本发明涉及一种滋阴润肺药膳猪骨汤及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份。配方的有效成份为海底椰,无花果干,杏仁,干百合,雪梨,麦冬,马蹄,猪脊骨,本发明根据猪脊骨的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,一般人群均可食用,特别适用于肾阴虚症型骨质增生症,如有头晕、耳鸣、腰酸背痛、肢体麻木影响活动症状的老年患者食用。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种滋阴补肾药膳猪骨汤及其制备方法。其特征在于精选合理配伍的中草药成份。配方的有效成份为海底椰,无花果干,杏仁,干百合,雪梨,麦冬,马蹄,猪脊骨,本发明根据猪脊骨的食疗价值使其与各种药食同源的中药进行复配以发挥更好的食疗价值,配方不含任何化学成分,经实验严格筛选配伍,复方作用效果好,经特殊工艺配置而成,质量稳定,便于服用,对人体无毒副作用,一般人群均可食用,特别适用于肾阴虚症型骨质增生症,如有头晕、耳鸣、腰酸背痛、肢体麻木影响活动症状的老年患者食用。
背景技术 祖国传统药膳既不同于一般的中药方剂,又区别于普通的饮食,是一种兼有药物功效和食品美味的特殊膳食。它是以中医理论为基础,是祖国传统医学的一个重要组成部分。根据中医的阴阳五行、脏腑经络、辨证施治为理论基础的,按中医方剂学的组方原则和药物、事物的性能选配组合的。药膳的主要功能是以食物、药物的偏性来矫正脏腑性能的偏性,或以食物、药物的寒、热、温、凉四种不同的特征来增强机体的抵抗力和免疫力。药膳的使用是以中医的整体观念和辨证施治的理论为根据,按治病求本、扶正祛邪、调理阴阳,因时因地因人而治的治疗原则运用的。
“无花果干猪脊骨汤” 其中海底椰原产非洲塞舌尔,以清燥热、止咳功效显着而闻名,非常罕有。无花果也润肺止咳,清热润肠的作用,而雪梨则有祛干燥、清润喉咙的作用。海底椰、无花果和雪梨这三种主要的材料放在一起煲汤,有润肺止咳、清热解毒的功效。不只是适合秋天干燥的天气,是一款一年四季春夏秋冬、老少咸宜的保健汤水。
发明内容 本发明的特征在于提供一种滋阴补肾药膳猪骨汤及其制备方法,利用多种中草药精华素的活性成分相互协同作用,具有滋阴补肾、润肺养颜,填精补髓,预防癌症的功效。
本发明的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):海底椰15.0-20.0,无花果干20.0-25.0,杏仁5.0-10.0,干百合15.0-20.0,雪梨5.0-12.0,麦冬6.0-12.0,马蹄4.0-10.0,生姜5.0-10.0,红枣4.0-8.0,猪脊骨300-500。
海底椰功效:海底椰的原植物有2种,均为棕榈科植物。海底椰在商品上根据产地有非洲海底椰和泰国海底椰之分。前者的原植物为复椰子,原产非洲塞舌尔。复椰子是目前世界上最大的果实,以清燥热、止咳功效显著而闻名,是塞国的国宝。因产量非常有限,该国已禁止出口。后者的原植物为糖棕,又称扇叶树头榈。而目前广东市面上出售的干、湿海底椰,是糖棕的果实,主要生长在东南亚,属于热带植物,我国目前没有大量生长。树头榈的果实有丰富的多糖和人体所需的氨基酸,对人体有保健作用,且具有滋阴补肾、润肺养颜、强壮身体机能的作用,是一种夏季常见的汤料。
无花果干功效:1、无花果含有苹果酸、柠檬酸、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、水解酶等,能帮助人体对食物的消化,促进食欲,又因其含有多种脂类,故具有润肠通便的效果。2、无花果所含的脂肪酶、水解酶等有降低血脂和分解血脂的功能,可减少脂肪在血管内的沉积,进而起到降血压、预防冠心病的作用。3、无花果有抗炎消肿之功,可利咽消肿。4、未成熟果实的乳浆中含有补骨脂素、佛柑内酯等活性成分,其成熟果实的果汁中可提取一种芳香物质苯甲醛,二者都具有防癌抗癌、增强机体抗病能力的作用,可以预防多种癌症的发生。
杏仁药理作用:1、镇咳、平喘作用:苦杏仁中含有苦杏仁苷,苦杏仁苷在体内能被肠道微生物酶或苦杏仁本身所含的苦杏仁酶水解,产生微量的氢氰酸与苯甲醛,对呼吸中枢有抑制作用,达到镇咳、平喘作用。2、对消化***的作用:杏仁味苦下气,且富含脂肪油。脂肪油能提高肠内容物对黏膜的润滑作用,故杏仁有润肠通便之功能。3、降血脂作用:临床报道,大杏仁可以明显降低高血脂患者的血脂水平。
百合功效:1、润肺止咳:百合鲜品含黏液质,具有润燥清热作用,中医用之治疗肺燥或肺热咳嗽等症常能奏效。2、宁心安神:百合入心经,性微寒,能清心除烦,宁心安神,用于热病后余热未消、神思恍惚、失眠多梦、心情抑郁、喜悲伤欲哭等病症。3、美容养颜:百合洁白娇艳,鲜品富含黏液质及维生素,对皮肤细胞新陈代谢有益,常食百合,有一定美容作用。
雪梨功效:1、梨中含有丰富的B族维生素,能保护心脏,减轻疲劳,增强心肌活力,降低血压。2、梨所含的配糖体及鞣酸等成分,能祛痰止咳,对咽喉有养护作用。3、 梨有较多糖类物质和多种维生素,易被人体吸收,增进食欲,对肝脏具有保护作用。4、梨性凉并能清热镇静,常食能使血压恢复正常,改善头晕目眩等症状。5、食梨能防止动脉粥样硬化,抑制致癌物质亚硝胺的形成,从而防癌抗癌。
麦冬药理作用:1、对中枢神经***的影:麦冬煎剂有镇静作用,亦能加强氯丙嗪的镇静作用,增强戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用,拮抗咖啡因的兴奋作用。2、对动物免疫活性的影响:麦冬多糖对小鼠血清中溶血素的形成有明显促进作用,对家兔血红细胞具有凝集素样作用。3、其它作用:果蝇寿命试验还表明麦冬根须饲料有明显的延长果蝇寿命,提示有延缓衰老趋势。游泳试验表明麦冬所含皂甙、多糖、氨基酸等有明显抗疲劳作用。
马蹄功效:1、含有磷是根茎蔬菜中最高的,能促进人体生长发育和维持生理功能,对牙齿骨骼的发育有很大好处,同时可促进体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡。2、英国在对马蹄的研究中发现了一种不耐烦的抗菌成分——荸荠英。这种物质对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、产抽杆菌及绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,对降低血压也有一定效果。3、荸荠英还对肺部、食道和乳腺的癌肿有防治作用。
生姜功效:1抗氧化,抑制肿瘤:姜中所含的姜辣素和二苯基庚烷类化合物的结构均具有很强的抗氧化和清除自由基作用2、开胃健脾,促进食欲:在炎热的夏天,因为人体唾液、胃液分泌会减少,因而影响食欲,饭前吃姜,可刺激唾液、胃液和消化液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲。3、防暑、降温、提神:在炎热的气温下吃一些生姜能起到兴奋、排汗、降温,提神的作用。4、抗菌解毒,消肿止痛:科学研究发现,生姜能起到某些抗菌素的作用,尤其是对沙门氏菌效果更好。
红枣功效:1、能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。2、经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸,胆固醇少了,结石形成的概率也就随之减少。3、枣中富含钙和铁,它们对防治骨质疏松、产后贫血有重要作用,大枣有十分理想的食疗作用,其效果通常是药物不能比拟的。
猪脊骨食疗价值:猪脊骨味甘、性微温,入肾经,具有滋补肾阴,填补精髓的功效。适 用于肾虚耳鸣、腰膝酸软、阳痿、遗精、烦热、贫血等。脊骨中含有大量骨髓,烹煮时柔软多脂的骨髓就会释出,一般人群均可食用,特别适于肾阴虚症型骨质增生症(头晕、耳鸣、腰酸背痛、肢体麻木影响活动)的患者食用。
本发明产品的制备方法:
1)将食材猪脊骨进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)海底椰,无花果干,杏仁,干百合,雪梨,麦冬,马蹄,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
4)再加入清水,继续文火煎熬,重复2)步骤2~3次;滤出复煎药液;
5)将滤出的中草药液混均,2000转/分进行离心,提取上清的药液;
6)将猪脊骨浸泡在5)滤出的中药上清液,砂锅熬煮3h;
7)捞出猪脊骨,将汤汁冷却、出锅、分装、高温灭菌,检验合格装入真空包装得到药膳猪骨汤。
本发明具有以下优点:

1.本发明涉及一种滋阴补肾药膳猪骨汤,其特征在于具有如下的配方(组分及其重量百分比%):海底椰15.0-20.0,无花果干20.0-25.0,杏仁5.0-10.0,干百合15.0-20.0,雪梨5.0-12.0,麦冬6.0-12.0,马蹄4.0-10.0,生姜5.0-10.0,红枣4.0-8.0,猪脊骨300-500。
2.一种权利要求1所述滋阴补肾药膳猪骨汤,其特征在于具有如下工艺:
1)将食材猪脊骨进行浸泡清洗,滤除血水,晾干备用;
2)海底椰,无花果干,杏仁,干百合,雪梨,麦冬,马蹄,生姜,红枣,经过研磨,浸泡一小时;
3)大火加热至沸腾之后,从沸腾起30分钟后,滤出首煎药液;
