Abstract
本发明涉及一种滋肺护肝药膳老鸭及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份,经特殊工艺制成。本发明根据老鸭的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,适用于炎热夏季脾胃不和,食欲不振又有着进食药膳滋补身体需求的大众,尤其对火热壅盛、肝肾阴虚、运化失调的人群效果更佳。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种滋肺护肝药膳老鸭及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份。配方的有效成份为淮山,虫草花,枸杞,干百合,芡实,酸枣仁,石斛,生姜,红枣,老鸭,本发明根据老鸭的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,适用于炎热夏季脾胃不和,食欲不振又有着进食药膳滋补身体需求的大众,尤其对火热壅盛、肝肾阴虚、运化失调的人群效果更佳。
背景技术 中国有一句古话“药食同源”,在中国漫长的历史中,药膳也经历了一个从原始到***的发展过程,药膳作为单独的名称出现是在《后汉书·列女传》中“母亲调药膳思情笃密”的记载。而真正将其发扬光大的是中国历史上食医这一职业,因为封建社会高死亡率,短寿命的现实,古代贵族对长生不老有着永恒的追求,早在西周的时候,《周礼》中就记载了“食医的工作”。食医主要掌理调配周天子的“六食”、“六饮”、“六膳”、“百馐”、“百酱”的滋味、温凉和分量。这些记载表明,我国早在西周时代就有了丰富的药膳知识,并出现了从事药膳制作和应用的专职人员。而药膳在民间的发展的先驱者就是唐代名医孙思邈,他在其所著的《备急千金要方》中设有“食治”专篇其中共收载药用食物164种,分为果实、菜蔬、谷米、鸟兽四大门类。孙思邈还指出:“食能排邪而安脏腑,悦情爽志以资气血”、“凡欲治疗,先以食疗;既食疗不愈,后乃用药耳”;并认为“若能用食平疴,适性遣疫者,可谓良工,长年饵老之奇法,极养生之术也”。至此药膳作为一门技术被广泛传播。在之后的岁月中,药膳经过不断的创新和发展,药膳得到了空前的普及,并在国外也享有盛誉,备受青睐。药膳已经成为中国传统文化的重要特征,是中国传统饮食和传统医学的重要内容。
“虫草花老鸭汤”是广东经典的药膳汤。金黄色的虫草花性质平和,不寒不燥,含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及虫草素、甘露醇、SOD、多糖类等成分,其中虫草酸和虫草素能够综合调理人机体内环境,增强体内巨噬细胞的功能,对增强和调节人体免疫功能、提高人体抗病能力、抗氧化、防衰老等有一定的功效。 鸭肉具有“清热解毒、滋阴降火”之功效,夏季食用,既能补充过度消耗的营养,又可祛除暑热给人体带来的不适。
发明内容 本发明的特征在于提供一种滋肺护肝药膳老鸭及其制备方法,利用多种中草药精华素的活性成分相互协同作用,具有滋五脏之阳、清虚劳之热、补血行水、养胃生津的功效。
本发明的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):淮山20.0-30.0;虫草花12.0-20.0;枸杞9.0-15.0;干百合12.0-20.0;芡实5.0-12.0;酸枣仁6.0-12.0;石斛4.0-10.0;生姜15.0-30.0;红枣4.0-12.0;老鸭300-500。
淮山功效:中医上有四大怀药 的说法,是指的产自河南的山药,地黄,菊花,牛膝。怀是指的产地河南,古人叫道地药材,故怀山药就是医生要求拿出自河南产地的山药。 其中以“铁棍山药”为著名传统土特产,铁棍山药中含丰富的DHEA(青春因子),是人体生命活动中非常重要得一种活动物质,是环戊烷多氢菲得一种衍生物。环戊烷多氢菲是人体内肾上腺皮质激素和性激素的基本结构。DHEA得主要保健功效是抗衰老、增强免疫功能和改善性功能。其保健作用的机理是可根据身体的需要转化为雄性激素或***,补充由于衰老和疾病造成的激素失调,从而使人保持旺盛的精力,增强抵御疾病的能力,加速受损组织的修复,并能预防和减缓恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、动脉硬化、心脏病、肥胖、老年痴呆症等。
虫草花功效:虫草花性质平和,不寒不燥,对于多数人来说都可以放心食用。虫草花含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及虫草素、甘露醇、SOD、多糖类等成分,其中虫草酸和虫草素能够综合调理人机体内环境,增强体内巨噬细胞的功能,对增强和调节人体免疫功能、提高人体抗病能力有一定的作用。有益肝肾、补精髓、止血化痰的功效,主要用于治疗眩晕耳鸣、健忘不寐、腰膝酸软、阳痿早泄、久咳虚喘等症的辅助治疗。
枸杞药理作用:1、对免疫功能的影响:有增强非特异性免疫作用,小鼠灌服枸杞水提取物或肌注醇提取物和枸杞多糖,均有提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功 能,增强血清溶菌酶的作用,提高血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体的效价,还能增加鼠脾脏中抗绵羊红细胞的抗体形成细胞的数量。2、延缓衰老作用:枸杞提取液0.5mg/kg小鼠灌胃,共20日可明显抑制肝LPo生成,并使血中谷肽过氧化物酶活力和红细胞超 氧化物歧化酶活力提高; 人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPo生成,使血中活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高,提示 枸杞提取液具有延缓衰老作用。3、降血糖:枸杞提取物可显著而持久降低大鼠血糖,增加糖耐量,且毒性较小。另外,该品还有抗肿瘤、促进造血功能等作用。4、补肾功效:于肾虚的人,枸杞无疑是一种不可多得的保健营养品。诗人陆游到老年,因两目昏花,视物模糊,常吃枸杞治疗,因此而做“雪霁茅堂钟磬清,晨斋枸杞一杯羹”的诗句,枸杞是古今养生的绝佳选择,有延年益寿之功。
干百合功效:1、润肺止咳:百合鲜品含黏液质,具有润燥清热作用,中医用之治疗肺燥或肺热咳嗽等症常能奏效。2、宁心安神:百合入心经,性微寒,能清心除烦,宁心安神,用于热病后余热未消、神思恍惚、失眠多梦、心情抑郁、喜悲伤欲哭等病症。3、美容养颜:百合洁白娇艳,鲜品富含黏液质及维生素,对皮肤细胞新陈代谢有益,常食百合,有一定美容作用。
芡实功效:芡实被誉为“水中人参”,有健脾养胃,益肾固精的作用。秋凉后如马上食入大量难以消化的补品,势必加重脾胃的负担,甚至损害消化功能。因此此时进补的原则是既要营养滋补,又要容易消化吸收。芡实就具有这一特点,中医认为,“其性平,味甘、涩。有补脾止泻、益肾固精、祛湿止带的功能。用于梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下等症。”其含碳水化合物极为丰富,含脂肪很少,因而极容易被人体吸收。并且人体经过服用芡实调整之后,再服用其他补品消化***就能适应了。若用芡实与肉类同炖,对解除神经痛、头痛、关节痛、腰腿痛等虚弱症状有很大的好处。
酸枣仁药理作用:1、镇静、催眠作用:酸枣仁煎剂给大白鼠口服或腹腔注射均表现镇静及嗜眠,无论白天或黑夜,酸枣仁均能表现上述作用。小白鼠口服时的镇静指数为1.95,与巴比妥类药物表现协同作用,酸枣仁被连续使用6天后,动物睡眠会变浅,持续时间缩短,即产生耐受性,但停药1周后可消失。2、镇痛、抗惊厥、降温作用:用热板法证明酸枣仁煎剂5克/公斤注射于小白鼠腹腔有镇痛作用,对小鼠无论注射或口服均有降温作用,但不能拮抗实验性电休克。3、对心血管***的影响:酸枣仁可引起血压持续下降,心传导阻滞。
石斛功效:石斛味甘,性微寒。能养阴清热,益胃生津。有一定解热镇痛作用,能促进胃液分泌,助消,有增强新陈代谢、抗衰老等作用。用于热伤津液,低热烦渴,舌红少苔;胃阴不足,口渴咽干,呕逆少食,胃脘隐痛,舌光少苔;肾阴不足,视物昏花。
生姜功效:1抗氧化,抑制肿瘤:姜中所含的姜辣素和二苯基庚烷类化合物的结构均具有很强的抗氧化和清除自由基作用,抑制肿瘤作用,吃姜能抗衰老,老年人常吃生姜可除“老人斑”。2、开胃健脾,促进食欲:在炎热的夏天,因为人体唾液、胃液分泌会减少,因而影响食欲,如果饭前吃几片生姜,可刺激唾液、胃液和消化液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲。这就是人们常说的“冬吃萝卜,夏吃姜”,“饭不香,吃生姜”的道理。3、防暑、降温、提神:在炎热的气温下吃一些生姜能起到兴奋、排汗、降温,提神的作用。对于有一般暑热表现,如头昏、心悸、胸闷、恶心等情况的病人,适当喝点姜汤是大有裨益的。中国传统的防暑中成药——人丹就含有生姜成分,其作用就是健胃、提神、醒脑。4、抗菌解毒,消肿止痛:科学研究发现,生姜能起到某些抗菌素的作用,尤其是对沙门氏菌效果更好。在炎热的气温下,食品容易受到细菌的污染,而且生长繁殖快,容易引起急性胃肠炎,适量吃些生姜可起到防治作用。另外,可用生姜水含漱治疗口臭和牙周炎。
红枣功效:1、能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。2、经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸,胆固醇少了,结石形成的概率也就随之减少。3、枣中富含钙和铁,它们对防治骨质疏松、产后贫血有重要作用,中老年人更年期经常会骨质疏松,正在生长发育高峰的青少年和女性容易发生贫血,大枣对他们会有十分理想的食疗作用,其效果通常是药物不能比拟的。
老鸭食疗价值:我国古代医学对鸭作为滋补品有所论述,《名医别录》中称鸭肉为“妙药”和滋补上品,民间亦有“大暑老鸭胜补药”的说法,老鸭炖食时可加入芡实、薏苡仁同炖汤则滋阳效果更佳,且能健脾化湿、增进食欲。大暑宜食老鸭汤,是由于夏季气候炎热而又多雨,暑热夹湿,常使人脾胃受困,食欲不振,因此需要用饮食来调补,增加营养物质的摄入,达到祛暑消疲的目的。营养物质应以清淡、滋阴食品为主,即“清补”。老鸭就是暑天的清补佳品,它不仅营养丰富,而且因其常年在水中生活,性偏凉,有滋五脏之阳、清虚劳之热、补血行水、养胃生津的功效。
本发明产品的制备方法:
1)将食材老鸭进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)淮山,虫草花,枸杞,干百合,芡实,酸枣仁,石斛,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
4) 再加入清水,继续文火煎熬,重复2)步骤2~3次;滤出复煎药液;
5) 将滤出的中草药液混均,2000转/分进行离心,提取上清的药液;
6) 将老鸭浸泡在5)滤出的中药上清液,砂锅熬煮1h;
7) 捞出老鸭冷却、出锅、分装、高温灭菌,检验合格装入真空包装得到药膳老鸭。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)提炼纯天然植物中草药精华成分,滋养人体五脏六腑,尤善调理脾胃功能;
(2)筛选多种具有滋五脏之阳、清虚劳之热、补血行水、养胃生津功效的天然药***华,能综合调理人机体内环境,增强体内巨噬细胞的功能,对增强和调节人体免疫功能、提高人体抗病能力、抗氧化、防衰老等;
(3)适用于广大人群,尤其对暑热夹湿,脾胃受困,食欲不振的人群效果更佳;
(4)工艺先进,食用方便,价格低廉。

Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及一种滋肺护肝药膳老鸭,其特征在于具有如下的配方(组分及其重量百分比%):淮山20.0-30.0,虫草花12.0-20.0,枸杞9.0-15.0,干百合12.0-20.0,芡实5.0-12.0,酸枣仁6.0-12.0,石斛4.0-10.0,生姜15.0-30.0,红枣4.0-12.0,老鸭300-500。
2.一种权利要求1所述滋肺护肝药膳老鸭,其特征在于具有如下工艺:
1)将食材老鸭进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)淮山,虫草花,枸杞,干百合,芡实,酸枣仁,石斛,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
4) 再加入清水,继续文火煎熬,重复2)步骤2~3次;滤出复煎药液;
5) 将滤出的中草药液混均,2000转/分进行离心,提取上清的药液;
6) 将老鸭浸泡在5)滤出的中药上清液,砂锅熬煮1h;
7) 捞出老鸭冷却、出锅、分装、高温灭菌,检验合格装入真空包装得到药膳老鸭。
