Abstract

背景技术
瓦楞板(corrugated board)具有多种不同用途,范围从在包装工业中生产盒子到广告以及形成销售点展示台。
特别地,使用瓦楞板生产用于运输物品(比如农产品)的盒子是众所周知的。本发明的这种应用具有特别的实用性。
典型地,当农产品要运输时,需要透气的包装以延长农产品的保质期。为此,瓦楞板农产品盒典型地在盒壁上需要一个或多个清晰可见的孔或狭缝-以允许气流环绕其中的农产品。例如,传统的香蕉盒或苹果盒通常在盒壁上具有两个或更多的孔,这些孔在长/高上通常是2-5厘米左右或更大。然而,考虑到与被储存于其中水果的尺寸相比,相对较大尺寸的“巨大的”孔,这可导致水果掉出盒子,或导致水果体的一部分延伸到盒子外。使用网覆盖孔是一种解决方案,但该解决方案非常耗时并且是劳动密集型的,而且不利于回收。
此外,由于需要移除材料,在盒壁上生成大孔不仅浪费,而且也具有削弱盒壁结构完整性的影响。
因此,孔的大小和间距对于确保瓦楞板的强度是非常重要的。
因此,如果能够提供一种生产透气瓦楞板盒或者为该纸板盒生产物料(作为连续工艺的一部分)的廉价和非劳动密集型的方式将是有用的。
在现有技术中,在PT101980中披露了在制造瓦楞板之前,对纸穿孔的步骤。然而,在PT101980中的发明仅仅涉及通过浸渍而使合成树脂渗透进入瓦楞板以修改纸板的机械特征、热特征和物理特征。因此,PT101980没有涉及为了从纸板的一侧到另一侧产生通道而将每层中的穿孔对准。在PT101980中的发明的另一缺点是在形成瓦楞板前对纸穿孔的步骤,该步骤因此削弱了纸张的抗拉强度,因此对可生产瓦楞板的速度产生负面影响。
如果能够提供半穿孔的瓦楞板也将是有用的。该瓦楞板,其包括未穿孔的衬板层和穿孔的单面层。在制造当出口比如肉类的冷冻产品时所使用的盒或箱时,这种半穿孔的瓦楞板将是有用的。为了更有效冷却盒的内部及其容纳物,穿孔外层能使冷空气直接地接触内部的未穿孔的衬板。穿孔层有效地移除了在传统瓦楞板盒中存在的隔离空气屏障。因此,使得预包装的肉类的冷却时间减少。然而,由于未穿孔实心衬层的存在,使得盒仍然保持有效地密封:这样使得盒仍然满足新西兰农林部(或海外其他政府的或准政府)对出口肉类包装的无菌要求。
因此本发明的一个目标是解决上述问题,或至少为公众提供一种有用的选择。

定义

发明内容
本说明书详细描述了几种新类型的瓦楞板,为了给穿过瓦楞板的空气、水或其他流体的进入/离开提供多个通道,该瓦楞板已被穿孔。该说明书也详细描述了用于生产穿孔的瓦楞板的新型机器。
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种瓦楞板,该瓦楞板包括:
-瓦楞材料板;以及
-被粘合至所述瓦楞材料板的至少一个表面的至少一个平面板材;
其中,所述瓦楞板和所述平面板材包括遍布在其各自表面的至少一部分上的多个穿孔,这些穿孔基本上对准以产生贯穿瓦楞板的通道,其中,穿孔的尺寸被设定成,尺寸大致为0.5平方毫米-2.00平方毫米,并彼此间隔为至少大致10毫米。
在一个优选实施方式中,条层可在条层的每个边缘上被粘合至两个面板材料。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种闭孔芯板,其包括在每个平面的面板上的大致对准的多个穿孔,这些孔被定位/间隔成形成延伸贯穿芯的通道。
根据本发明的第三个方面,提供了一种闭孔芯板或芯型包裹物,其包括:
-由单面或双面瓦楞板形成的一个条层;

在本发明中使用的平面和瓦楞板材可优选地为未用过的纸或再生纸。然而,由于可设想板材由其他材料制成,所以该要求不必被视为限制。
在优选的实施方式中,板材为牛皮纸(Kraft paper)。
在一些实施方式中,瓦楞腹板可由再生纸制成。
为便于参考,现在将结合由纸板材制成的瓦楞板来描述本发明,因为纸板材是最优选介质,并具有最广泛的可能最终使用范围,而且相对便宜。
板材可经由本领域中已知的多种合适的胶水以及工艺粘合,而且不背离本发明的范围。
本领域技术人员会理解的是,术语“穿孔”是指很小的孔。
各个穿孔的实际尺寸可根据瓦楞板被应用的最终应用方式而改变。
通常穿孔可具有大致0.5-6.0毫米的横截面距离或平均横截面距离。然而,如下进一步讨论的,可设想其它尺寸。
在一个实施方式中,穿孔的尺寸可为大致0.5平方毫米-2.00平方毫米。
在瓦楞板用于形成用于运输农产品的盒子的优选实施方式中,穿孔可具有大致1.0毫米的横截面距离或平均横截面距离。
优选地,所述穿孔在大致10-50mm的范围(radius,半径)内彼此间隔开。
在一个实施方式中,穿孔的尺寸被设定成,尺寸为大致0.5平方毫米-2.00平方毫米,以及穿孔彼此间隔开的距离为至少大致4毫米-10毫米。
例如:如果穿孔的尺寸为0.5平方毫米-1.0平方毫米,则它们与相邻的穿孔间隔至少大致4毫米-5毫米;并且如果穿孔的尺寸为2平方毫米,它们彼此间隔至少10毫米。
孔的尺寸和它们彼此间隔开的间距对于确保不危及瓦楞板的结构强度是至关重要的。当穿孔遍布在瓦楞板表面的全部或大部分上时,尤其如此。你所不希望的是穿孔形成一条弱线,瓦楞板可在该弱线处破裂。
孔的尺寸的另一个重要特征是,孔是足够小的,以能使穿孔板的生产作为瓦楞板退出瓦楞机时的连续工艺的一部分。
穿孔可遍布在板的大致整个表面上或可位于一个或多个离散区域内。
在一些实施方式中,穿孔能使空气或其他流体正好穿过瓦楞板,并且因此穿孔用作从瓦楞板的一侧穿通到另一侧的通道。因此,如果本发明的瓦楞板用于形成盒,空气可从盒外侧进入到盒内侧,反之亦然。同样,在本发明的瓦楞板盒中,水可从盒外面进入到盒内:这个特征可用来促使将农产品从盒中的移除并且没有损伤。例如,通过把盒放在水槽内并让水经由穿孔进入盒,以随着水填充盒而将农产品从其中转移。
在某些其他实施方式中,其中纸板为半穿孔的瓦楞板的形式,穿孔作为通道,空气可穿过该通道来接触未穿孔的衬板以使得热量能够传导。因此,如果盒由穿孔外层和未穿孔内层构成,冷空气可穿过该孔并直接地接触未穿孔层(有效地绕过在瓦楞板内的正常气隙),以更高效地传导热。同样,当将半穿孔的瓦楞板盒中的冷冻物品解冻时,更高效的热传导也能够发生。
另外,穿孔的尺寸、间距以及穿孔的数量将取决于与瓦楞板的所需最终用途相关的多种因素,这些因素可以包括但不应局限于:
·纸板的强度;
·待容纳在由纸板构成的盒内的物品的尺寸;
·需要透过穿孔的流体流量。
根据本发明的第四个方面,提供了一种制造穿孔的瓦楞板的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
a)作为连续工艺的一部分,在已通过将衬板粘合到瓦楞芯而形成了瓦楞板后,立即形成穿过瓦楞纸板或闭孔芯板的穿孔,其中所述穿孔遍布在瓦楞板的至少一部分上。
纸板材可为单面纸板;双面纸板;或闭孔芯板(此处为便于参考,现在将全部都简称为“瓦楞板”)。
根据本发明的第五方面,提供了一种用于形成穿孔的瓦楞板的机器,其中,该机器包括:

-至少一个双面设备,用于将未穿孔的衬板层压至穿孔的单面瓦楞板。
在一个实施方式中,双面设备可包括瓦楞胶辊以及用于将衬板保持至穿孔的单面纸板上的一个或多个张紧带组件。
根据本发明的第八方面,提供了一种半穿孔的瓦楞板,其包括:
-穿孔的单面层;以及
-未穿孔的衬板层。
可设想未穿孔的衬板层可由纸或其他合适材料制成。
仅为便于参考,“被配置成用于对瓦楞板穿孔”的设备将被称为ACP。
ACP的一个重要特征是它被配置成用于产生这样的孔,要求所述孔的尺寸和间距不危及瓦楞板的强度。
在优选的实施方式中,ACP可为至少一个激光器组件。
激光器组件可包括多个激光器,该多个激光器被配置成用于随着板材移动通过该多个激光器而在板材上形成穿孔。
激光器可发射的频率取决于板材移动的速率。
优选地,根据需要,激光器能够以一个或多个组操作,以提供在板材上形成不同分布图案的穿孔的能力。
激光器组件可被配置成在不背离本发明范围的前提下以多种不同的方式操作。
在一个优选实施方式中,激光器组件可包括可编程逻辑单元(PLU)。
例如,PLU可编程为在给定时间内循环地使激光器以给定频率发射以确保在板材内实现所需的穿孔数量、尺寸和/或间距。优选地,PLU被编程为使激光器能在板材上形成穿孔,这作为瓦楞板形成后不久的连续生产工艺的一部分。
优选地,PLU可编程为用于使不同的激光器组在不同时间发射。激光器组可形成单个激光器站的一部分。例如,可存在横跨板材宽度的一行激光器,并且该行内的不同激光器在不同时间被激活。
可选地,或另外地,激光器组可被布置在两个或更多的分离的激光器站内。
例如,在待由一个板材形成坯件以便形成纸箱的一些实施方式中,纸箱的底部可能不需要穿孔,或可能需要比纸箱壁更少的穿孔。替代地,一些实施方式可具有在纸箱底部和/或顶部内的穿孔,这些穿孔位于特定位置,以使气流或其他流体流最大化。在纸箱的底部和顶部内的穿孔也可具有与壁上的穿孔不同的尺寸和/或形状。
ACP可为钉齿(spiked)设备的形式。
根据第九方面,提供了一种由半穿孔的瓦楞板制造的盒或箱。
在某些优选实施方式中,钉齿设备可为钉齿传送带组件。该钉齿传送带组件包括传送带,所述传送带具有的表面包括覆盖有多个钉齿的一个或多个部分。组件布置成使得带上的钉齿能够接触并穿透瓦楞板。一般地可设想的是,钉齿传送带和瓦楞板的速度可彼此匹配。
钉齿传送带可具有从带表面突起的多个钉齿,这些钉齿在带的整个表面上随机地布置或以设定的距离间隔布置,或以不同的分布图案布置在带的一个或多个表面部分上。
钉齿传送带组件可以以多种不同方式布置。
在一个优选的实施方式中,钉齿传送带组件可被布置成使得在钉齿带组件的纵向轴线与瓦楞板成大致45度角的情况下钉齿可对瓦楞板穿孔。发明人发现这种布置方式有助于确保形成清洁的穿孔而不撕裂或撕破瓦楞板。
在另一实施方式中,钉齿装置可为压板形式的,该压板具有从板的表面突起的一系列钉齿。随着瓦楞板沿传送***的区域以下面的方式行进,该板追踪(track)着瓦楞板,所述方式为允许该板在追踪过程中与瓦楞板保持对准以允许该板向下移动从而将钉齿按压穿过瓦楞板。
在一些进一步优选的实施方式中,钉齿设备可具有以与待由板材形成的坯件形状相对应的分布图案布置的钉齿。
例如,在坯件即将形成纸箱的一些实施方式中,纸箱的底部可不需要穿孔,或需要比纸箱壁更少的穿孔。替代地,一些实施方式可具有在纸箱底部和/或顶部内的穿孔,这些穿孔位于特定位置内,以使气流或其他流体流最大化。在纸箱的底部和顶部内的穿孔也可具有与壁上的穿孔不同的尺寸和/或形状。
在一些实施方式中,ACP可以在瓦楞板退出瓦楞设备时对瓦楞板穿孔,这作为连续工艺的一部分。
因此,本发明的优选实施方式可具有优于现有技术的许多优点,所述优点可包括以下所述中的一个或多个:
-提供一种简单、廉价并且高效的形成瓦楞板的方式,其中该瓦楞板是透气的和/或允许流体从瓦楞板的一侧行进到另一侧;
-提供透气的瓦楞板;
-提供具有提高了结构完整性的透气盒;
-提供一种制造透气的瓦楞板盒的方式,但该方法不涉及切割孔和/或从盒壁上移除材料,也不涉及增加网以覆盖孔的任何额外步骤;
-提供一种半穿孔的瓦楞板,其具有优于传统的未穿孔的瓦楞板的改进的导热系数;
并且提供一种透气的瓦楞板而不过度地危及结构强度。

本发明最佳实施模式
参考图1和图2,提供了一片由牛皮纸制成的瓦楞板(纸板)1。纸板1具有一张瓦楞纸2,在该瓦楞纸的顶部表面和底部表面上粘合至平面纸板材3和4。纸板1具有从顶部表面3’贯穿瓦楞芯2延伸以在纸板1的底部表面4’上穿过的多个穿孔5。穿孔从而提供了由箭头6表示的路径,空气或水通过该路径可从纸板的一侧行进到另一侧。
优选地,纸板由如本申请人的PCT申请(WO 2009/157786)中所描述的冷加工工艺制成。使用冷加工工艺的优点在于,穿孔能够在纸板上形成,这作为形成纸板的连续系列的生产工艺的一部分。通过对比,如果使用热瓦楞加工工艺,在可形成穿孔之前纸板需要时间干燥和冷却以避免从热瓦楞辊出来的软纸的撕裂。
参考图5,示出了闭孔芯板100的一部分。闭孔芯板100具有由单面瓦楞板的条102制成的层101,该层被粘合到面板103和104。每个单独条102被沿其顶部边缘和底部边缘进行粘合,使得条102的瓦楞(槽沟)105在面板103和104之间竖直地延伸。面板103、104包括多个穿孔106(仅在顶部面板103上可见)。穿孔106允许空气(如箭头107所示)从纸板的一侧行进到另一侧。
参考图3,提供了一种位于标准水平传送带组件201之上的钉齿传送机设备200。钉齿传送机设备200具有连续带202,该连续带具有一系列从其上突起并覆盖其外表面的钉齿203(仅少数被示出)。钉齿传送机设备200具有张紧辊204,该张紧辊将传送带202的外表面朝向和远离待穿孔的纸板205的平面的角度都定为大约45度。
图3也更详细得示出了钉齿203,示出了随着钉齿203进入纸板205而形成穿孔。连续皮带202的速度与纸板205的速度相匹配,并且在与纸板205大体相同的方向上,参见箭头206和207。纸板205在多带传送机设备209上移动,该多带传送机设备具有位于带之间的间隙,该间隙允许钉齿203突出穿过纸板205。将会理解的是,纸板205可为如图1所示的单面的,双面的,或为如图5所示的闭孔芯板。
图4示出了具有外表面302的钉齿辊300,该外表面上具有多个钉齿303。钉齿303进入单面纸板305以在单面纸板中形成穿孔。钉齿辊302的速度与纸板305的速度相匹配,并且在与纸板305大体相同的方向上,参看箭头306和307。
在图6中,示出了具有连续传送带6001的钉齿传送机6000,该连续传送带6001具有与待由板材形成的坯件相对应布置的多个钉齿6002。钉齿6002位于传送带上的区域6003内,该区域6003将与坯件上的壁区段相对应(未示出),但钉齿并不位于传送机上的区域6004内,该区域6004将与坯件上的底部相对应。可以看到,传送带具有重复的钉齿图案,该重复的钉齿图案能够在传送带行进过程中使多个坯件穿孔。
在图7、8和9中,示出了位于传送机***7001之上的激光器组件7000,该传送机***7001包括两个传送机7002和7003,这两个传送机沿其传送最近形成的连续纸张板材7004,这作为制造纸板的连续生产工艺的一部分。
激光器组件包括连接到PLU7006的控制面板7005,PLU7006可操作地连接到单个激光器站7007。激光器站7007中具有多个激光器7008,根据需要,多个激光器7008能够通过PLU作为单个组一起发射,或作为一个或多个子组发射,以及单独地发射。在使用中,一个人简单地利用控制面板,选择想要PLU如何控制激光器站7007内的激光器的发射。
以下的示例说明了图8的激光器站可在实践中采用的许多方式中的一种。
示例1
在该示例中,双面纸板形式的纸张板材以2米/秒的速度被传送。激光器7008全部同时地以每秒500次的速率发射,以给予纵向地并且横向地对准的穿孔以4毫米的间距,其中所述穿孔的尺寸为大致0.5平方毫米。
图9-11示出了总体上由箭头1100表示的钉齿辊设备形式的ACP。ACP1100具有钉齿辊1101和支撑辊1102。钉齿辊具有多个径向突出钉齿1104的环带(band)1103。支撑辊具有一系列由容纳钉齿的间隙1106分隔的套环1105,该钉齿已穿透在钉齿辊1101与支撑辊1102之间穿过的纸张板材(未示出)。
参考图12,示出了机器100,该机器用于制造在可折叠纸板中型散装箱中使用的单面纸板,作为连续工艺的一部分。

将未穿孔的衬板112层压至穿孔的单面纸板109的结果是,形成半穿孔的双层纸板113。

Claims (15)
1.一种瓦楞板,所述瓦楞板包括:
-瓦楞板材料;以及
至少一个平面板材料,粘合至所述瓦楞板材料的至少一个表面;
其中,所述瓦楞板和平面板包括遍布在其各自表面的至少一部分上的多个穿孔,所述多个穿孔基本对准以形成贯穿所述瓦楞板的通道,其中,所述穿孔的尺寸被设定成,大小大致是0.5平方毫米-2.00平方毫米,以及彼此间隔开至少大致4毫米-10毫米。
2.一种制造穿孔的瓦楞板的方法,其特征在于,包括以下的步骤:
a)作为连续工艺的一部分,在通过将衬板粘合到瓦楞芯而形成瓦楞板后立即形成穿过所述瓦楞板的穿孔,其中所述穿孔遍布在所述瓦楞板的至少一部分上。
3.一种用于形成穿孔的瓦楞板的机器,其中,所述机器包括:
a)被配置成在作为连续工艺的一部分而在瓦楞板离开瓦楞机后对所述瓦楞板穿孔的至少一个设备(以下称为“ACP”),使得穿孔遍布在所述瓦楞板的至少一部分上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机器,其中,所述ACP为至少一个激光器组件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机器,其中,激光器可以根据需要以一个或多个组操作,从而提供在板材上形成不同分布图案的穿孔的能力。
6.根据权利要求3所述的机器,其中,所述ACP是钉齿设备形式的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其中,所述钉齿设备为钉齿传送带组件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机器,其中,所述钉齿传送带组件包括传送带,所述传送带具有表面,所述表面包括覆盖有多个钉齿的一个或多个部分。
9.根据权利要求8所述的机器,其中,所述钉齿传送带具有从所述带的所述表面突起的多个钉齿,所述多个钉齿在所述带的整个所述表面上随机地布置,或在整个所述表面上以设定的距离间隔布置,或布置在所述带的一个或多个表面部分上的不同的分布图案中。
10.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其中,所述传送带具有以与待由板材形成的坯件形状相对应的分布图案布置的钉齿。
11.一种闭孔芯板,所述闭孔芯板包括在每个平面面板上的基本对准的多个穿孔,所述多个穿孔被定位/间隔以形成延伸贯穿芯板的通道
12.一种由根据权利要求11所述的闭孔芯板制成的盒或箱。
13.一种用于形成半穿孔的瓦楞板的机器,其中,所述机器包括:
-被配置成在作为连续工艺的一部分而在瓦楞板离开瓦楞机后对单面瓦楞板穿孔的至少一个设备(以下称为“ACP”);以及
-至少一个双面设备,用于将未穿孔的衬板层压至穿孔的所述单面瓦楞板。
14.一种半穿孔的瓦楞板,所述半穿孔的瓦楞板包括:
-穿孔的单面层;以及
-未穿孔的衬板层。
15.一种由半穿孔的瓦楞板制造的盒或箱。
