本发明公开了一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法,包括有以下步骤:浇注阀体,控制阀体中化学成分重量百分比为:2.32%≤C≤4.15%,0.40%≤Si≤1.40%,0.30%≤Mn≤1.30%,0.010%≤P≤0.030%,0.010%≤S≤0.030%。1.50%≤Cr≤2.50%,痕量≤B≤0.0018%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;浇注成型的阀体温度降至350℃,再加热至670-760℃,保温3-5小时,炉冷至300℃,保温4小时,再加热至650-760℃,保温17小时,以50℃/小时冷却至400℃,再以20℃/小时,冷却至140℃;本发明粉末冶金材料及制造工艺具有较高的生产连续性,且材料利用率高,适合于大批量生产,降低成本。

一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆阀的制备方法,具体属于一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法。
背景技术
防爆阀是流体输送***中的控制部件,具有分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制***的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控***中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。目前防爆阀不仅材料制作工艺差,且适于大批量生产,在装配使用前需要对阀体进行少量精磨加工。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对防爆阀工艺技术现状,而提供的一种生产效率高、制造成本较低的一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法,包括有以下步骤:
a、浇注阀体,控制阀体中化学成分重量百分比为: 2.32%≤C≤4.15%,0.40%≤Si≤1.40%,0.30%≤Mn≤1.30%,0.010%≤P≤0.030%,0.010%≤S≤0.030%。1.50%≤Cr≤2.50%,痕量≤B≤0.0018%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;浇注成型的阀体温度降至350℃,再加热至670-760℃,保温3-5小时,炉冷至300℃,保温4小时,再加热至650-760℃,保温17小时,以50℃/小时冷却至400℃,再以20℃/小时,冷却至140℃;
b、通过浇口向阀体砂型中浇注浇注液,冷却凝固,取出后蒸汽处理即得防爆阀阀体,所述的蒸汽处理为水雾化蒸汽处理,处理时间为4-5小时,温度为550-650℃;
c、淬火处理:将防爆阀阀体送入热处理炉中加热到850-890℃,并保温2-3小时;然后用淬火油冷却;
d、回火处理:将淬火后的防爆阀阀体送入回火炉中加热到300-400℃,保温50-70min;
e、磷化处理,在常温下将工件在热火封闭温度为180-200℃,采用PH值为8的表面调整剂处理1min,经滴空1-2min后,采用磷化剂处理15-20min,再经滴空1-2min后,采用清水清洗1-2min,再滴空1-2min后,以将工件置于78-100℃的热水中处理0.5-1min。
磷化处理,在常温下将工件在热火封闭温度为190℃,采用PH值为8的表面调整剂处理1min,经滴空1.5min后,采用磷化剂处理17min,再经滴空1.5min后,采用清水清洗1.5min,再滴空1.5min后,以将工件置于90℃的热水中处理0.7min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明通过上述技术方案,整体结构科学合理,相应降低了能耗,减少了材料消耗和成本投入,加工精度大大提高,与现有技术相比材料利用率由现在的65%提高到90%以上,电能消耗降低70%左右,用工减少四分之三,一台机床二人操作单班可锻工件550件以上,提高工效4倍左右,产生的积极效果非常显著。 
    本发明的力学性能检测数据如下:

断面收缩率 ψ (%):≥55

硬度 :≤223HB
具体实施方式
一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法,包括有以下步骤:
a、浇注阀体,控制阀体中化学成分重量百分比为: 2.32%≤C≤4.15%,0.40%≤Si≤1.40%,0.30%≤Mn≤1.30%,0.010%≤P≤0.030%,0.010%≤S≤0.030%。1.50%≤Cr≤2.50%,痕量≤B≤0.0018%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;浇注成型的阀体温度降至350℃,再加热至670-760℃,保温3-5小时,炉冷至300℃,保温4小时,再加热至650-760℃,保温17小时,以50℃/小时冷却至400℃,再以20℃/小时,冷却至140℃;

Claims (2)

1.一种防爆阀阀体铸造方法,其特征在于包括有以下步骤:
a、浇注阀体,控制阀体中化学成分重量百分比为: 2.32%≤C≤4.15%,0.40%≤Si≤1.40%,0.30%≤Mn≤1.30%,0.010%≤P≤0.030%,0.010%≤S≤0.030%;
1.50%≤Cr≤2.50%,痕量≤B≤0.0018%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;浇注成型的阀体温度降至350℃,再加热至670-760℃,保温3-5小时,炉冷至300℃,保温4小时,再加热至650-760℃,保温17小时,以50℃/小时冷却至400℃,再以20℃/小时,冷却至140℃;
b、通过浇口向阀体砂型中浇注浇注液,冷却凝固,取出后蒸汽处理即得防爆阀阀体,所述的蒸汽处理为水雾化蒸汽处理,处理时间为4-5小时,温度为550-650℃;
