本发明公开了一种砂轮外径凸度修整装置,它包括工件拖板、修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔,修整拖板把合在工件拖板的侧面的修整器支座上,所述的修整拖板是由修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔组成,所述的修整器支座上装有下拖板,下拖板与上拖板之间装有导轨,其上拖板的运动是来自伺服电机通过联轴器连接有谐波减速器,谐波减速器通过联轴器连接有滚珠丝杠,所述的滚珠丝杠上套有螺母固定在上拖板上由伺服电机驱动。本发明可以保证砂轮修整的尺寸精度,(补偿精度达到0.001mm)适用于砂轮外径凸度修整。

技术领域:
    本发明涉及一种修整装置,特别适用于砂轮外径凸度修整。
背景技术:
现有的机床在磨削单双列圆锥、圆柱滚子轴承内圈挡边时,采用砂轮外圆(半锥面)磨削,砂轮的修整是依靠位于工件拖板前侧的修整器,利用工件拖板前后移动来修整砂轮成型。故只能修出内圈挡边的直线型,现有的内圈挡边修整器如图1和图2所示,修整器支座3采用螺钉固定在工件拖板4上,其运行轨迹是依靠工件拖板的移动,金刚笔1是***在金刚笔笔座2的孔内被夹紧,因而修出的砂轮5为直线(平锥面)。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种对轴承内圈挡边有凸度要求的一种砂轮外径凸度修整装置。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,一种砂轮外径凸度修整装置,它包括工件拖板、修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔,其特征在于:修整拖板把合在工件拖板的侧面的修整器支座上,所述的修整拖板是由修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔组成,所述的修整器支座上装有下拖板,下拖板与上拖板之间装有导轨,其上拖板的运动是来自伺服电机通过联轴器连接有谐波减速器,谐波减速器通过联轴器连接有滚珠丝杠,所述的滚珠丝杠上套有螺母固定在上拖板上由伺服电机驱动。
本发明以保证砂轮修整的尺寸精度。(补偿精度达到0.001mm)适用于砂轮外径凸度修整。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,见图4所示,修整拖板13把合在工件拖板14的侧面的修整器支座3上,所述的修整拖板是由修整器支座3、金刚笔座2和金刚笔组成,所述的修整器支座3上装有下拖板7,下拖板7与上拖板6之间装有导轨10,其上拖板的运动是来自伺服电机11通过联轴器9连接有谐波减速器12,谐波减速器12通过联轴器连接有滚珠丝杠8,所述的滚珠丝杠上套有螺母固定在上拖板6上由伺服电机驱动,所述的金刚笔座2装配在上拖板6上,金刚笔座2上安插有金刚笔。
工作时,驱动源由伺服电机11通过联轴器9、谐波减速器12和滚珠丝杠8驱动上拖板6上面的金刚笔座2进行微小的进给,(见图3)所述的工件拖板4在另一个与其垂直的方向上同时完成进给动作,(A箭头所示)以上两个动作的结合完成了对砂轮的外径凸度的修整。

1.一种砂轮外径凸度修整装置,它包括工件拖板、修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔,其特征在于:修整拖板把合在工件拖板的侧面的修整器支座上,所述的修整拖板是由修整器支座、金刚笔座和金刚笔组成,所述的修整器支座上装有下拖板,下拖板与上拖板之间装有导轨,其上拖板的运动是来自伺服电机通过联轴器连接有谐波减速器,谐波减速器通过联轴器连接有滚珠丝杠,所述的滚珠丝杠上套有螺母固定在上拖板上由伺服电机驱动。
