技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高涂层织物抗撕裂性的工艺方法,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
一般环境下使用的涂层帐篷布在接缝的地方在大风或一定力的作用下易撕裂,造成了一定的经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺点,本发明提供一种提高涂层织物抗撕裂性的工艺方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)化料
配方:35g/l的Tg-536(弱阳离子型防水剂)、0.5g/l的RCF-RTR(有机硅柔软剂)和水;
在化料釜中放入一半体积的冷水,然后开动搅拌器,边搅拌边将RCF-RTR倒入化料釜中,待RCF-RTR倒完后搅拌器继续搅拌10min,加另一半水后再搅拌5min,最后加入Tg-536后搅拌5-6min,得到乳白色均匀乳液;
(2)基布经定型机在上述乳液中浸轧,并烘干;
(3)涂层;
(4)定型拉幅得到成品。
本发明的优点:工艺步骤简单,成本低,既能满足防水功能,又能提高撕裂强度。
具体实施方式
以下是通过实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
(1)化料
配方:35g/l的Tg-536(弱阳离子型防水剂)、0.5g/l的RCF-RTR(有机硅柔软剂)和水;
在化料釜中放入一半体积的冷水,然后开动搅拌器,边搅拌边将RCF-RTR倒入化料釜中,待RCF-RTR倒完后搅拌器继续搅拌10min,加另一半水后再搅拌5mi n,最后加入Tg-536后搅拌5-6min,得到乳白色均匀乳液;
(2)基布经定型机在上述乳液中浸轧,并烘干;
(3)涂层;
(4)定型拉幅得到成品。
将本发明得到的涂层布进行试验的结果:能在3000mm水柱的水压下防水90mi n;抗撕裂强度径向≥6.5N,纬向≥5.5N。

1.一种提高涂层织物抗撕裂性的工艺方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)化料
配方:35g/l的Tg-536(弱阳离子型防水剂)、0.5g/l的RCF-RTR(有机硅柔软剂)和水;
在化料釜中放入一半体积的冷水,然后开动搅拌器,边搅拌边将RCF-RTR倒入化料釜中,待RCF-RTR倒完后搅拌器继续搅拌10min,加另一半水后再搅拌5min,最后加入Tg-536后搅拌5-6min,得到乳白色均匀乳液;
(2)基布经定型机在上述乳液中浸轧,并烘干;
(3)涂层;
(4)定型拉幅得到成品。
