Abstract
Description
用語「独立気泡コアボード(closed cell coreboard)」とは、本明細書では、少なくとも1枚の第1のライナシートと、少なくとも1枚の第2のライナシートとを有し、そのそれぞれが複数のセルを有するコアをその間に挟んでいる複合板紙を指す。したがって、独立気泡コアボードは、ハニカムコアを有するハニカム板紙、または南アフリカのXanitaによって製造されたX-board、またはCorcelによって製造された3C(商標)boardをむ。X-board、および3C(商標)boardは、片面または両面段ボール板紙の隣接するストリップが2枚のライナシート間に挟まれたものから製造されたコアを備える複合板であり、したがってフルートが直交して延びている(すなわち、フルートの溝が上面ライナシートから底面ライナシートへと延びている)。
- 1枚の波形材料シートと、

前記1枚の波形材料シートと、平坦なシートとが、そのそれぞれの表面の少なくとも一部分にわたって散在し、段ボールを貫通する通路を形成するように実質的に位置合わせされた複数の穿孔を含み、これらの穿孔が実質的に0.5mm2〜2.00mm2の寸法となるように寸法設定され、互いに少なくとも実質的に10mm離れて離隔される、段ボールが提供される。
- 片面または両面段ボールから形成されたストリップの層を含む独立気泡コアボードまたはコアラップであって、
前記ストリップの層が、ストリップの波が対向シートに直交して延びるように、少なくとも一方の縁部を介して少なくとも1枚の平坦な材料シート(対向シート)に接合され、前記独立気泡コアボードが、対向シートのそれぞれに、独立気泡コアボードまたはコアラップのストリップの層を貫通して延びる通路を形成するように配置/離隔され、実質的に位置合わせされた複数の穿孔を有する、独立気泡コアボードまたはコアラップが提供される。

- 段ボールがコルゲータから出た後に、連続プロセスの一部として、片面段ボールを穿孔するように構成された少なくとも1つの装置(以下「ACP」と称する)と、
- 非穿孔ライナシートを、その穿孔された片面段ボールに積層させる少なくとも1つの両面化装置と
を含む、機械が提供される。
- 穿孔片面層と、
- 非穿孔ライナシート層と
を備える、半穿孔段ボールが提供される。
- 通気性があり、かつ/または流体が段ボールの片側から他方側へと流れることが可能となる段ボールを作製する、簡単、安価で、かつ有効な方策を提供すること、
- 通気性のある段ボールを提供すること、
- 構造的一体性が増した通気性のある箱を提供すること、
- 通気性はあるが、箱の壁面から孔を切り取る、かつ/または材料を除去することも、孔を覆う網を追加するいかなる追加の段階も伴わない、段ボール箱を作製する方策を提供すること、
- 従来の非穿孔段ボールよりも熱伝導率が向上した半穿孔段ボールを提供すること、および
- 構造強度を過度に損なわずに通気性のある段ボール板紙を提供すること、
の1つまたは複数を含み得る、いくつかの利点を有することができる。

Claims (15)
- - 1枚の波形材料シートと、
- 前記1枚の波形材料シートの少なくとも片面に接合された、少なくとも1枚の平坦な材料シートと
を含む段ボールであって、
前記1枚の波形材料シートと、平坦なシートとが、そのそれぞれの表面の少なくとも一部分にわたって散在し、前記段ボールを貫通する通路を形成するように実質的に位置合わせされた複数の穿孔を含み、前記穿孔が実質的に0.5mm2〜2.00mm2の寸法となるように寸法設定され、互いに少なくとも実質的に4mm〜10mm離れて離隔される、段ボール。 - 穿孔段ボールを製造する方法であって、
a)ライナシートを波形コアに接合することによって前記段ボールが形成された後に、連続プロセスの一部として、前記段ボールを貫通する穿孔を形成する段階を含み、前記穿孔が、前記段ボールの少なくとも一部分にわたって散在することを特徴とする、方法。 - 穿孔段ボールを作製する機械であって、
a)段ボールがコルゲータから出た後に、連続プロセスの一部として、穿孔が前記段ボールの少なくとも一部分にわたって散在するように、前記段ボールを穿孔するように構成された少なくとも1つの装置(以下「ACP」と称する)を含む、機械。 - 前記ACPが、少なくとも1つのレーザアセンブリである、請求項3に記載の機械。
- 前記レーザが、必要に応じて、様々な空間パターンの穿孔をシート材料に形成する能力が得られるように、1つまたは複数の群として動作させることができる、請求項4に記載の機械。
- 前記ACPが、スパイク付き装置の形である、請求項3に記載の機械。
- 前記スパイク付き装置が、スパイク付きコンベアベルトアセンブリである、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記スパイク付きコンベアベルトアセンブリが、複数のスパイクで覆われた1つまたは複数の部分を含む表面を有するコンベアベルトを含む、請求項7に記載の機械。
- 前記スパイク付きコンベアベルトが、前記ベルトの前記表面から突出した複数のスパイクを有し、前記複数のスパイクが、前記ベルトの前記表面全体にわたってランダムに配置され、または設定されたある間隔を置いて離隔され、あるいは前記ベルトの1つまたは複数の表面部分上で明瞭な空間パターンとして配置される、請求項8に記載の機械。
- 前記コンベアベルトが、シート材料から形成されることになるブランクの形状に対応する空間パターンに配置された前記スパイクを有する、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 平坦な各対向シートに、コアボードを貫通して延びる通路を形成するように配置/離隔され、実質的に位置合わせされた複数の穿孔を含む、独立気泡コアボード。
- 請求項11に記載の独立気泡コアボードから製造された箱またはビン。
- 半穿孔段ボールを作製する機械であって、
- 段ボールがコルゲータから出た後に、連続プロセスの一部として、片面段ボールを穿孔するように構成された少なくとも1つの装置(以下「ACP」と称する)と、
- 非穿孔ライナシートを、穿孔された前記片面段ボールに積層させる少なくとも1つの両面化装置と
を含む、機械。 - - 穿孔片面層と、
- 非穿孔ライナシート層と
を備える、半穿孔段ボール。 - 半穿孔段ボールから製造された箱またはビン。
