具体实施方式
附图1示出了一个混合式传动系1,该混合式传动系具有一个主驱动器4(仅标注出)以及一个次驱动器5。这两个驱动器4和5通过一个湿运行多盘离合器装置8可以被任意地联接到两个变速器输入轴11和12之一上。
次驱动器5包括具有一个定子16的一个电动机器15,该定子被紧固到一个离合器壳体18上。电动机器15的一个转子20通过形成一个径向空隙22(它还被称为空气隙)而在径向上可旋转地安排在定子16之内。转子20被紧固到湿运行多盘离合器装置8的一个外部多盘承载体24上。
湿运行多盘离合器装置8包括一个第一湿运行多盘离合器31,外部多盘承载体24通过该第一湿运行多盘离合器能够抗扭转地(drehfest)被联接到第一变速器输入轴11上。另外,湿运行多盘离合器装置8包括一个第二湿运行多盘离合器32,外部多盘承载体24通过该第二湿运行多盘离合器能够抗扭转地被联接到第二变速器输入轴12上。
另外,湿运行多盘离合器装置8包括一个分离离合器35,通过该分离离合器可以在主驱动器4与外部多盘承载体24之间产生或中断一种抗扭转的连接。
外部多盘承载体24具有径向地在这两个多盘离合器31、32外部的至少一个油通路开口41。在分离离合器35的一个外部多盘承载体元件44上提供了至少另一个油通路开口42。外部多盘承载体元件44被固定地连接到外部多盘承载体24上。
在这两个多盘离合器31、32以及分离离合器35运行的过程中,油被引导通过这些多盘而用于冷却,这个油经过油通路开口41从湿运行多盘离合器装置8出来并进入一个环形空间,该环形空间在外部多盘承载体24与离合器壳体18之间延伸并且其中安排有电动机器15。
为了防止经过油通路开口41出来的油不受约束地进入转子20与定子16之间的径向空隙22,一个油遮蔽装置50被附接到外部多盘承载体24上。
油遮蔽装置50包括一个遮蔽板52,该遮蔽板在定子16的附近从外部多盘承载体24径向地向外地朝向离合器壳体18延伸。遮蔽板52的径向外圆周的边缘(它基本上具有一个圆的环形盘设计)通过形成一个油通路空隙55而与该离合器壳体略微地间隔开。
对于在遮蔽板52与离合器壳体18之间的油通路空隙55的安排以及尺寸进行选择的方式为使得在油通路开口41处从多盘离合器装置8出来的油的仅有一个非常小的比例通过而进入径向空隙22,准确地说优选是以油雾的形式。
具有油通路开口41、42的离合器装置8的开放式设计使之有可能使冷却油在该混合式传动系1的运行过程中通过旋转而被径向地离心到外侧。其结果是,在多盘离合器装置8中可以使人们不希望的拖曳损耗(Schleppverluste)最小化。
作为根据本发明的油遮蔽装置50的结果,可以保持转子20没有经过油通路开口41流出的油,以便防止不希望的飞溅(Panschen)。与在上文中参照现有技术说明的常规的方法相比,在本发明的背景下采用的似乎是一种中间路线。既不是电动机器15没有油,也不是冷却油以一种有目标的方式从其中流过。
在主驱动器4的方向上,通过一个支承装置60防止了所不希望的将冷却油从多盘离合器装置8排放到外部。在背向主驱动器4的一侧上,电动机器15被根据本发明的遮蔽油装置50所遮蔽。作为遮蔽板52的结果,在电动机器15的区域内经过空隙55的油通路可以被最小化。
作为一个替代方案或在此之外,在离合器壳体18上可以提供一个对应的凸起,或者另外在外部多盘承载体24与离合器壳体18之间可以提供一个迷宫式构件。根据本发明的油遮蔽装置50造成电动机器15在油雾中运行。这导致一个相对简单的结构,同时使湿运行多盘离合器装置8的拖曳损耗最小化。
Claims (10)
1.具有一个电动机器(15)的一种混合式传动系(1),该电动机器包括一个定子(16)以及一个转子(20),该转子通过形成一个径向空隙(22)而相对于紧固到一个离合器壳体(18)上的定子(16)可以被旋转,并且该混合式传动系具有一个湿运行多盘离合器装置(8),该离合器装置包括带有至少一个油通路开口(41)的一个外部多盘承载体(24),其中通过一个油遮蔽装置(50)使位于该转子(20)与该定子(16)之间的径向空隙(22)与该外部多盘承载体(24)的油通路开口(41)遮蔽开。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合式传动系,其中该油遮蔽装置(50)从该外部多盘承载体(24)延伸到远至进入该离合器壳体(18)的附近。
3.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合式传动系,其中该油遮蔽装置(50)在径向方向上是与该离合器壳体(18)稍微地间隔开的。
4.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合式传动系,其中在该油遮蔽装置(50)与该离合器壳体(18)之间提供了至少一个油通路空隙(55),该油通路空隙使得一个细小的油通路变为可能。
5.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合式传动系,其中该油遮蔽装置(50)包括一个遮蔽板(52),该遮蔽板从该外部多盘承载体(24)径向地向外侧延伸。
6.如权利要求5所述的混合式传动系,其中该遮蔽板(52)以一件式或以一种材料到材料的方式被连接到该外部多盘承载体(24)上。
7.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合式传动系,其中该多盘离合器装置(8)包括两个湿运行多盘离合器(31,32),通过这些离合器该外部多盘承载体(24)可以被联接到一个第一变速器输入轴(11)或一个第二变速器输入轴(12)上。
8.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合式传动系,其中该多盘离合器装置(8)包括具有多盘式设计的一个湿运行分离离合器(35),该分离离合器被连接在一个主驱动器(4)与该外部多盘承载体(24)之间。
9.如权利要求8所述的混合式传动系,其中该分离离合器(35)包括一个外部多盘承载体元件(44),该外部多盘承载体元件配备有至少一个油通路开口(42)并且通过形成的一个环形空间被安排为径向地在该外部多盘承载体(24)与电动机器(15)的转子(20)之内。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的混合式传动系,其中该分离离合器(35)被安排为以便在轴向方向上与该电动机器(15)的转子(20)重叠。
