Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻璃搬运机械手，它包括电机，电机与转台相连，转台与机械臂Ⅰ相连，机械臂Ⅰ与机械臂Ⅱ相连，机械臂Ⅱ与机械臂Ⅲ相连，机械臂Ⅲ的下端安装真空吸盘，在真空吸盘内设有气压传感器。本发明通过气压传感器来确定是否吸附上玻璃并通过电机的转动来搬运玻璃，结构简单，方便安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搬运设备，具体地说是一种对玻璃的吸附和搬运的机械手。
背景技术
现在玻璃搬运的工作大多为人工，其工作单调重复性强，但是又具有一定的危险，容易被高温的玻璃烫伤，并且人工工作不易保证工作效率，所以需要一种机械手可以对玻璃进行吸附搬运。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种搬运玻璃机械手。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种玻璃搬运机械手，它包括电机，电机与转台相连，转台与机械臂Ⅰ相连，机械臂Ⅰ与机械臂Ⅱ相连，机械臂Ⅱ与机械臂Ⅲ相连，机械臂Ⅲ的下端安装真空吸盘，在真空吸盘内设有气压传感器。
有益效果：本发明通过气压传感器来确定是否吸附上玻璃并通过电机的转动来搬运玻璃，结构简单，方便安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
如图1所示，一种玻璃搬运机械手，由电机1，转台2，机械臂Ⅰ3，机械臂Ⅱ4，机械臂Ⅲ5，真空吸盘6，气压传感器7组成，所述电机1固定在空中，其下端与转台2相连，转台2与机械臂Ⅰ3相连，机械臂Ⅰ3与机械臂Ⅱ4相连，机械臂Ⅱ4与机械臂Ⅲ5相连，最后机械臂Ⅲ5的下端安装真空吸盘6，在真空吸盘6内装有气压传感器7。
在应用时，根据气压传感器7来判断是否吸附上玻璃，如果吸附上玻璃则电机1旋转到适当位置并释放玻璃。

1.一种玻璃搬运机械手，其特征是，它包括电机，电机与转台相连，转台与机械臂Ⅰ相连，机械臂Ⅰ与机械臂Ⅱ相连，机械臂Ⅱ与机械臂Ⅲ相连，机械臂Ⅲ的下端安装真空吸盘，在真空吸盘内设有气压传感器。
