有唯有大豆里才有的异黄酮;其中膳食纤维被营养学家认为是继维生素、蛋白质、脂肪、糖、矿物质和水之后的第七大营养素、膳食纤维食品将是21世纪主导食品之一。临床经验证明:食用***有降血糖,降低胆固醇水平,防治高血压、心脏病、肠癌和动脉硬化以及润肠通便、排毒、清肺预防肥胖等功效。
南瓜子仁:取自南瓜种子去皮,富含维生素E、蛋白质和矿物质,具有抗癌抗瘤、杀虫驱虫和降糖消渴的功效。能促进糖分分解,具有使剩余糖分转化为热量的作用,改善体内的脂肪平衡,延缓肠道对葡萄糖的消化吸收,从而使得血糖降低,对糖尿病有防治作用。
姜黄素提取物:从姜黄的根茎中提取获得,具有抗氧化、抗感染、抗炎、抗血脂、抗癌、防治糖尿病等功效;能显著降低患II型糖尿病的风险,能改善胰岛素分泌细胞胰岛β细胞的整体功能。
柳茶:一种藏药,具有抗癌、健脾胃、促进免疫功能、调节脂类代谢的作用,同时,柳茶浸泡液通过调节代谢等,对糖尿病具有良好的调节效果。
苦菜茶:具有清热解渴消暑、提高抵抗力、降血压血糖血脂等功效;糖尿病是典型的内分泌失调症,按食物的五味讲:苦、辣、酸、甜、涩,平时吃香甜食物过多,久而久之食物营养失衡就导致了内分泌失衡,苦菜用以调节食物平衡,使糖尿病患者的食物结构趋于均衡,具有辅助降糖效应。
黄芩:具有清热燥湿、凉血安胎、解毒功效,同时还具有很好的抗菌效果,糖尿病患者由于身体长期处于相对高糖的状态,更适于一些致病菌的生长,黄芩浸泡液有利于抑制病菌生长,辅助改善糖尿病患者的身体状况。
本发明保健食品充分考虑了糖尿病人的患病机制、身体状况、营养需求,在食物配比上,考察了个各组分本身的组成物质和营养价值,重点研究各组分调配后的营养均衡情况,从整体上调节糖尿病患者的血糖和身体状况。
其中,南瓜、猪血、糯米粉、***以特定科学配比组合,既满足糖尿病患者的营养、热量需求,有饱腹感,又有效控制了糖的摄入量,是适合糖尿病患者的极佳食物配比。姜黄提取物和黄芩均具有抗炎抗菌的功效,能有效抑制糖尿病患者高糖状态下病菌的快速繁殖,减少致病菌对糖尿病患者的侵害,提高身体机能。姜黄提取物、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸在改善胰岛素分泌细胞胰岛β细胞的整体功能的同时,还能有效刺激胰岛素分泌,在改善患者胰岛素分泌方面具有很好的协同作用,还使患者能稳定保持已恢复的胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素分泌量。南瓜子仁、柳茶和苦菜茶从整体上调节新陈代谢、内分泌平衡,进一步稳定胰岛素分泌平衡。
本发明保健食品既治标又固本,对于糖尿病患者来说,既要通过饮食使得血糖下降,同时也要保证一定量的碳水化合物和蛋白质的量,以提供能量和维持正常的新陈代谢。因为糖尿病是一种内分泌失调疾病,在降糖的同时也要从整体上调节身体内分泌平衡、代谢平衡,提高免疫力。本发明保健食品具有良好的降糖效果,同时能较好的调节内分泌平衡和新陈代谢、有效抑制病菌繁殖、提高患者免疫力。
具体实施方式
实施例一南瓜30份蒸熟捣碎,添加糯米粉20份、***10份、猪血10份、姜黄提取物2份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2份和适量浸泡液,搅拌混匀,制备成饼,在饼上撒上3份南瓜子仁,蒸熟即得。所述浸泡液为白开水冲泡柳茶获得;所述白开水温度为90℃;冲泡时间优选为30分钟;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由70%精氨酸和30%苯丙氨酸组成;所述姜黄提取物为姜黄素。
实施例二南瓜35份蒸熟捣碎,添加糯米粉25份、***15份、猪血15份、姜黄提取物5份和适量浸泡液,搅拌混匀,制备成饼,在饼上撒上5份南瓜子仁,蒸熟即得。所述浸泡液由90%的柳茶和10%黄芩经白开水冲泡获得;所述白开水温度为100℃;冲泡时间优选为15分钟;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由85%精氨酸和15%苯丙氨酸组成;所述姜黄提取物为姜黄素。
实施例三南瓜30份蒸熟捣碎,添加糯米粉20份、***12份、猪血14份、姜黄提取物4份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物4份和适量浸泡液,搅拌混匀,制备成饼,在饼上撒上4份南瓜子仁,蒸熟即得。所述浸泡液由80的柳茶、5黄芩和15%苦菜茶经白开水冲泡获得;所述白开水温度为95℃;冲泡时间优选为20分钟;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由80%精氨酸和20%苯丙氨酸组成。
病例1
肖某,男,73岁,患糖尿病多年,食用前空腹血糖9.9mmol/L,每天早餐中餐间、中餐晚餐间食用如实施例一制备获得的本发明保健食品,3个月后,空腹血糖下降为9.2mmol/L,一年后,空腹血糖下降至8.0mmol/L,原有的乏力、易饿、易渴、尿频等症状都有一定程度的缓解。
病例2
肖某,女,30岁,空腹血糖6.3mmol/L,每天早餐中餐间、中餐晚餐间食用如实施例三制备获得的本发明保健食品,6个月后,空腹血糖下降至4.8mmol/L,停止食用后,空腹血糖未回升,犯困易饿等情况均有改善。
另于周围人群中挑选15位糖尿病患者或高血糖人士(高于正常空腹血糖范围值)试验调查,一天至少在两次正餐间食用一次本发明保健食品,半年后调查血糖情况,空腹血糖均降低1.0-2.5mmol/L,停止食用后空腹血糖保持稳定未回升。
糖尿病患者或高血糖人士的身体长期处于高血糖的状况,各***器官都已经适应了高糖的环境,如使用西药治疗,一方面存在较大的副作用,另一方面在短时间内较大幅度降低血糖,将使得身体无法短时适应低糖环境,出现诸多不适,并且这样的治疗效果不易稳定,治标不治本。患者容易因不适而放弃治疗,或血糖一下降就停止治疗,不利于从根本上改善血糖平衡和稳定。本发明保健食品纯天然,无副毒作用,可当零食或茶点心食用,降糖效果缓慢且稳定不回升,患者从心理和生理上均容易接受,能从根本上改善患者的血糖平衡和稳定。
Claims (2)
1.一种适用于糖尿病患者辅助降糖的保健食品,由以下成分按重量配比组成:南瓜30-35份、猪血10-15份、糯米粉20-25份、***10-15份、姜黄提取物2-5份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2-5份、南瓜子仁3-5份、浸泡液适量;所述浸泡液由80-85%的柳茶、5-10%黄芩和10%-15%苦菜茶经90-100℃白开水冲泡获得;所述精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物由70-85%精氨酸和15-30%苯丙氨酸组成。
2.如权利要求1所述保健食品的制备方法,南瓜30-35份蒸熟捣碎,添加糯米粉20-25份、***10-15份、猪血10-15份、姜黄提取物2-5份、精氨酸和苯丙氨酸混合物2-5份和适量浸泡液,搅拌混匀,制备成饼,在饼上撒上3-5份南瓜子仁,蒸熟即得。
