Description
本发明涉及交通工具玻璃面板(glazingpanel)切断设备和方法。
本发明具体地涉及下述技术,即该技术使用切割丝以实现将玻璃面板例如挡风玻璃从其在交通工具挡风玻璃框架中的安装位置处脱离。本发明的技术和切断工具还可适用于在其他被结合的玻璃面板上使用。
已知现有技术使用被安装在单一的工具上的丝缠绕器线轴以实现交通工具挡风玻璃或侧部玻璃的切断。示例性的装备在例如US7618023和WO2006030212中公开。
改进的技术和设备现在已被设计出。
根据第一方面,本发明提供一种缠绕器单元,其用于在切断交通工具玻璃面板中与切割丝共同使用,缠绕器单元具有:
间隔开的第一缠绕器线轴和第二缠绕器线轴,其均用于缠绕切割丝;
吸入式安装部(suctionmount),其用于安装所述单元,其中所述吸入式安装部包括仅单一的吸入装置。
优选的是,第一缠绕器线轴和第二缠绕器线轴被间隔开,以被定位成在吸入式安装部的直径线的两侧各一个。
有益地,缠绕器线轴的轴线被定位在由吸入器安装部的裙部/膜的投影直径界定的空间内。
在优选的实施方案中,缠绕器线轴在吸入装置的主体上的位置处被安装于吸入式安装部。
在一个实施方案中,可以是优选的是,缠绕器线轴被安装在共用的板面(deck)上,该共用的板面被固定于单一的吸入装置。
前述的技术特征,单独地或组合地限定一种使用上紧凑且有效率的装备。
优选的是,所述单元包括与线轴间隔开的至少一个丝引导元件(优选地为可旋转的引导元件,例如滑轮)。
期望地,设置有第一丝引导元件和第二丝引导元件,各个引导元件被定位在缠绕器线轴中的每个缠绕器线轴的外部。
在某些实施方案中,可以优选的是,丝引导元件相对于所述单元被安装成使得在相对于缠绕器线轴的位置或取向上是可调整的。

参照附图,切断设备包括具有单一的吸入式安装部2的缠绕器单元1。在单一的吸入式安装部2上安装有一对间隔开的缠绕器线轴3、4和一对间隔开的被可旋转地安装的第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6。单一的吸入式安装部2使缠绕器单元1能够被可释放地并且固定地安装于交通工具挡风玻璃(通常在交通工具的内侧上)。缠绕器线轴3、4被间隔开,以被定位在吸入式安装部的直径线的各一侧。
吸入式安装部2包括刚性塑料盘模塑件7和铺设在下方的柔性橡胶吸入器膜8。柔性橡胶吸入器膜8延伸超出刚性塑料盘模塑件7的外周,以增强吸入式安装部2的吸入能力。吸入装置致动/释放杠杆侧部把手9使一致的吸入能够被施用和释放。作为替代形式,可能的是,泵致动式吸入式安装部2可以被采用,例如其中所公开的。
吸入式安装部2被形成为具有一体的间隔开的侧部把手9、10。侧部把手9、10基本上平行于彼此地并且在与缠绕器线轴3、4之间的间隔方向成横向的方向延伸。

第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6借助于滑轮安装臂12被安装于刚性塑料盘模塑件7,滑轮安装臂12被螺栓连接于刚性塑料盘模塑件7。在一个实施方案中,第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6借助于滑轮安装臂12安装,使得滑轮安装臂12(并因此使得第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6)可以相对于吸入式安装部2和缠绕器线轴安装板面14围绕支点15被倾斜。这使第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6的位置能够自对准(在缠绕器单元1图中的箭头A的方向倾斜)并且由于挡风玻璃曲率而能够提供自调整。
在图2中示出的实施方案中,一对安装螺栓16被用于将滑轮安装臂12固定于刚性塑料盘模塑件7。在这样的实施方案中,滑轮安装臂12不枢转或倾斜,并且据此第一丝引导元件5和第二丝引导元件6相对于缠绕器线轴安装板面14保持固定(除了正处于旋转以外)。
在使用中,装备可以以与在WO2006030212的图9至图1中描述的缠绕器单元大体上相似的方式来使用。初始地,柔性的切割丝围绕挡风玻璃玻璃面板的外侧成环,以毗邻于被夹在交通工具的玻璃面板和支撑框架之间的粘合压条(bondingbead)(通常聚氨酯粘合压条)而安置在外周处。切割丝的相对端部穿过贯穿粘合压条所制成的穿孔通道而进料,并且自由端接着各自围绕缠绕器单元的分离的缠绕器线轴被缠绕。

通过将一对缠绕器线轴3、4直接地安装在吸入式安装部2的柔性橡胶吸入器膜8上方,可以使用具有大至足以产生足够吸力的直径的吸入式安装部2。在使用其中所示的现有技术设备时,具有下述风险,即如果一对间隔开的吸盘中的一个吸盘未被完全地施力,那么另一个在丝不受拉时具有足以将缠绕器单元保持被固定在适当位置中的吸力,但是当丝在缠绕过程期间被拉伸时则失效。
Claims (14)
1.一种缠绕器单元(1),其用于在切断交通工具玻璃面板中与切割丝共同使用,所述缠绕器单元具有:
间隔开的第一缠绕器线轴(3)和第二缠绕器线轴(4),其均用于缠绕切割丝;
吸入式安装部(2),其用于安装所述缠绕器单元;其中所述吸入式安装部包括仅单一的吸入装置;其特征在于,所述缠绕器单元包括与所述第一缠绕器线轴(3)和所述第二缠绕器线轴(4)间隔开的至少一个丝引导元件;并且各个丝引导元件相对于所述缠绕器单元被安装成使得在相对于所述第一缠绕器线轴(3)和所述第二缠绕器线轴(4)和/或所述吸入式安装部(2)的位置或取向上是可调整的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缠绕器单元,其中所述第一缠绕器线轴(3)和所述第二缠绕器线轴(4)被间隔开,以被定位成在所述吸入式安装部(2)的直径线的两侧各一个。
