本发明涉及一种蔬菜粉,尤其涉及一种复合黄瓜籽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄瓜籽营养丰富,对骨质疏松、腿脚抽筋、风湿病、关节炎、颈椎病及肝胃脾肺等脏器的疾病有恢复治疗和保健的功能;本发明以黄瓜籽、生菜籽、黑芝麻为主要原料,配以多种辅料,加工成一种食用方便、美味可口的黄瓜籽粉。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种复合黄瓜籽粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复合黄瓜籽粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
黄瓜籽60-70、生菜籽18-22、黑芝麻12-14、番茄汁8-10、黄芪2-3、黄花菜1-2、淡竹叶1-2、桑葚2-3、枸杞子3-4、桂皮1-2、补骨脂1-2、黑木耳粉2-3、荞麦粉4-5、白酒3-4、大豆分离蛋白1-2、蛋白粉2-3、白糖4-5。
一种复合黄瓜籽粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄瓜籽、生菜籽、黑芝麻拣杂洗净,与番茄汁混合,文火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到籽粉;
(2)将黄芪、黄花菜、淡竹叶、桑葚等中药原料混合粉碎,加入白酒,文火炒制15-20分钟,再加入7-8倍沸水,煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(3)将上述籽粉、中药颗粒与黑木耳粉、荞麦粉等剩余全部原料混合均匀,再用胶体磨磨细至细度为120-140目,灭菌包装,即得成品。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种复合黄瓜籽粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
黄瓜籽70、生菜籽22、黑芝麻14、番茄汁10、黄芪3、黄花菜2、淡竹叶2、桑葚3、枸杞子4、桂皮2、补骨脂2、黑木耳粉3、荞麦粉5、白酒4、大豆分离蛋白1、蛋白粉3、白糖5。
一种复合黄瓜籽粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄瓜籽、生菜籽、黑芝麻拣杂洗净,与番茄汁混合,文火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,过120目筛,得到籽粉;
(2)将黄芪、黄花菜、淡竹叶、桑葚等中药原料混合粉碎,加入白酒,文火炒制20分钟,再加入7倍沸水,煎煮50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(3)将上述籽粉、中药颗粒与黑木耳粉、荞麦粉等剩余全部原料混合均匀,再用胶体磨磨细至细度为140目,灭菌包装,即得成品。

1.一种复合黄瓜籽粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
黄瓜籽60-70、生菜籽18-22、黑芝麻12-14、番茄汁8-10、黄芪2-3、黄花菜1-2、淡竹叶1-2、桑葚2-3、枸杞子3-4、桂皮1-2、补骨脂1-2、黑木耳粉2-3、荞麦粉4-5、白酒3-4、大豆分离蛋白1-2、蛋白粉2-3、白糖4-5。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的复合黄瓜籽粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄瓜籽、生菜籽、黑芝麻拣杂洗净,与番茄汁混合,文火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,过100-120目筛,得到籽粉;
(2)将黄芪、黄花菜、淡竹叶、桑葚等中药原料混合粉碎,加入白酒,文火炒制15-20分钟,再加入7-8倍沸水,煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(3)将上述籽粉、中药颗粒与黑木耳粉、荞麦粉等剩余全部原料混合均匀,再用胶体磨磨细至细度为120-140目,灭菌包装,即得成品。
