技术领域
本发明涉及卤化活性炭材料以及制备这种材料的方法。所述卤化活性炭可具有低含氧量。本发明还涉及包含卤化活性炭的高功率密度储能装置。
背景技术
超级电容器之类的储能器件可以用于许多需要离散的功率脉冲的用途。这些用途的范围是从手机到混合动力汽车。超级电容器的一个重要特性是它能够提供的能量密度。所述器件可以包括被多孔隔片和/或有机电解质分隔的两个或更多个碳基电极,所述器件的能量密度大多由碳基电极的性质决定。
适合用来结合入高能量密度装置的碳基电极是已知的。例如,作为所述电极的基础的高性能碳材料可以由合成酚醛树脂前体制备。但是,由于合成树脂的成本很高,所述碳基电极的成本可能很高。因此,人们希望提供能够用来形成碳基电极的更廉价的碳材料,从而能够得到具有更高能量密度的装置。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,适合结合入碳基电极并用于超级电容器和其他高功率密度储能装置中的卤化活性炭材料源自天然非木质纤维素材料。通过使用非木质纤维素材料作为多孔活性炭材料的前体,可以廉价地获得高功率密度、高能量密度装置。在本文中定义的“天然非木质纤维素碳前体”表示至少一种天然非木质纤维素碳前体。
根据一个实施方式,卤化活性炭材料通过以下步骤制备:形成天然非木质纤维素碳前体与无机化合物的水性混合物;在惰性或还原性气氛中加热所述水性混合物,碳化所述碳前体;除去所述无机化合物,产生活性炭材料;以及用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。
根据另一个实施方式,卤化活性炭材料通过以下步骤制备:在惰性或还原性气氛中加热天然非木质纤维素碳前体,形成第一碳材料;混合所述第一碳材料和无机化合物,形成水性混合物;在惰性或还原性气氛中加热所述水性混合物,将所述无机化合物结合到所述第一碳材料中;从所述第一碳材料中除去所述无机化合物,产生活性炭材料;以及用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。

具体实施方式
一种制备卤化活性炭材料的方法包括:形成天然非木质纤维素碳前体与无机化合物的水性混合物;在惰性或还原性气氛中加热所述水性混合物,碳化所述碳前体;从所述碳化的碳前体中除去所述无机化合物;以及用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。
另一种制备所述卤化活性炭材料的方法包括:在惰性或还原性气氛中加热天然非木质纤维素碳前体,形成第一碳材料;混合所述第一碳材料和无机化合物,形成混合物;加热所述混合物,将所述无机化合物结合到所述第一碳材料中;从所述第一碳材料中除去所述无机化合物;以及用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。根据上述任意方法形成的卤化活性炭材料适合于形成用于高能量密度装置的碳基电极。
混合过程可将所述无机化合物结合到所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体或者所述第一碳材料的结构中。所述无机化合物可包括碱金属氢氧化物或氯化物(例如NaOH,KOH,NaCl,KCl)、磷酸或者其他合适的盐,例如CaCl2或ZnCl2。
为了有利于混合,可在开始的时候将无机化合物溶解于液体如水中。然后将包含无机化合物的混合物与所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体或第一碳材料混合,并任选将所述混合物老化一段时间,该时间能够有效地将所述无机化合物结合入所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体或所述第一碳材料中。所述混合物可以老化0.5,1,2,4,8小时或更久(例如0.5-8小时)。
所述非木质纤维素碳前体和所述无机化合物可以任意合适的比例结合。以重量百分数表示,天然非木质纤维素碳前体与无机化合物的比例可以约为10:1至1:10。非限制性的示例性比例包括9:1,8:1,7:1,6:1,5:14:1,3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2,1:3,1:4,1:5,1:6,1:7,1:8和1:9。根据一个实施方式,无机化合物与天然非木质纤维素碳前体的比例大于或等于1(例如10:1,9:1,8:1,7:1,6:1,5:1,4:1,3:1,2:1或1:1)。

在将无机化合物结合入天然非木质纤维素碳前体的实施方式中,可在惰性或还原性气氛中,在能有效碳化所述碳前体的温度下加热所述混合物。例如,可以在大约600-900℃的温度(例如600,650,700,750,800,850或900℃)对所述混合物加热预定的时间(例如0.5,1,2,4,8小时或更久),然后冷却。在加热步骤中,天然非木质纤维素碳前体分解成碳,无机化合物结合到碳中。
在将所述无机化合物结合入所述第一碳材料的实施方式中,在能够有效地将所述无机化合物结合入所述第一碳材料的温度下加热所述混合物。所述混合物可以在大约300-850℃的温度加热预定的时间(例如0.5,1,2,4,8小时或更久),然后冷却。然后,可对冷却的碳进行活化。
冷却之后,用溶剂清洗结合有无机化合物的碳材料(例如第一碳材料),除去所述无机化合物。一种用来提取无机化合物的优选溶剂是水。所述提取溶剂可以任选包括酸。一种用来除去无机化合物的方法包括依次用水和酸清洗所述碳材料。另一种用来除去无机化合物的方法包括用水性酸混合物(例如酸和水的混合物)清洗所述碳材料。在提取过程中使用的酸可以包括盐酸。所述提取无机化合物的过程形成了多孔活性炭材料,所述孔由之前被无机化合物填充的体积限定。
在碳化和/或活化过程中,氧可能被不利地结合到碳(或活性炭)材料中。氧的结合,特别是以含氧表面官能团的形式结合,可能对包含由活性炭制成的电极的储能装置的性质造成不利影响。例如,含氧表面官能团的存在可能产生赝电容,增加自放电或漏失率,导致电解质分解,而且/或者导致长期电阻增加和电容退化。
在一些实施方式中,活性炭(即卤化活性炭)的总含氧量以最多10重量%为限。总含氧量是指碳中所有的原子氧和分子氧之和,包括碳材料之中和/或之上的含氧官能团里的氧。在其他实施方式中,总含氧量小于9重量%,8重量%,7重量%,6重量%,5重量%,4重量%,3重量%,2重量%或1重量%。
在一个实施方式中,在活化之后,对活性炭材料进行精制步骤,在该步骤中,在例如约450-1000℃的惰性或还原性气氛中将活性炭加热例如约0.5-10小时。精制步骤中的环境优选基本上不含氧。
与碳化和活化步骤一样,精制步骤的加热和冷却速率可在约10-600℃/小时的范围内变化。进行精制步骤的温度可与碳化和/或活化步骤所用的温度相同,或者进行精制步骤的温度可高于或低于碳化/活化温度。
较佳的是,精制步骤降低活性炭的含氧量。在一些实施方式中,精制步骤所用的惰性或还原性气氛可包括氮气或者氮气与氢气的混合物,其中氢气浓度保持低于6%。精制步骤是任选步骤。若进行精制步骤,则该步骤在卤化步骤之前进行。
活性炭材料的卤化可通过使活性炭受卤素源作用来进行。示例性“卤素”包括氟、氯、溴和碘。示例性卤素源可以是气体、液体或等离子体,包括例如元素卤(F2,Cl2,Br2和I2)以及含卤素的化合物。除了双原子气体外,卤素源可以是含卤素的气态化合物或者基于卤素的盐或酸(例如HF,HCl,HBr,HI),它们可包含在水溶液中。卤素源的另一个例子包括含卤素的等离子体,如CF4等离子体。
活性炭材料受卤素源作用的方式可以是使二者混合,或者以其他方式使卤素源与活性炭接触。使活性炭卤化的合适条件可包括控制温度和压力当中的一个或多个参数。技术人员容易确定合适的温度和压力。用CF4等离子体进行的氟处理可以例如在室温至约800℃的温度下进行。活性炭材料受卤素源作用之后,可利用合适的技术如过滤或蒸发,从碳中除去多余的卤素物质。
卤化步骤可将卤素物质结合到活性炭结构中,也可不将卤素物质结合到活性炭结构中。不受理论限制,活性卤素可除去表面基团,否则,表面基团将与电解质反应,助长电压的高度不稳定性。
卤化活性炭材料可包含微孔活性炭。本文所定义的微孔的孔径等于或小于2nm。中孔的孔径为2-50nm。大孔的孔径大于50nm。在一个实施方式中,结合在碳基电极中的卤化活性炭主要包含微米级孔。如本文所用,术语“微孔碳”及其变体是指主要(即至少50%)包含微孔的活性炭。微孔活性炭材料可具有大于50%的微孔孔隙率(例如大于50%,55%,60%,65%,70%,75%,80%,85%,90%或95%的微孔孔隙率)。卤化活性炭的比表面积可大于约300m2/g,即大于300,350,400,500或1000m2/g。例如,卤化碳材料的比表面积小于2500m2/g,即小于2500,2000,1500,1200或1000m2/g。卤化活性炭的总含氧量小于10重量%。
在一个示例性实施方式中,卤化活性炭包含孔径最大为1nm的孔,提供至少约为0.3cm3/g的总孔容;包含孔径为1-2nm的孔,提供至少约为0.05cm3/g的总孔容;孔径大于2nm的任何孔的总孔容小于0.15cm3/g。
根据另一些实施方式,卤化活性炭材料包含总孔隙率大于0.4cm3/g(例如大于0.4,0.45,0.5,0.55,0.6,0.65或0.7cm3/g)的活性炭材料。总孔容中来自微孔(d≤2nm)的部分可等于或大于95%(例如至少为95%,96%,97%,98%或99%),而总孔容中来自超级微孔(d≤1nm)的部分可等于或大于60%(例如至少为60%,65%,70%,75%,80%,85%,90%或95%)。卤化活性炭的孔径分布可包括超级微孔、微孔、中孔和大孔,具有单峰、双峰或多峰孔径分布特征。超级微孔可占总孔容的0.3cm3/g或更大(例如0.4cm3/g或更大)。孔径(d)在1<d≤2nm范围内的孔可占总孔容的0.05cm3/g或更大(例如至少为0.1,0.15,0.2或0.25cm3/g)。若存在任何孔尺寸大于2nm的孔,包括中孔和/或大孔,它们可占总孔容的0.15cm3/g或更小(例如小于0.1或0.04cm3/g)。
卤化活性炭材料形成之后,即可结合到碳基电极中。卤化活性炭材料可与炭黑和/或聚合物粘结剂如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)或其他合适的粘结剂混合,并压缩形成电极。
例如,可以通过对包含60-90重量%的卤化活性炭材料、5-20重量%的炭黑以及5-20重量%的PTFE的粉末混合物进行辊压和压制,制得厚度约为100-300μm的碳纸。可以由所述碳纸经压印或以其他方式图案化而形成碳片,将所述碳片层压于导电性集流体上,形成电极。
所述高能量密度装置可以包括超级电容器。超级电容器可以具有胶状辊设计、棱柱设计、蜂窝体设计或者其他合适的构型。可以将根据本发明制造的碳基电极结合入碳-碳超级电容器中,或者结合入混合型超级电容器中。在碳-碳超级电容器中,两个电极都是碳基电极。另一方面,在混合型超级电容器中,一个电极是碳基电极,另一个电极是假电容性材料,例如氧化铅、氧化钌、氢氧化镍、氧化锰、氧化铁或者另外的材料,例如导电性聚合物(例如对氟苯基-噻吩)。
与由市售(非卤化)碳材料制备的电极得到的超级电容器相比,包含含有卤化活性炭的碳基电极的超级电容器具有更高的能量密度。
所述碳前体是天然非木质纤维素材料。如本文所定义,同时包含纤维素和木质素的物质是木质纤维素,例如可以包括任意的一些构成植物木质细胞壁主要部分的紧密相关的物质,其中纤维素与木质素紧密连接。用于本发明的非木质纤维素碳前体基本不含木质素和纤维素中的至少一种。所谓基本不含,表示木质素和纤维素中的至少一种最多占所述碳前体组成的0.5重量%,1重量%或2重量%。
在一个实施方式中,所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体包含纤维素,基本不含木质素。在另一个实施方式中,所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体包含木质素,但是基本不含纤维素。在又一个实施方式中,所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体基本不含木质素和纤维素。所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体不是合成树脂之类的合成材料。
木质素一词是“木材”的拉丁语,表示使植物具有刚性的化合物。木质素是一种三维聚合物,具有无定形结构和高分子量。在植物纤维的三种主要组成中,木质素与水的亲和性最小。另外,木质素是热塑性的(也就是说,木质素在较低温度下开始软化,随着温度升高,变得容易流动)。
纤维素是植物纤维的基本结构组分。纤维素分子可以包括例如以长链形式连接起来的葡萄糖单元,这些长链又以束状形式连接起来,所述束状形式被称作微纤维。在植物纤维中还发现了半纤维素。半纤维素通常是以较短的支化链结合起来的多糖。半纤维素通常是亲水性的,通常与纤维素微纤维紧密连接,以矩阵形式嵌入所述纤维素中。
农业来源的典型木质纤维素纤维存在于例如稻草、***、亚麻、剑麻和黄麻中。另一方面,非木质纤维素纤维基本不含木质素和/或纤维素。
所述天然非木质纤维素碳前体可以源自可食用的谷物,例如小麦粉、胡桃粉、玉米粉、玉米淀粉、大米粉和马铃薯粉。其他的天然非木质纤维素碳前体包括甜菜、粟、大豆、大麦和棉花。所述非木质纤维素材料可以源自作物或植物,所述作物或植物可以是转基因的,也可以不是转基因的。
一种示例性的非木质纤维素碳前体是小麦粉。小麦粉是通过对麦粒进行碾磨而获得的,所述麦粒是小麦植物的种子。麦粒包括三个主要部分:胚乳、胚芽和麸皮。全麦粉包括麦粒的全部三个部分,而白面粉则由胚乳碾磨获得。
从组成上来说,白面粉主要包含淀粉,但也天然存在其他组分。白面粉中的主要组分如下(以近似百分数列于括号中):淀粉(68-76%)、蛋白质(6-18%)、水分(11-14%)、胶质(2-3%)、脂类(1-1.5%)、灰分(<0.5%)和糖(<0.5%)。
淀粉构成白面粉的主体。即使在被认为淀粉含量“低”的面包粉中,淀粉的含量也超过其他所有组分含量的总和。淀粉通常以小颗粒或细粒的形式存在于面粉中。大块的蛋白质将淀粉细粒结合在一起,将其保持在胚乳之内。构成谷蛋白的蛋白质,即麦谷蛋白和麦醇溶蛋白,通常约占胚乳中的蛋白质的80%。白面粉中的其他蛋白质包括酶,例如淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶。面粉中除了淀粉以外的其他碳水化合物包括胶质,特别是戊聚糖胶。戊聚糖胶是可溶性饮食纤维的来源。脂质包括油和乳化剂,灰分包括无机物质(矿物盐),该无机物质可以包含铁、铜、钾、钠和锌。
本文揭示了由非木质纤维素源得到的电化学稳定的卤化活性炭材料。所述活性炭材料的特征是高微孔孔隙率和低含氧量,在超级电容器装置中能比常规碳材料实现更高的工作电压。这种活性炭材料提供了高比电容,而高比电容又在EDLC中提供了高储能能力和长期稳定性。
实施例
下面通过以下实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
首先在流动氮气[~60 SLPM(标准升/分钟)]中对小麦粉(3000g)进行碳化,具体是将小麦粉置于炉子中,以150℃/小时的速度将炉子加热到800℃,然后在750℃保持2小时。将所得的碳化前体研成粉末后,将其与KOH溶液(45重量%的水溶液)混合,碳:KOH之比为2:1(重量/重量)。首先在100℃干燥混合物,形成固体饼。然后在流动氮气中将饼加热到750℃,保持2小时。将炉子冷却至100℃,在100℃保持3小时,在此期间,利用被水蒸气饱和的氮气以13 SLPM的速度吹扫炉子。冷却的混合物用水洗涤,然后用稀HCl洗涤,从而除去钾及其他杂质。通过监控流出物的pH证明完全除去钾。对活性炭粉末产品进行干燥(125℃,18小时),研磨成细粉末(约10μm)。
活化之后,精制活性炭的步骤包括在流动的N2或者N2和H2的混合物中,以150℃/小时的速度将活性炭加热到650-900℃范围内的温度,然后继续用气体吹扫,同时在上述温度下保持2小时。然后让炉子自然冷却,待冷却到100℃时,将炉子在100℃保持3小时,在此期间,利用被水蒸气饱和的氮气以13SLPM的速度吹扫炉子。可干燥经过精制的活性炭材料(125℃,18小时)。
在恒定的搅拌下,将活性炭粉末与HF水溶液(50%)混合,由此对活性炭进行卤化,然后干燥。
实施例2
实施例1中的卤化活性炭的BET表面积经测量为1700m2/g。用离子色谱[戴安公司(Dionex),ICS3000]测量含氟量。样品用戴安公司ION Pac AS19柱(阴离子特异性)和戴安公司ION Pac CS12A柱(阳离子特异性)处理,流速为1mL/min。在受HF作用之前,含氟量为38ppm。用HF处理之后,活性炭的含氟量为724ppm。
实施例3
将80g来自实施例1的卤化活性炭粉末与10g炭黑和10g PTFE混合,得到混合良好的物质。将该混合物与异丙醇混合,然后在辊压机上辊压,获得厚度约为100μm的结合紧密的膜。通过对所述薄膜进行压印,制得碳基电极。
电极在120℃干燥过夜,然后浸泡在1.5M四氟硼酸-四乙铵(TEA-TFB)的乙腈溶液中。多孔隔膜也浸泡在电解质溶液中,将电极/隔膜/电极堆叠件组装成具有相对的铂箔集流体的钮扣电池。所用的隔膜是纤维素纸。
利用电化学实验测试电池,包括循环伏安法(CV)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒电流充放电。循环伏安实验在0-4.0V的最大范围内的多个电势窗口,以2mV/s的扫描速率进行。EIS测试包括在施加AC扰动的同时测量阻抗,所述AC扰动的幅度为10mV,恒定DC电压为0V,频率范围为0.01-10000Hz。恒电流充放电实验在10mA的电流强度下进行。
所述装置的电容利用积分能量法计算。对恒电流数据(电势-时间数据)进行数值积分,并乘以放电电流,得到装置在两个电势V1与V2之间提供的能量[单位是Ws(瓦·秒)]。
装置的电容[C装置,单位是F(法拉)]可按照以下关系式由能量计算:
然后用装置的电容除以碳电极的总体积,计算比电容(F/cm3)。
稳定电压是装置在不发生可察觉到的法拉第反应的情况下能经受的最大电压,通过在几个不同电压窗口进行的一系列循环伏安(CV)实验测量。根据CV数据,利用以下方程式计算法拉第分数(Faradaic Fraction):
阳极和阴极扫描过程中的电荷(Q)通过对CV曲线积分,然后用所得结果除以进行CV的扫描速率来计算。稳定电压定义为法拉第分数接近于0.1的电势。
稳定电压(装置在不发生可察觉到的法拉第反应的情况下能经受的最大电压)下的能量密度可利用以下关系式计算[式中C装置是装置的电容(单位为F),V1是稳定电压,V2是V1/2,体积是装置的体积(单位为L)]:
如上所述制备的纽扣电池装置的工作电压是3V,能量密度是17.3Wh/L(瓦·时/升)。
实施例4(比较例)
利用实施例1的活性炭制备方法制备比较例纽扣电池装置,不同之处是省去卤化步骤。比较例装置的工作电压是2.8V,能量密度是15.1Wh/L。
实施例5
利用在25:75碳酸亚乙酯:乙腈混合溶剂中含有1.5M TEA-TFB的电解质重复实施例1的实验。所得纽扣电池的稳定工作电压为3.2V,能量密度为26Wh/L。
实施例6
重复实施例5的实验,但先在75℃HF中处理碳。碳的含氟量为4671ppm。在此情况下观察到的稳定电压为3.4V,能量密度为29Wh/L。
实施例7(比较例)
首先在500℃的流动氮气中将小麦粉加热5小时,然后在1000℃再加热5小时。在氮气中冷却至室温后,用46%HF处理碳材料过夜,用水和乙醇洗涤,直至流出物的pH约为7,然后干燥。
这种未活化的碳的BET表面积为117m2/g,含氟量为1589ppm。通过实施例1所述的纽扣电池程序评价该碳的性能,结果表明其能量密度为1.64Wh/L。虽然其含氟量高,但其低能量密度显示了高表面积对高性能的重要性。
实施例8(比较例)
将实施例7中的碳在900℃的空气中加热2小时,结果碳燃烧殆尽。
虽然无意受理论限制,但发明人相信,由既有有效表面积、又有有效含氟量的卤化活性炭基电极能够制备高能量密度、高功率密度装置。
如本文中所用,单数形式的“一个”、“一种”和“该”包括复数指代对象,除非文中另有明确说明。因此,例如,当提到一种“非木质纤维素材料”时,它包括有两种或更多种此类“材料”的例子,除非文中另有明确说明。

Claims (25)
1.一种卤化活性炭材料,所述材料具有:
至少100ppm的卤素含量;以及
至少1000m2/g的BET表面积。
2.如权利要求1所述的卤化活性炭材料,其特征在于,所述卤素含量至少为500ppm。
3.如权利要求1所述的卤化活性炭材料,其特征在于,所述BET表面积至少为1500m2/g。
4.如权利要求1所述的卤化活性炭材料,其特征在于,所述卤化活性炭材料的总含氧量低于10重量%。
5.如权利要求1所述的卤化活性炭材料,其特征在于,所述材料具有:
孔径≤1nm的孔,它们提供的总孔容≥0.3cm3/g;
孔径为>1nm至≤2nm的孔,它们提供的总孔容≥0.05cm3/g;以及
孔径>2nm的任何孔的总孔容<0.15cm3/g。
6.如权利要求1所述的卤化活性炭材料,其特征在于,所述碳源自非木质纤维素碳前体。
7.一种制备卤化活性炭材料的方法,所述方法包括:
在惰性或还原性气氛中对天然非木质纤维素碳前体进行加热,形成第一碳材料;
将所述第一碳材料与无机化合物混合,形成混合物;
在惰性或还原性气氛中对所述混合物进行加热,以将所述无机化合物结合到第一碳材料中;
从所述第一碳材料除去无机化合物,从而制得活性炭材料;以及
用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述非木质纤维素碳前体选自:小麦粉、胡桃粉、玉米粉、米粉、马铃薯粉、杏仁壳、咖啡渣、马铃薯、甜菜、小米、大豆、油菜、大麦和棉花。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无机化合物选自:碱金属氢氧化物、碱金属氯化物、磷酸、氯化钙和氯化锌。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无机化合物选自:氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氯化钠和氯化钾。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水性混合物中无机化合物与非木质纤维素碳前体的重量比约为5:1至1:5。
12.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水性混合物中无机化合物与非木质纤维素碳前体的重量比大于或等于1。
13.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述加热步骤之前,将所述水性混合物老化约0.5-8小时的老化时间。
14.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热步骤包括在约300-850℃的温度加热所述混合物。
15.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述除去无机化合物的步骤包括在溶剂中对所述第一碳材料进行清洗。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂是水。
17.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料之前,在温度约为450-1000℃的惰性或还原性气氛中加热所述活性炭材料。
18.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述卤素源选自:液体、气体和等离子体。
19.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述卤素源包含HF的水溶液。
20.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述卤素源包括选自F2和CF4的气体。
21.一种按照如权利要求7所述的方法制备的卤化活性炭材料。
22.一种制备卤化活性炭材料的方法,所述方法包括:
形成天然非木质纤维素碳前体和无机化合物的水性混合物;
在惰性或还原性气氛中对所述水性混合物进行加热,形成第一碳材料;
从所述第一碳材料中除去无机化合物,从而制得活性炭材料;以及
用卤素源处理所述活性炭材料,形成卤化活性炭材料。
23.如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述加热混合物的步骤之前,将所述混合物老化约0.5-8小时的老化时间。
24.如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热混合物的步骤包括在约600-900℃的温度进行加热。
25.一种按照如权利要求22所述的方法制备的卤化活性炭材料。
