技术领域
本发明涉及用于混合动力车的传动装置,详细地,本发明涉及一种具有一个或多个电动车(EV)模式、两个动力分流模式以及多个固定齿轮比换档范围的用于混合动力车的传动装置。
背景技术
配备有包括发动机、电动发电机和行星齿轮组的混合动力传动装置的混合动力车可以以EV模式行驶,也可以以动力分流模式行驶,所述EV模式通常在启动或低速时仅由电动机运行,所述动力分流模式通过在车辆速度提高时使传动装置作为电动可变传动装置(EVT,electrically variable transmission)运转,而允许更高效地使用发动机和电动机的动力。此外,混合动力车可以使用固定齿轮比来提高车辆的动力性能,如同在现有的传动装置中那样。基于这个概念的***已经有助于使怠速停止功能和再生制动最大化并提高车辆的燃料效率和动力性能。

尽管描述在这些实施例中第一差速齿轮组和第二差速齿轮组通过行星齿轮组实现,但是它们也可以通过使至少一个齿轮具有其它两个齿轮的加权平均速度的、使用锥齿轮等的其它类型的齿轮组来实现。
优选地,第一差速齿轮组是拉威那式行星齿轮组并且在下文中被称为第一行星齿轮组1,并且第二差速齿轮组是简单行星齿轮组并且在下文中被称为第二行星齿轮组2。

图3是示出图1的第一实施例的操作模式的表,所述操作模式包括第一EV模式(EV1)、第二EV模式(EV2)、输入分流模式、复合分流模式、第一低速传动固定齿轮比模式(UD1)、第二低速传动固定齿轮比模式(UD2)、1∶1固定齿轮比模式(1∶1)和超速传动固定齿轮比模式(OD)。
图4示出EV1模式。EV1模式通过在发动机ENGINE停止的状态下接合第一制动器BK1来实现。
在该模式中,第二环形齿轮R2由第一制动器BK1固定。因此,当第二电动发电机MG2驱动第二中心齿轮S2时,动力越过第二支架C2得到减小并被输出到与驱动轮连接的输出部件OUTPUT。
在该操作中,第一中心齿轮S1-2与第二中心齿轮S2一起被第二电动发电机MG2驱动,并且发动机ENGINE停止。因此,第一电动发电机MG1通过第一中心齿轮S1-1自由反转。
图5示出EV2模式,其通过接合第一制动器BK1和第一离合器CL1而实现。
通过连接第一离合器CL1,在两个旋转部件被连接的状态下,第一行星齿轮组1和第二行星齿轮组2形成一个直杠杆,如图所示,第二环形齿轮R2、第一支架C1和发动机ENGINE由第一制动器BK1固定,并且第一电动发电机MG1和第二电动发电机MG2在以彼此相反的方向被驱动的同时通过第二支架C2输出动力,如图所示。
因此,第一电动发电机MG1和第二电动发电机MG2能够以比EV1模式更高的效率被驱动,结果,该模式能够提高车辆的燃料效率。
图6示出输入分流模式,其中传动装置作为EVT工作。
在仅接合第一制动器BK1的状态下,通过来自发动机ENGINE的动力和来自第二电动发电机MG2的动力来进行驱动,并且第一电动发电机MG1根据情况产生电力。
图7示出复合分流模式。复合分流模式通过接合第一离合器CL1而实现,其中第一行星齿轮组1和第二行星齿轮组2通过第一离合器CL1而成为一体,如图所示,形成一个杠杆,使得通过第二电动发电机MG2和发动机ENGINE进行驱动并且第一电动发电机MG1根据情况产生电力或使动力循环。
图8示出UD1模式,其通过接合第一制动器BK1和第二离合器CL2而实现。
第一行星齿轮组1通过第二离合器CL2的接合而成为一体,并且第二环形齿轮R2通过第一制动器BK1的接合而被固定,使得发动机ENGINE的动力被供应给第一支架C1并整体地旋转整个第一行星齿轮组1,并且该动力驱动第二行星齿轮组2的第二中心齿轮S2并越过第二支架C2而得到减小、然后被输出。在该操作中,第一电动发电机MG1和第二电动发电机MG2与发动机ENGINE一起自由旋转,其中发动机ENGINE的动力越过第二行星齿轮组2以预定减速齿轮比得到减小、然后被输出。
图9示出UD2模式,其通过接合第一制动器BK1和第二制动器BK2而实现。
由于第一中心齿轮S1-1被固定,所以来自发动机ENGINE的动力通过第一支架C1和第二中心齿轮S1-2被供应到第二行星齿轮组2的第二中心齿轮S2,并且第二中心齿轮S2的动力越过第二支架C2而得到减小、然后被输出。
图10示出1∶1模式,其通过接合第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2而实现。在该模式中,第一行星齿轮组1通过第二离合器CL2而成为一体,并且第二行星齿轮组2通过第一离合器CL1与第一行星齿轮组1成为一体。因此,输出到第一支架C1的发动机ENGINE的动力通过第二支架C2不发生改变地输出到输出部件OUTPUT。
相似地,第一电动发电机MG1和第二电动发电机MG2与发动机ENGINE一起自由旋转。
图11示出OD模式,其通过接合第二制动器BK2和第一离合器CL1而实现。
即,第一行星齿轮组1和第二行星齿轮组2通过第一离合器CL1的接合而形成一个杠杆,并且第一中心齿轮S1-1通过第二制动器BK2的接合而被固定。结果,供应到第一支架C1的发动机ENGINE的动力被供应到第二环形齿轮R2,通过第二支架C2得到增大,然后被输出。
同时,图12示出图2的第二实施例的操作模式的表,所述操作模式包括EV1模式、输入分流模式、复合分流模式、UD模式、1∶1模式和OD模式。
EV1模式和输入分流模式通过接合第一制动器BK1而实现,复合分流模式通过接合第一制动器CL1而实现,并且UD模式通过接合第二离合器CL2和第一制动器BK1而实现,并且1∶1模式通过接合第一离合器CL1和第二离合器CL2并使第一行星齿轮组1和第二行星齿轮组2成为一体而实现。此外,OD模式通过接合第一离合器CL1和第二制动器BK2而实现。

第二差速齿轮组,其包括至少三个旋转部件,该至少三个旋转部件包括连接到输出部件的旋转部件,连续地连接到所述第一差速齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件,以及选择性地连接到所述第一差速齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的另一旋转部件的旋转部件;
第一电动发电机,其连续地连接到所述第一差速齿轮组的除了连接到所述发动机的旋转部件和选择性地彼此连接的旋转部件以外的旋转部件;
第二电动发电机,其连续地连接到所述第二差速齿轮组的连续地连接到所述第一差速齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件;
第一固定机构,其设置成限制所述第二差速齿轮组的除了连接到所述输出部件的旋转部件和连接到所述第二电动发电机的旋转部件以外的旋转部件的旋转;

第二行星齿轮组,其包括至少三个旋转部件,该至少三个旋转部件包括连续地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件,以及连接到输出部件并且选择性地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的另一旋转部件的旋转部件;
第一固定机构,其设置成限制所述第二行星齿轮组的除了连续地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件以及连接到所述输出部件并且选择性地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的另一旋转部件的旋转部件以外的旋转部件的旋转;
第二固定机构,其设置成限制所述第一行星齿轮组的除了选择性地彼此连接的旋转部件以及与所述第二行星齿轮组的旋转部件连续地连接的旋转部件以外的旋转部件的旋转;
第三扭矩传递机构,其布置成选择性地连接和分离所述第一行星齿轮组的旋转部件与所述第二行星齿轮组的旋转部件;
第四扭矩传递机构,其布置成选择性地连接和分离所述第一行星齿轮组的两个旋转部件;
第一电动发电机,其连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的旋转部件;以及
第二电动发电机,其连接到所述第二行星齿轮组的旋转部件。
9.如权利要求8所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述第一电动发电机与所述第一行星齿轮组的除了选择性地彼此连接的旋转部件以及连续地连接到所述第二行星齿轮组的所述至少三个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件以外的旋转部件连续地连接,并且
所述第二电动发电机连续地连接到所述第二行星齿轮组的连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述至少四个旋转部件中的一个旋转部件的旋转部件。
10.如权利要求9所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述第一行星齿轮组是拉威那式行星齿轮组,
所述第二行星齿轮组是简单行星齿轮组,
所述第一行星齿轮组包括1-1中心齿轮、1-2中心齿轮、第一支架和第一环形齿轮,并且
所述第二行星齿轮组包括第二中心齿轮、第二支架和第二环形齿轮。
11.如权利要求10所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述第一固定机构和所述第二固定机构分别是能够限制与之连接的旋转部件的旋转的第一制动器和第二制动器,并且
所述第三扭矩传递机构和所述第四扭矩传递机构是能够选择性地连接和分离可相对旋转的两个旋转部件的第一离合器和第二离合器。
12.如权利要求11所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述第二离合器布置成选择性地连接和分离所述第一行星齿轮组的所述第一支架与所述第一环形齿轮,
所述第一制动器布置成限制所述第二环形齿轮的旋转,
所述第二电动发电机连续地连接到所述第二中心齿轮,并且
所述输出部件连接到所述第二支架。
13.如权利要求12所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述发动机连接到所述第一支架,
所述第一电动发电机连续地连接到所述1-1中心齿轮,
所述1-2中心齿轮连续地连接到所述第二中心齿轮,
所述第一离合器选择性地连接所述第一支架与所述第二环形齿轮;并且
所述第二制动器布置成限制所述1-1中心齿轮的旋转。
14.如权利要求12所述的用于混合动力车的传动装置,其中所述发动机连接到所述第一环形齿轮,
所述第一电动发电机连续地连接到所述1-2中心齿轮,
所述1-1中心齿轮连续地连接到所述第二中心齿轮,
所述第一离合器选择性地连接所述第一支架与所述第二支架;并且
所述第二制动器布置成限制所述1-2中心齿轮的旋转。
