背景技术
一般而言,在制造航空器的机翼的情况下,在分别单独地制造了梁、外板、肋等机翼结构部件之后,通过铆钉、紧固件等将这些机翼结构部件彼此连接而装配成机翼。而且,在制造上述的机翼结构部件时、对机翼结构部件彼此进行连接时,为了满足最终的机翼装配精度,通过各种机床来进行各种加工。
例如,在专利文献1中,通过最终地连接两个机翼分割构造体来装配机翼。而且,在该机翼分割构造体彼此进行连接时,对彼此的连接面进行平面度加工,以提高这些连接面的表面精度。

发明效果
因此,根据本发明所涉及的机床,由于能够使第一加工头以顺沿着曲面形状的方式移动,因此能够使第一旋具沿与曲面中的规定加工位置正交的方向移动,并且,能够减小第一加工头的行程量,因此能够提高该第一加工头的刚性。由此,能够高精度地对被加工件的曲面进行加工。

首先,如图1及图2所示的机床1对筒状的工件(被加工件)W的上平面Wa及下曲面Wb进行开孔加工。该工件例如作为航空器的机翼的骨架构造体。

而且,机床1中,将工件W以上平面Wa朝上且水平配置的状态进行固定,并对其上平面Wa及下曲面Wb进行开孔加工。即,机床1中,将工件W以下曲面Wb相对于水平配置的上平面Wa倾斜的状态进行固定。这样的开孔加工时的工件W的固定状态成为与向航空器上设置机翼时组装到该机翼中的工件W的设置(固定)状态相同的状态。
接着,使用图1及图2对机床1的结构进行详细地说明。
如图1及图2所示,在机床1的左右两侧沿水平的X1轴方向(机床纵向)设有左右一对侧壁11a、11b。在侧壁11a、11b的上表面设有安装夹具12a、12b,工件W的左侧面Wc及右侧面Wd分别被固定于该安装夹具12a、12b。
而且,在侧壁11a、11b的上表面的安装夹具12a、12b的外侧沿X1轴方向延伸地设置有上底座(第二底座)13a、13b。而且,门形的上横轨(第二横轨)14以横跨工件W的方式支撑于该上底座13a、13b的上引导面33a、33b,该上横轨14能够沿X1轴方向移动。另外,上底座13a、13b及上横轨14构成移动单元。
上滑鞍(第二滑鞍)15以能够沿水平的Y1轴方向(机床宽度方向)移动的方式支撑于上横轨14的前引导面34。而且,上加工头(第二加工头)16以能够沿铅垂的Z1轴方向(机床上下方向)滑动的方式支撑于上滑鞍15内,钻头等工具(第二旋具)T2以能够旋转的方式安装于该上加工头16的下端。
因此,使上横轨14沿X1轴方向移动,并且使上滑鞍15沿Y1轴方向移动,由此,能够使上加工头16以顺沿着水平配置的工件W的上平面Wa的方式水平移动。而且,通过上横轨14及上滑鞍15使在X1、Y1轴方向上被定位的上加工头16沿Z1轴方向(工具T2的轴向)移动,由此,能够使工具T2沿与水平配置的工件W的上平面Wa正交的方向移动。
而且,在侧壁11a、11b的内侧,沿X1轴方向延伸地设置有左右一对下底座(第一底座)21a、21b。此处,下底座21a、21b的上引导面41a、41b随着从前端靠近后端而朝上方倾斜,并且,其倾斜角度被设定为与固定状态下的工件W中的下曲面Wb的倾斜角度β相同。
下移动部件22a、22b以能够沿X2轴方向(上引导面41a、41b的倾斜方向)移动的方式支撑于下底座21a、21b的上引导面41a、41b。这些下移动部件22a、22b的高度不同,根据工件W的下曲面Wb的曲率(曲面形状),将下移动部件22a的高度设定成低于下移动部件22b的高度。而且,在下移动部件22a、22b的上端之间架设有下横轨(第一横轨)23。即,下横轨23能够在具有规定倾斜角度(第一倾斜角度)α的状态下沿X2轴方向移动,其中,上述的规定倾斜角度(第一倾斜角度)是根据工件W的下曲面Wb的曲率而设定的。
下滑鞍(第一滑鞍)24以能够沿与X1、X2轴方向正交的Y2轴方向(前引导面43的倾斜方向)移动的方式支撑于下横轨23的前引导面43。而且,下加工头(第一加工头)25以能够沿与Y2轴方向正交的Z2轴方向滑动的方式支撑于下滑鞍24内,钻头等工具(第一旋具)T1以能够旋转的方式安装于该下加工头25的上端。
因此,使下横轨23沿X2轴方向移动,并且使下滑鞍24沿Y2轴方向移动,由此,能够使下加工头25以顺沿着弯曲且倾斜的工件W的下曲面Wb的方式移动。而且,通过下横轨23及下滑鞍24使在X2、Y2轴方向上被定位的下加工头25沿Z2轴方向(工具T1的轴向)移动,由此,能够使工具T1沿与弯曲且倾斜的工件W的下曲面Wb正交的方向移动。
因此,在使用机床1对工件W的上平面Wa及下曲面Wb进行开孔加工的情况下,首先,将工件W的左侧面Wc及右侧面Wd固定于安装夹具12a、12b。此时,工件W在上平面Wa水平配置的状态下被固定。
接着,使上横轨14沿X1轴方向移动,并且使上滑鞍15沿Y1轴方向移动,从而将上加工头16定位到规定的位置。而且,使上加工头16沿Z1轴方向以规定的行程量进行移动,通过旋转的工具T2,在工件W的上平面Wa的规定的开孔位置进行开孔。
与此同时,使下横轨23沿X2轴方向移动,并且使下滑鞍24沿Y2轴方向移动,从而将下加工头25定位到规定的位置。而且,使下加工头25沿Z2轴方向以规定的行程量进行移动,通过旋转的工具T1,在工件W的下曲面Wb的规定的开孔位置进行开孔。
而且,同时进行上述的由工具T1进行的开孔加工和由工具2进行的开孔加工,并对工件W的上平面Wa及下曲面Wb分别开出规定数量的孔。
接着,在将已开孔加工完毕的工件W从机床1卸下后,利用所加工的多个孔来向该工件W的上平面Wa及下曲面Wb安装机翼的外板(省略图示)。
由此,由工具T1、T2加工的所有孔以在工件W的上平面Wa及下曲面Wb的各个规定开孔位置上与该上平面Wa及下曲面Wb正交的方式开口,因此能够高精度地安装外板。
另外,上述的机床1形成如下结构:将工件W以上平面Wa朝上且水平配置的状态进行固定,并对该上平面Wa及下曲面Wb进行开孔加工;但也可以形成如下结构:将工件W以上平面Wa朝下且水平配置的状态进行固定,并对该上平面Wa及下曲面Wb进行开孔加工。
作为上述结构,例如也可以形成如下结构:将用于使工具T2移动的上底座13a、13b、上横轨14、上滑鞍15、上加工头16等相对于固定的工件W而反转至机床1的下方,另一方面,将用于使工具T1移动的下底座21a、21b、下横轨23、下滑鞍24、下加工头25等相对于固定的工件而反转至机床1的上方。
而且,在上述的机床1中,安装钻孔加工用的工具T1、T2来进行开孔加工,但也能够安装铣削加工用的工具来进行平面度加工。而且,无论是开孔加工用的工具还是铣削加工用的工具,均可以将能够进行不同种类的加工的工具分别安装于上加工头16及下加工头25。
因此,根据本发明所涉及的机床1,将具有平坦的上平面Wa和弯曲的下曲面Wb的工件W以上平面Wa水平配置的状态进行固定,设置下横轨23,使得下横轨23相对于上平面Wa以根据下曲面Wb的曲率而设定的倾斜角度α倾斜,将可安装工具T1的下加工头25以能够移动的方式支撑于该下横轨23,从而能够使下加工头25以顺沿着下曲面Wb的曲面形状的方式移动。由此,能够使工具T1沿与下曲面Wb的规定开孔位置正交的方向移动,能够减小下加工头25的行程量,因此能够提高该下加工头25的刚性。其结果为,能够高精度地对工件W的下曲面Wb进行开孔加工。
而且,设置下底座21a、21b,该下底座21a、21b以与工件W的下曲面Wb的倾斜角度β相同的倾斜角度倾斜,将下横轨23以能够移动的方式支撑于该下底座21a、21b的上引导面41a、41b,从而能够使下加工头25以顺沿着下曲面Wb的倾斜部的方式移动。由此,即使下曲面Wb倾斜,也能够高精度地对该下曲面Wb进行开孔加工。
而且,以能够沿水平方向移动的方式设置上加工头16,该上加工头16能够安装对工件W的上平面Wa进行开孔加工的工具T2,并同时进行工具T1对下曲面Wb的开孔加工和工具T2对上平面Wa的开孔加工,由此能够实现开孔加工的高效化。
工业实用性
本发明能够适用于可对三维曲面进行加工的机床。

Claims (3)

1.一种机床,将具有平坦的平面和与所述平面相向的弯曲曲面的被加工件以所述平面水平配置的状态进行固定而对所述曲面进行加工,所述机床的特征在于,具备:
第一加工头,安装对所述曲面进行加工的第一旋具,且所述第一旋具能够旋转;
第一滑鞍,使所述第一加工头沿所述第一旋具的轴向移动;及
第一横轨,相对于所述平面以根据所述曲面的曲率而设定的规定的第一倾斜角度倾斜地设置,并以所述第一滑鞍能够沿所述第一倾斜角度的倾斜方向移动的方式来支撑该第一滑鞍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,
所述曲面形成为,在与所述第一倾斜角度的倾斜方向正交的方向上相对于所述平面以规定的第二倾斜角度倾斜,
所述机床具备第一底座,所述第一底座以所述第一横轨能够沿所述第二倾斜角度的倾斜方向移动的方式来支撑该第一横轨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,具备:
第二加工头,安装对所述平面进行加工的第二旋具,且所述第二旋具能够旋转;
第二滑鞍,使所述第二加工头沿所述第二旋具的轴向移动;及
移动单元,使所述第二滑鞍沿水平方向移动;
利用所述第一旋具对所述曲面进行的加工和利用所述第二旋具对所述平面进行的加工是同时进行的。
