背景技术
1高丽红参系由产自韩国的高丽园参经蒸、烘烤加工而成,在加工高丽红参过程中,有新的抗癌活性成分产生。高丽红参不凉也不热,属于温性;高丽参虽性温但补性强,益气助火。高丽参又分白参和红参,脾虚火旺者宜用白参,因“生用气凉,微苦补阴”;脾虚肺怯者宜用红参,“熟用气温,味甘补阳”。总体来说,高丽参更适合老年气虚症状明显的人服用,能强壮体质,增强免疫力。
高丽红参的功效:
(1)益智健脑:对记忆力减退和运动协调能力下降的人以及经常喝酒或接触带乙醇成分的食物、药物的人,高丽红参具有提高脑力工作能力、增强记忆力和改善脑缺血性障碍的功效
(2)镇痛:一些专家通过做传感神经细胞试验发现,高丽参对身体各种疼痛症状都有所帮助。
(3)防癌和抗癌:高丽红参的皂苷成分和非皂苷成分有抑制多种癌细胞的增殖活性,同时也可抑制癌细胞转移。另外,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,抗癌效果要好于单独用抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)。这是因为肿瘤化疗中癌细胞易形成耐受,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,增强对癌细胞的杀伤力、减轻抗癌剂的副作用。
(4)增强免疫力:高丽红参提取物可恢复因服用具有免疫毒性的抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)而下降的细胞性免疫反应,尤其***提取物可激活或增强细胞性免疫,及自然杀伤细胞的活性,对提高免疫力有很大的功效。
(5)控制糖尿病:高丽红参含有促进胰岛素分泌和类似胰岛素作用的物质,其中人参皂苷能改善高血糖,有效地控制糖尿病的发生。
(6)健肝:高丽参成分中有抗肝炎活性,具有解毒、保护肝脏及促进肝再生、恢复的作用。此外,高丽红参还有解酒、消除宿醉的作用。
(7)调节血压:高丽红参具有扩张血管作用,能改善血液循环,其中的皂苷成分通过促进血管内皮细胞释放一氧化氮,可达到降血压作用。
(8)抗疲劳及抗压:经研究发现,持续服用高丽红参可以提高运动能力和缓解疲劳,对促进运动员疲劳累积的恢复和预防运动性贫血有很大帮助;此外,高丽红参还可以增强对低温(5℃、0℃、-10℃)及高温(35℃)等不利环境的耐受力,通过对压力或环境变化进行精妙调节,提高抗压能力,维持机体稳定性。
(9)改善女性更年期障碍:据调查,有更年期障碍症状的女性在服用高丽红参后,有80%的人承认服用高丽红参后症状明显改善。专家称,这些女性如根据症状来调整用量,还可提高疗效。
(10)改善男性性功能障碍:高丽红参可防止因压力导致的男性性功能障碍。经临床试验,***障碍患者(90人)服用高丽红参后,在***程度、***及满意度等方面都有所改善。
(11)抗氧化及抗衰老:高丽红参具有抑制有害活性氧的增多和脂类过氧化的抗氧化效果。
2大枣又名红枣、干枣、枣子,起源于中国,在中国已有八千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(栗、桃、李、杏、枣)之一。大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称。
3山楂可食用植物,质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩;落叶灌木,枝密生,有细刺,幼枝有柔毛;小枝紫褐色,老枝灰褐色。
山楂的营养价值:
山楂含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈脾满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄酮类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。适应范围:一般人皆可食用。儿童、老年人、消化不良尤其适合食用。伤风感冒、消化不良、食欲不振、儿童软骨缺钙症、儿童缺铁性贫血者可多食山楂片。
山楂的功效与作用:
(1)防治心血管疾病,降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;
(2)开胃消食,特别对消肉食积滞作用更好,很多助消化的药中都采用了山楂;
(3)山楂有活血化淤的功效,有助于解除局部淤血状态,对跌打损伤有辅助疗效;
(4)山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分。
4龙眼又称桂圆,含有多种营养物质,有补血安神,健脑益智,补养心脾的功效。龙眼营养丰富,是珍贵的滋养强化剂。对子宫癌细胞的抑制率超过90%,妇女更年期是妇科肿瘤好发的阶段,适当吃些龙眼有利健康。对病后需要调养及体质虚弱的人有辅助疗效。此外龙眼的叶、花、根、核均可入药。龙眼花是一种重要的蜜源植物,龙眼蜜是蜂蜜中的上等蜜。
5山药即薯蓣,别名怀山药、淮山药,本属食物,气虽温而却平,为补脾肺之阴。是以能润皮毛,长肌肉,味甘兼咸,又能益肾强阴。补中益气:因富含18种氨基酸和10余种微量元素,及其它矿物质,所以有健脾胃、补肺肾、补中益气、健脾补虚,固肾益精、益心安神等作用,李时珍《本草纲目》中有“健脾补益、滋精固肾、治诸百病,疗五劳七伤”之说。消渴生津:该山药有消渴生之功效:中医治疗虚劳消渴(糖尿病)处方中常有山药单味使用,或与其它药物合用,效果更佳。保健:由于鲜山药富含多种维生素、氨基酸和矿物质,可以防治人体脂质代谢异常,以及动脉硬化,对维护胰岛素正常功能也有一定作用,有增强人体免疫力,益心安神,宁咳定喘,延缓衰老等保健作用。养颜:元代脾胃专家李杲说:“治皮肤干燥以此物润之。“李时珍写到:“山药能润皮毛。“山药对滋养皮肤,健美养颜有独特疗效。山药中的铜离子与***对人体发育有极大帮助,对血管***疾病有明显疗效,铁棍山药中的钙,对伤筋损骨、骨质疏松,牙齿脱落有极高的疗效,对冻疮、糖尿病、肝炎、小儿泻泄、遗尿症、婴儿消化不良、溃疡性口腔炎、肺结核、妇女月经带下等患者也有很好的疗效,久用可耳聪目明,延年益寿。控制进食欲望:山药中富含大量蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素等;其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,滋阴补阳、增强新陈代谢的功效;而新鲜块茎中含有的多糖蛋白成分的粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化和吸收。
6肉桂有降压作用、健胃作用;肉桂含挥发油1.98%-2.06%,其主要成分为桂皮醛,占52.92%-61.20%,桂皮醛对小鼠有明显的镇静作用;桂皮油有强大杀菌作用。
7蜂蜜(honey)又叫冬酿,是由蜜蜂采集植物蜜腺分泌的汁液经充分酿造而成。中国大部分地区均有生产。以稠如凝脂、味甜纯正、清洁无杂质、不发酵者为佳。蜂蜜的主要成分为糖类,其中60%~80%是人体容易吸收的葡萄糖和果糖,主要作为营养滋补品、药用和加工蜜饯食品及酿造蜜酒之用,也可以替食糖作调味品。
蜂蜜是一种天然食品,蜂蜜是由单糖类的葡萄糖和果糖构成,可以被人体直接吸收,而不需要酶的分解。蜂蜜比蔗糖(砂糖的主要成份)更容易被人体吸收所含的单糖,不需要经消化就可以被人体吸收,对妇、幼特别是老人更具有良好保健作用,因而被称为“老人的牛奶”。蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的天然滋养食品,也是最常用的滋补品之一。据分析,含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、润肠通便之功效,对少年儿童咳嗽治疗效果很好。
蜂蜜是糖的过饱和溶液,有些单花蜜低温时会产生结晶,生成结晶的是葡萄糖,不产生结晶的部分主要是果糖。
一参三果配合蜂蜜、山药和肉桂制备的高丽红参膏具有强身健体的功能。
发明内容
1、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及配比为:
高丽红参5年根10-15g、大枣6-9g、山楂6-9g、龙眼6-9g、山药6-9g、肉桂6-9g、蜂蜜60-80g。
2、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)粉碎:将高丽红参5年根10-15g、山药6-9g洗净、烘干、粉碎成20目粉末;
(2)将(1)中的高丽红参、山药粉末和山楂6-9g、大枣6-9g、龙眼6-9g、放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼和山药总重量的5-6倍,温度80-95℃,时间3-4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的4-5倍,温度80-95℃,时间2-3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(3)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的3-4倍,温度80-95℃,时间1-2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(5)将(2)、(3)和(4)中残渣压滤,并与(2)、(3)和(4)中滤液合并;
(6)将(5)中滤液减压浓缩至40-60mL;
(7)取肉桂6-9g,采用水蒸气方法提取肉桂挥发油,得到肉桂挥发油和水提取液;
(8)将(7)中肉桂水提取液浓缩,其浓缩液与(6)浓缩液合并,减压浓缩至40-60mL;
(9)向(8)中浓缩液加入蜂蜜60-80g,加热,煎煮至80-120mL;
(10)将(7)中肉桂挥发油加入到(9)中,搅拌均匀即为高丽红参膏。

本发明所述的涉及一种高丽红参膏的制备方法包括以下实施例,下面的实施例可进一步说明本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
1、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及配比为:
高丽红参5年根10g、大枣6g、山楂6g、龙眼6g、山药6g、肉桂6g、蜂蜜60g。
2、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)粉碎:将高丽红参5年根10g、山药6g洗净、烘干、粉碎成20目粉末;
(2)将(1)中的高丽红参、山药粉末和山楂6g、大枣6g、龙眼6g、放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼和山药总重量的5倍,温度80℃,时间3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的4倍,温度80℃,时间2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(3)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的3倍,温度80℃,时间1h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(5)将(2)、(3)和(4)中残渣压滤,并与(2)、(3)和(4)中滤液合并;
(6)将(5)中滤液减压浓缩至40mL;
(7)取肉桂6g,采用水蒸气方法提取肉桂挥发油,得到肉桂挥发油和水提取液;
(8)将(7)中肉桂水提取液浓缩,其浓缩液与(6)浓缩液合并,减压浓缩至40mL;
(9)向(8)中浓缩液加入蜂蜜60g,加热,煎煮至80mL;
(10)将(7)中肉桂挥发油加入到(9)中,搅拌均匀即为高丽红参膏。
实施例2:
1、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及配比为:
高丽红参5年根15g、大枣9g、山楂9g、龙眼9g、山药9g、肉桂9g、蜂蜜80g。
2、一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)粉碎:将高丽红参5年根15g、山药9g洗净、烘干、粉碎成20目粉末;
(2)将(1)中的高丽红参、山药粉末和山楂9g、大枣9g、龙眼9g、放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼和山药总重量的6倍,温度95℃,时间4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的5倍,温度95℃,时间3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(3)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的4倍,温度95℃,时间2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(5)将(2)、(3)和(4)中残渣压滤,并与(2)、(3)和(4)中滤液合并;
(6)将(5)中滤液减压浓缩至60mL;
(7)取肉桂9g,采用水蒸气方法提取肉桂挥发油,得到肉桂挥发油和水提取液;
(8)将(7)中肉桂水提取液浓缩,其浓缩液与(6)浓缩液合并,减压浓缩至60mL;
(9)向(8)中浓缩液加入蜂蜜80g,加热,煎煮至120mL;
(10)将(7)中肉桂挥发油加入到(9)中,搅拌均匀即为高丽红参膏。
Claims (2)
1.一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于原辅料组成及配比为:
高丽红参5年根10-15g、大枣6-9g、山楂6-9g、龙眼6-9g、山药6-9g、肉桂6-9g、蜂蜜60-80g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高丽红参膏的制备方法,其特征在于其生产工艺如下:
(1)粉碎:将高丽红参5年根10-15g、山药6-9g洗净、烘干、粉碎成20目粉末;
(2)将(1)中的高丽红参、山药粉末和山楂6-9g、大枣6-9g、龙眼6-9g、放入不锈钢容器内,加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼和山药总重量的5-6倍,温度80-95℃,时间3-4h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(3)将(2)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的4-5倍,温度80-95℃,时间2-3h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(4)将(3)中残渣再加水煎煮,加水量为高丽红参5年根、大枣、山楂、龙眼、山药总重量的3-4倍,温度80-95℃,时间1-2h,过滤,得滤液和残渣;
(5)将(2)、(3)和(4)中残渣压滤,并与(2)、(3)和(4)中滤液合并;
(6)将(5)中滤液减压浓缩至40-60mL;
(7)取肉桂6-9g,采用水蒸气方法提取肉桂挥发油,得到肉桂挥发油和水提取液;
(8)将(7)中肉桂水提取液浓缩,其浓缩液与(6)浓缩液合并,减压浓缩至40-60mL;
(9)向(8)中浓缩液加入蜂蜜60-80g,加热,煎煮至80-120mL;
(10)将(7)中肉桂挥发油加入到(9)中,搅拌均匀即为高丽红参膏。
