电链锯是一种用回转的链状锯条进行锯截的木工电动工具，其后，回转的链状锯条简称链条，链条主要包括：连接片、刀具、卡片；刀具用于锯截，卡片用于与链轮配合使链条运转，连接片用于连接卡片和刀具，其中，连接片、刀具、卡片之间的衔接均采用铆接，而铆接采用的是铆钉，在长期使用过程中，铆钉一直暴露在空气中，同时，铆钉需要在不同的环境中使用，比如铆钉需要接触到树的汁液，为防止其性能因为氧化和腐蚀下降，在铆钉的生产过程中，需要对铆钉进行淬火操作以提高铆钉的性能，单个铆钉体积偏小，而手动操作将铆钉放入高频淬火机器存在一定的危险性，亟需改进。

本实用新型提出一种进料装置，气缸1、负压发生设备2、鼓风设备7安装在基座3上，负压发生设备2优选为真空机，气缸1的活塞杆4前端固定吸附模块6，吸附模块6内设吸附物料的腔体61，腔体61的形状可根据需要输送的物料的形状进行调整，吸附模块6内设与腔体61连通的气道62，气道62通过连接管5连通负压发生设备2，气道62通过连接管5连通鼓风设备7，当物料接近腔体61时，负压发生设备2工作，腔体61内的空气被吸走，同时将物料吸附在腔体61内，可有效防止其从腔体61内脱落，气缸1推动活塞杆4动作，将吸附模块6推进至适当位置后停住，此时，负压发生设备2停止工作，并封闭其与腔体61的连通，同时，鼓风设备7工作，可以协助将物料卸下，活塞杆4回程，如此循环，不再赘述。
