本发明公开了一种桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜60-70、黄精2-3、红枣9-12、桑椹5-6、葵花籽9-12、核桃仁20-24、松子9-12、海带4-5、山楂6-8、木耳2-3、香菇3-5、脱力草2-3、太子参4-6、板栗叶3-4、葡萄藤3-4、水1000-1300。本发明添加以核桃仁、松子、蜂蜜味主料,配以多种营养丰富的中草药,具有滋阴润肺、滋补肝肾、滋润皮肤等功效,而且制作简单,食用方便,酸甜可口,营养丰富,可常年制作饮用,老少皆宜,无任何副作用。

本发明涉及一种饮料及其制作方法,特别是一种桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜具有补脾胃;缓急止痛、润肺止咳、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥、便秘等功能。核桃仁性味甘,温。归肾、肺、大肠经。补肾,温肺,润肠。用于腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,虚寒喘嗽,大便秘结。松子含脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物等。松子既是重要的中药,久食健身心,滋润皮肤,延年益寿,也有很高的食疗价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种以核桃仁、松子、蜂蜜为主要原料的桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜60-70、黄精2-3、红枣9-12、桑椹5-6、葵花籽9-12、核桃仁20-24、松子9-12、海带4-5、山楂6-8、木耳2-3、香菇3-5、脱力草2-3、太子参4-6、板栗叶3-4、葡萄藤3-4、水1000-1300。
本发明所述桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将黄精、红枣、桑葚、脱力草、太子参、板栗叶、葡萄藤洗净,放入3-5倍量的水中煎煮,先用大火煮沸,改用小火煎煮2-3小时,过滤,提取液备用;
(2)将葵花籽、核桃仁、松子炒熟后磨成粉;海带切成小段与山楂、木耳、香菇煮熟后烘干,再粉碎;将两种粉末混合成混合粉待用;
(3)将提取液与混合粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜与剩余份的水,搅拌均匀,过滤,取滤液即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加以核桃仁、松子、蜂蜜味主料,配以多种营养丰富的中草药,具有滋阴润肺、滋补肝肾、滋润皮肤等功效,而且制作简单,食用方便,酸甜可口,营养丰富,可常年制作饮用,老少皆宜,无任何副作用。

下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蜂蜜60、黄精2、红枣9、桑椹5、葵花籽9、核桃仁20、松子9、海带4、山楂6、木耳2、香菇3、脱力草2、太子参4、板栗叶3、葡萄藤3、水1000。
本发明所述桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料,由以下具体步骤制成:

1.一种桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜60-70、黄精2-3、红枣9-12、桑椹5-6、葵花籽9-12、核桃仁20-24、松子9-12、海带4-5、山楂6-8、木耳2-3、香菇3-5、脱力草2-3、太子参4-6、板栗叶3-4、葡萄藤3-4、水1000-1300。
2.根据权利要求书1所述桃仁松子蜂蜜饮料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将黄精、红枣、桑葚、脱力草、太子参、板栗叶、葡萄藤洗净,放入3-5倍量的水中煎煮,先用大火煮沸,改用小火煎煮2-3小时,过滤,提取液备用;
(2)将葵花籽、核桃仁、松子炒熟后磨成粉;海带切成小段与山楂、木耳、香菇煮熟后烘干,再粉碎;将两种粉末混合成混合粉待用;
(3)将提取液与混合粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜与剩余份的水,搅拌均匀,过滤,取滤液即得。
