一种金针菇保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇40-45、翻白草4-5、车前草3-4、玉米花5-6、啤酒花2-3、苘麻根1-2、杠板归2-3、甘蔗12-15、草莓16-18、洋葱4-5、橙汁30-33、白芸豆1-2、瓜子仁2-3、猪肝5-6、鱼头8-9、奶粉4-5、酱油1-2、营养保健液5-6。本发明口感好,配方合理科学,符合消费者的口味,且营养丰富,同时白芸豆、瓜子仁为本发明添加了一股清香,而鱼头、猪肝、金针菇三者的鲜味相结合,使得本发明鲜味十足,此外,本发明还具有保健功效,经常食用可达到清热解毒、疏肝利胆、健胃消食的作用。

背景技术
金针菇是一种食用菌,因其营养丰富、鲜味十足而广受消费者的喜爱。现在市场销售的有关金针菇的饮料口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金针菇保健饮料及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种金针菇保健饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
金针菇40-45、翻白草4-5、车前草3-4、玉米花5-6、啤酒花2-3、苘麻根1-2、杠板归2-3、甘蔗12-15、草莓16-18、洋葱4-5、橙汁30-33、白芸豆1-2、瓜子仁2-3、猪肝5-6、鱼头8-9、奶粉4-5、酱油1-2、营养保健液5-6;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份的原料制成:当归1-1.2、杭白菊1.3-1.5、太子参1.2-1.4、地骨皮0.8-1、苦草0.8-1、糯米3-4、皮蛋蛋黄2-3、大米胚芽3-4、橄榄油1-2、豆奶30-33;
制备方法为:(1)将当归、杭白菊、太子参、地骨皮、苦草加豆奶,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将糯米、大米胚芽与橄榄油混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后出锅,与剩余物料混合,加滤液打浆,即得。
所述的金针菇保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将翻白草、车前草、玉米花、啤酒花、苘麻根、杠板归、鱼头混合入锅,加入7-8倍的水,大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得中药鱼头汤;
(2)将甘蔗去皮,与草莓、洋葱混合加橙汁打浆,过滤除渣,大火煮沸,得果蔬汁;
(3)将猪肝加酱油打浆,得猪肝浆液;将白芸豆、瓜子仁混合炒香,加一倍的水研磨匀质,然后与猪肝浆液混合,小火熬煮10-15分钟;
(4)将金针菇与步骤(3)所得物料混合入锅,小火炒香后将金针菇取出、洗净,烘干后粉碎,得金针菇粉;
(5)将中药鱼头汤、果蔬汁、金针菇粉与剩余物料混合,送入高压匀质机进行均质,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明口感好,配方合理科学,符合消费者的口味,且营养丰富,同时白芸豆、瓜子仁为本发明添加了一股清香,而鱼头、猪肝、金针菇三者的鲜味相结合,使得本发明鲜味十足,此外,本发明还具有保健功效,经常食用可达到清热解毒、疏肝利胆、健胃消食的作用。
具体实施方式
一种金针菇保健饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
金针菇40、翻白草5、车前草4、玉米花5、啤酒花3、苘麻根2、杠板归3、甘蔗12、草莓18、洋葱4、橙汁33、白芸豆2、瓜子仁3、猪肝5、鱼头9、奶粉4、酱油2、营养保健液6;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:当归1.2、杭白菊1.-1.5、太子参1.4、地骨皮1、苦草1、糯米4、皮蛋蛋黄3、大米胚芽3、橄榄油2、豆奶33;
制备方法为:(1)将当归、杭白菊、太子参、地骨皮、苦草加豆奶,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将糯米、大米胚芽与橄榄油混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后出锅,与剩余物料混合,加滤液打浆,即得。

金针菇40-45、翻白草4-5、车前草3-4、玉米花5-6、啤酒花2-3、苘麻根1-2、杠板归2-3、甘蔗12-15、草莓16-18、洋葱4-5、橙汁30-33、白芸豆1-2、瓜子仁2-3、猪肝5-6、鱼头8-9、奶粉4-5、酱油1-2、营养保健液5-6;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份的原料制成:当归1-1.2、杭白菊1.3-1.5、太子参1.2-1.4、地骨皮0.8-1、苦草0.8-1、糯米3-4、皮蛋蛋黄2-3、大米胚芽3-4、橄榄油1-2、豆奶30-33;
