Description
以下、本発明の実施例1を図1〜図3に基づいて説明する。実施例1に係るリフタは、燃料供給装置90に設けられたポンプリフタ10に適用される場合を例示するものであって、筒状のリフタ本体20内にリテーナ60が配置されている。リフタ本体20とリテーナ60は、いずれも鍛造品である。
カム94がカムシャフト95を介して回転すると、ローラ70が従動回転する。このとき、燃料の吸入工程では、リフタ本体20が付勢部材85の付勢力で押圧されて下方に移動し、プランジャ80が同様に下方に移動することで、プランジャ80の上端部が圧力室から退避する。一方、燃料の吐出工程では、リフタ本体20が付勢部材85の付勢力に抗して上方に移動し、プランジャ80が同様に上方に移動することで、プランジャ80の上端部が圧力室内に進入する。
図4は、本発明の実施例2を示す。実施例2は、リフタを、動弁装置のバルブリフタ10Aに適用したものである。
以下、本発明の他の実施例を簡単に説明する。
(1)実施例2の回り止め突部は、二重に折り重ねられて厚肉に形成されるものであってもよい。
(2)実施例1のポンプリフタの回り止め突部も、実施例2と同様に、リテーナ本体部よりも厚肉に形成されるものであってもよい。
(3)カムがローラを介さずリフタ本体の隔壁に直接摺接する構成であってもよい。
(4)リフタ本体のカム側空間がシャフトの両端部を支持する一対の支持壁のみで区画され、両支持壁間に凹所が形成される構成であってもよい。

Claims (2)
- ハウジングの摺動孔に挿入されてカムの回転に応じて往復移動するものであり、前記摺動孔内を摺動可能な周壁を有し、且つ、前記周壁内を前記カムが位置する側の空間とその反対側の空間とに区画する隔壁を有し、係合部材としてのプランジャの一端が前記隔壁に当接するリフタ本体と、
前記リフタ本体の前記反対側の空間に配置され、前記リフタ本体とともに往復変位する前記プランジャに一体に連結固定されて前記周壁内に位置するリテーナ本体部を有し、且つ、前記リテーナ本体部の外周から突出して前記周壁を嵌合貫通し、先端部が前記ハウジングの摺動孔に連通した回り止め溝に進入して前記リフタ本体の回転を規制する回り止め突部を有するリテーナと、
前記リフタ本体の前記反対側の空間に配置され、前記リテーナの前記リテーナ本体部と前記ハウジングとの間に介装されて、前記リフタ本体を前記カム側に付勢する付勢部材とを備え、
前記周壁には、摺動方向に延出して前記周壁の一端に導入口を開口させた挿通孔が設けられ、組み付けの際に前記回り止め突部の基端部が前記導入口を通して前記挿通孔に挿入されることにより、前記リテーナ本体部が前記プランジャとともに前記反対側の空間に挿入されることを特徴とするリフタの回り止め構造。 - 前記回り止め突部が前記周壁及び前記隔壁とは異なる厚みで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリフタの回り止め構造。
