Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于轧制带形的轧件、尤其地金属带的方法。该方法基本上以以下流程为特征:从酸洗机组中离开的金属带A通过可逆式轧机机座的两个轧机机座(3,4),其中,在进入到酸洗机组(5)中之前已经将随后的金属带B的始端焊接到金属带A的带末端处,现在,一起轧制金属带B的该带始端,具体而言在这样的长度上,即,该长度相应于直至在卷取器上建立拉力的缠绕长度并且同样缠卷到可逆式卷取器(1)上,在紧接着的逆动时,如此将金属带B与金属带A分离,即,金属带B的已经被轧制的带始端保留在尚未被轧制的其余的金属带B处,紧接着进行整个金属带A的逆动轧制。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轧制带形的轧件(Walzgut)、尤其地金属带的方法,在其中,金属带首先通过酸洗机组(Beizlinie)并且之后在两个可逆式卷取器(Reversierhaspel)之间通过可逆式轧机(Reversierwalzwerk),并且其中,在酸洗机组之前将金属带的末端与随后的金属带的始端焊接在一起,并且在卷起(Aufhaspeln)精轧的金属带之前将相互焊接的金属带分离。
背景技术
金属带酸洗设备和轧机为单个站立的设备或还为联结的设备。
联结的设备通常配备至少三个轧机机座,由此限制轧件的最大减少量(Abnahme)。在此,投资成本非常高,其仅仅通过高的产量而表现为经济性的。
为了实现轧制带到最终厚度的减小量,在单个机座中多次地以逆动的方式轧制卷材(Coil)。
在连续流水线(Contistraße)中,将下一个卷材的带始端焊接到带材末端处,并且由此取消用于相应的下一个卷材的穿入(Einfädeln)。
单个站立的酸洗机组通常具有一个或两个带有盘卷件运输车(Bundwagen)和盘卷件存放装置(Coilablage)的缠绕卷取器(Aufwickelhaspel)、以及可逆式设备和带有盘卷件运输车和盘卷件存放装置的展开工位(Abwickelstation)。
从文件EP 1701808 B1中已知用于轧制带形的轧件的方法和设备,设备带有可逆式轧机以及布置在之前和之后的用于缠绕(Aufwickeln)金属带的卷取器、置于之前的酸洗机组和置于酸洗机组之前的用于将带末端和带始端彼此焊接的焊接机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的为,更经济性地设计用于轧制带形的轧件、尤其地金属带的方法。
根据本发明,该目的利用用于轧制带形的轧件、尤其地金属带的方法实现,在其中,金属带首先通过酸洗机组并且之后在两个可逆式卷取器之间通过可逆式轧机,并且其中,在酸洗机组之前将金属带的末端与随后的金属带的始端焊接在一起,并且在卷起精轧的金属带之前将相互焊接的金属带分离,通过以下流程:
- 从酸洗机组中离开的金属带A通过可逆式轧机机座的两个轧机机座,并且之后卷绕(haspeln)在布置在可逆式轧机之后的可逆式卷取器上,
- 其中,在进入到酸洗机组中之前已经将随后的金属带B的始端焊接到金属带A的带末端处,
- 现在,一起轧制金属带B的该带始端,具体而言在这样的长度上,即,该长度相应于直至在卷取器上建立拉力(Zugaufbau)的缠绕长度(Anwickellänge)并且同样缠卷(aufläufen)到可逆式卷取器上,
- 在紧接着的逆动(Rerversieren)时,通过剪切机如此将金属带B与金属带A分离,即,金属带B的已经被轧制的带始端保留在尚未被轧制的其余的金属带B处,
- 紧接着进行整个金属带A的逆动轧制(Reversierwalzen),其中,该金属带A在从可逆式轧机中离开之后缠卷到在可逆式机座之前的可逆式卷取器上,
- 一旦金属带A完全地位于可逆式卷取器(2)上,将金属带B输送到可逆式轧机,并且针对该金属带B和随后的金属带C重复以上流程。
由此,本发明的核心想法为,连接卷材的带末端,以及在在前的(vorherig)卷材的精轧的时间间隔中将其通过作为材料储存部的带储存部输送到通常由多个相继布置的轧机机座组成的可逆式轧机机座。
由此,在第一轧制道次(Walzstich)中实现联结的连续的酸洗/轧制过程。
在第一道次(Stich)结束时在这样的长度上与在前的卷材的带末端一起轧制带始端,即,该长度对于经过(abdecken)直至建立拉力的缠绕长度来说是必要的。现在,同样在逆动的同时(mit reversiert)切去该带始端而剩余在前的卷材,以用于将之前的卷材输送到可逆式卷取器2。那么,当前的卷材的该带始端保留在带储存部中直至在前的卷材完成逆动。
为了维持酸洗部的连续的运行,将带储存部设计成较大,以用于度过用于精轧在前的卷材的时间。另一方面,酸洗部在其处理速度方面如此设计,即,生产量等于可逆式设备的最大生产量。
在此优点为最短的盘卷件顺序时间(Bundfolgezeit)、以及小的偏差长度(Abmaßlänge),因为已经通过两次轧制在带厚度方面减小了带始端。
另一优点为节省了盘卷件存储(Bundlager)以及在可逆式设备的带准备部和酸洗部的出口部分中的卷材输送装置。由此,也消除通过输送出现的卷材的损坏。

具体实施方式
从酸洗设备中离开的带A通过两个轧机机座3,4并且之后卷绕在可逆式卷取器1上。(图1)
在进入酸洗设备5中之前已经将带B的始端焊接到带A的带末端处。现在,一起轧制带B的该带始端,具体而言在这样的长度上,即,该长度相应于直至在卷取器上建立拉力的缠绕长度。
在图2中以点划线的方式示出了带B。从该图2和另一图3中可看出,带B的带始端一起缠卷到可逆式卷取器1上。
在紧接着的逆动时,通过剪切机6将带B与带A分离,从而带B的已经被轧制的带始端保留在尚未被轧制的其余的带B处。(图4)
紧接着进行带A的完全的逆动同时将其盘绕在可逆式卷取器2上。(图5)
接着的图6然后又显示了开始新的针对带B和C的酸洗/轧制过程。
再次将带C的始端焊接到带B的带末端处,从而可重新连续地对于这两个带进行酸洗/轧制过程。
在穿入带B或稍后带C的已经轧制的带始端时,辊隙(Walzspalt)可为敞开的(offen),从而在紧接着已轧制的带始端的未轧制的带部分进入时轧辊才起作用(aktiv)。
在金属带在酸洗机组和用于分离金属带的剪切机之间逆动轧制期间,可将随后的金属带储存在带储存部7中。
Claims (3)
1. 一种用于轧制带形的轧件、尤其地金属带的方法,
在其中,所述金属带首先通过酸洗机组并且之后在两个可逆式卷取器之间通过可逆式轧机,并且其中,在所述酸洗机组之前将金属带的末端与随后的金属带的始端焊接在一起,并且在卷起精轧的金属带之前将相互焊接的金属带分离,
其特征在于以下流程:
- 从所述酸洗机组中离开的金属带A通过可逆式轧机机座的两个轧机机座(3,4),并且之后卷绕在布置在所述可逆式轧机之后的可逆式卷取器(1)上,
- 其中,在进入到所述酸洗机组(5)中之前已经将随后的金属带B的始端焊接到所述金属带A的带末端处,
- 现在一起轧制所述金属带B的所述带始端,具体而言在这样的长度上,即,该长度相应于直至在所述卷取器上建立拉力的缠绕长度并且同样缠卷到所述可逆式卷取器(1)上,
- 在紧接着的逆动时,通过剪切机(6)如此将所述金属带B与所述金属带A分离,即,所述金属带B的已经被轧制的带始端保留在尚未被轧制的其余的金属带B处,
- 紧接着进行整个金属带A的逆动轧制,其中,所述金属带A在从所述可逆式轧机中离开之后缠卷到布置在所述可逆式机座之前的可逆式卷取器(2)上,
- 一旦所述金属带A完全地位于所述可逆式卷取器(2)上,将所述金属带B输送到所述可逆式轧机,并且针对所述金属带B和随后的金属带C重复以上流程。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在穿入所述金属带B或稍后金属带C的已经轧制的带始端时,可逆式轧机的辊隙保持敞开的,从而在紧接着所述已轧制的带始端的未轧制的带部分进入时轧辊才起作用。
3. 根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述一个金属带在所述酸洗机组和用于分离所述金属带的剪切机之间逆动轧制期间,将随后的金属带储存在带储存部中。
