(2)将陈藕叶、牡丹皮、猪肚一起,加适量的水煎煮,煮熟后取出猪肚,将砂仁、黄芪、新鲜沙姜片装入猪肚内,加水和陈醋炖煮,煮熟后取出砂仁、黄芪、新鲜沙姜片,并将其捣碎;
(3)将石菖蒲、白茅根、槐花加2-3倍的水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得精制液备用;将步骤2捣碎料与精制液搅拌混合成浆糊;
(4)将绿豆芽菜粉碎后混合鲜奶油、黄豆豆浆、蓝莓一起放入打浆机内,取浓浆料;
(5)将芒果汁与步骤1的粉糊、步骤3的浆糊及步骤4的浓浆料一起混匀,最后干燥成型。
