技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚子挺杆/滚轮挺杆,该滚子挺杆尤其用于相应地质量调节的或数量调节的内燃机的高压燃料泵或者气门机构,所述滚子挺杆具有壳体,所述壳体在其驱动侧端部本身固有滑动支承的滚子,所述滚子用于贴靠/起动凸轮或者偏心轮,其中,沿壳体方向观察,所述壳体在所述滚子之下具有桥接件,所述桥接件在其朝向壳体从动侧端部的端侧处具有用于挺杆随动件的接触部。
背景技术
这种类型的滚子挺杆出自DE 3247026A1。滚子位于壳体驱动侧的圆柱形凹座中。壳体以其驱动侧端部高于滚子一半的高度以便支撑滚子,该滚子容纳在一件式地与壳体连接的桥接件中。通过单独的销设置该滚子的轴向固定部。
前述滚子挺杆的缺点在于,该滚子挺杆只能成本较高地在批量生成过程中制造。例如在滚子保持区域中必须规定最严格的公差。周围结构的角度偏差也会起不利的作用,因而必须考虑到磨损加大的“边缘支撑”或者在该区段中同样必须规定很严格的公差。此外还规定,滚子挺杆不需要是实心的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于建立一种前述类型的滚子挺杆,在该滚子挺杆中能够克服前面引述的这些缺点。尤其应当创造一种能够在批量生成中极端价格低廉地制造的滚子挺杆。
根据本发明该任务由如下方式解决,即,由圈(如滚圈)中分离出来的壳式件(如半壳或者三分之一壳)位于所述桥接件的驱动侧的、另外的端侧的成型部中,所述滚子在所述壳式件中直接滑动支承地延伸。
因而该滚子挺杆能够克服前面所述的缺点地存在。由作为批量制品的滚圈中分离出来的壳式件应用于力的导入。例如气门机构技术中的凸轮反向滑环可以作为滚圈使用,正如其此外在拉杆或者滚子挺杆中那样。标准构件经历(如开裂的)分离过程,从而对各滚圈来说存在例如两个或三个壳式件。用于壳式件的成型部可以形成例如圆柱形的或拱形的造型。

按照适当方式,其中容纳壳式件的桥接件作为独立的构件制作,然而也可以一件式地与壳体相连。在构造为独立构件的情况下,所述桥接件例如由薄壁的钢板制成。由此为轻量结构和降低制造成本做出贡献。
根据本发明一个适当具体方案,桥接件的凸鼻式凸起部穿过相应开口伸入壳体内。因而形成滚子挺杆的简单的防转动部。也可以取消滚子挺杆衬套中的单独的防转动体。
对前述壳体的板材构造备选地,可以通过挤压或者切削方法制造壳体。
此外,根据本发明建议,在桥接件的、朝向所述壳体从动侧端部的端侧处,生成用于挺杆随动件的、栓钉式突出的接触部。所述接触部例如可以制作为从桥接件的另外的端侧出发的局部材料压透部/压印部。

滚子可以是圈或者圆柱。在此优选采用标准构件。
最后建议对所述滚子或壳式件在外壁上进行端部造型(Endprofilierung)。该措施允许简单地补偿对准误差。必要时桥接件成型部也可以采用这种设计。

具体实施方式
图1公开一种滚子挺杆1,如其用作用于高压燃料泵(例如用于输送柴油燃料)中的凸轮或者偏心轮的反向滑块/配对件的情况。滚子挺杆1具有大致圆柱形的壳体2,经由所述壳体的外壁21在高压燃料泵的凹座中的或者周围结构中的导向。在驱动侧端部3的区域中,滚子4横向穿过壳体2。根据按图1至图6的解决方案,滚子4以其端面14贴靠各自的平板部13的内表面。平板部13构造成材料凹陷部。

Claims (21)
