本发明公开了一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉150-200、玉米蛋白粉10-15、全脂牛乳粉20-30、黄瓜籽30-40、板栗仁10-15、银条菜15-20、鸡骨草1-2、紫金牛3-5、山茱萸2-3、骨碎补2-3、杜仲3-4、月见草1-2、续断1-2、巴戟天2-3、牛膝2-3、营养添加剂3-5;本发明将有效促进人体钙吸收、补钙效果显著的黄瓜籽添加到小麦粉中,添加多种营养原料使其能够健脾益胃、强筋壮骨、补肝益肾、舒筋活络、活血利尿,成品面粉细腻均匀,对腰酸背痛、腿脚抽筋、骨质疏松等病症有良好的治疗功效。

本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
由小麦磨粉制成的面粉是一种最常见的食品原料,随着生活水平的提高,人们对面粉的风味性、特色性、营养性提出了新要求,但现有小麦面粉其成分单一,功能单一,口味单一,营养保健价值不高,为此本发明提供一种功能性面粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
小麦粉150-200、玉米蛋白粉10-15、全脂牛乳粉20-30、黄瓜籽30-40、板栗仁10-15、银条菜15-20、鸡骨草1-2、紫金牛3-5、山茱萸2-3、骨碎补2-3、杜仲3-4、月见草1-2、续断1-2、巴戟天2-3、牛膝2-3、营养添加剂3-5;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:沙参:菜芙蓉花:菱角粉=1:1:3-4:6-8,黄酒适量。
一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、沙参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量黄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制15-20分钟,取出与菱角粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将黄瓜籽、板栗仁拣杂洗净,送入锅中,加入少量芝麻油,小火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,得到黄瓜籽粉;
(3)将银条菜去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫30-40秒,再冷冻干燥,得到菜粉,将鸡骨草、紫金牛、山茱萸等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水煎煮60-80分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述营养添加剂、黄瓜籽粉、菜粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌装袋,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将有效促进人体钙吸收、补钙效果显著的黄瓜籽添加到小麦粉中,添加多种营养原料使其能够健脾益胃、强筋壮骨、补肝益肾、舒筋活络、活血利尿,成品面粉细腻均匀,对腰酸背痛、腿脚抽筋、骨质疏松等病症有良好的治疗功效。

一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
小麦粉200、玉米蛋白粉15、全脂牛乳粉30、黄瓜籽40、板栗仁15、银条菜20、鸡骨草2、紫金牛5、山茱萸3、骨碎补3、杜仲4、月见草2、续断2、巴戟天3、牛膝3、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:沙参:菜芙蓉花:菱角粉=1:1:3:6,黄酒适量。
一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、沙参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量黄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20分钟,取出与菱角粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将黄瓜籽、板栗仁拣杂洗净,送入锅中,加入少量芝麻油,小火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,得到黄瓜籽粉;
(3)将银条菜去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫40秒,再冷冻干燥,得到菜粉,将鸡骨草、紫金牛、山茱萸等中药原料混合粉碎,加入10倍清水煎煮80分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述营养添加剂、黄瓜籽粉、菜粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌装袋,得到成品。

1.一种补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
小麦粉150-200、玉米蛋白粉10-15、全脂牛乳粉20-30、黄瓜籽30-40、板栗仁10-15、银条菜15-20、鸡骨草1-2、紫金牛3-5、山茱萸2-3、骨碎补2-3、杜仲3-4、月见草1-2、续断1-2、巴戟天2-3、牛膝2-3、营养添加剂3-5;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:沙参:菜芙蓉花:菱角粉=1:1:3-4:6-8,黄酒适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的补钙壮骨的黄瓜籽面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、沙参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量黄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制15-20分钟,取出与菱角粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将黄瓜籽、板栗仁拣杂洗净,送入锅中,加入少量芝麻油,小火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,得到黄瓜籽粉;
(3)将银条菜去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫30-40秒,再冷冻干燥,得到菜粉,将鸡骨草、紫金牛、山茱萸等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水煎煮60-80分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
