Abstract

本发明提出一种汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,其包括有ABS总成固定支架、支座和橡胶减震套。所述ABS总成固定支架为一整体冲压件,形状为几字形,上平面为ABS执行机构总成安装平面,呈三角形分布三个固定孔;所述支座有四个,分别焊接在ABS总成固定支架两端底部的前后,支座外套有橡胶减震套。所述支座的底部形状为利于橡胶减震套装配的锥状。采用本支架,可以实现将执行结构和支架先装成一个整体,再卡装到车身的固定孔中,不需要专用工具进行装配,而且支架与制动防抱死执行机构总成作为一个整体的震动通过橡胶减震套元件衰减,因此节省装配时间,整体震动衰减效果良好。

一种汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架
技术领域
本发明专利涉及汽车底盘***,具体涉及到主动安全领域的制动防抱死***。
背景技术
在汽车主动安全技术方面,ABS电子制动***是一种比较成熟的技术。ABS电子制动***中最重要的零件ABS模块需通过支架固定在发动机舱中与车身连接,常用的ABS支架存在下述缺点:ABS支架为满足ABS的安装要求采用多块冲压板材焊接而成,支架成本较高;ABS执行机构总成与支架分装后,需要三颗螺栓固定在车身上所需工时较长,由于空间位置限制甚至需要专用工具操作;为了减振而设置橡胶减震垫,一般布置在ABS模块与安装支架之间,ABS模块整体减震效果较差。
发明内容
本发明就是为克服ABS电子制动***中ABS执行机构总成布置和安装要求而开发一种汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,提高ABS执行机构总成的减震效果,节省零件装配工时。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,其包括有ABS总成固定支架、支座和橡胶减震套。其特征在于:所述ABS总成固定支架为一整体冲压件,形状为几字形,上平面为ABS执行机构总成安装平面,呈三角形分布三个固定孔;所述支座有四个,分别焊接在ABS总成固定支架两端底部的前后,支座外套有橡胶减震套。所述支座的底部形状为利于橡胶减震套装配的锥状。
安装本支架结构时,先橡胶减震套可以通过简单分装工具台固定,支架压入橡胶减震套内;支架与制动防抱死执行机构由三颗M6螺钉固定,然后作为一个整体卡入车身固定孔内完成装配。
而传统的安装方式为执行机构与支架用三颗螺栓固定,执行机构与支架总成再用三颗螺钉固定在车身固定孔。由于车身装配空间限制,特别是在整个总成固定在车身孔位过程中需要用专用工具,不利于装配。
本支架结构中,执行结构和支架可以先装成一个整体,再卡装到车身的固定孔中,不需要专用工具进行装配,而且支架与制动防抱死执行机构总成作为一个整体的震动通过橡胶减震套元件衰减,所以此项设计节省装配时间,整体震动衰减效果良好。同时考虑了零件轻量化,在支架上冲压四个工艺孔,在不影响支架强度的前提下,减轻零件重量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的结构:
如图1所示,本汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架由ABS总成固定支架1、支座6和橡胶减震套2组成。ABS总成固定支架1由一块厚度为3mm的钢板冲压成“几”字形。其上平面为ABS执行机构总成安装平面,其上呈三角形分布有三个固定孔11,孔的直径为7毫米。支座6有四个,直径为7.8mm,分别焊接在ABS总成固定支架1两端底部的前后。每个支座6外都套有橡胶减震套2。支座6底部有45度的锥度角e,很容易卡入橡胶减震套2的内孔。支架1的侧面有四个工艺孔12可有效减轻支架本体重量。
参见图2和图3,装配时,将制动防抱死执行机构总成3通过3颗规格为M6×20mm螺钉4固定到支架1的安装平面上,将执行机构总成和支架作为一个整体卡入车身固定孔5中,即完成装配过程。整个总成通过与车身接触的橡胶减震套2衰减整个总成传递到车身的震动。

1.一种汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,其包括有ABS总成固定支架(1)、支座(6)和橡胶减震套(2);
其特征在于:所述ABS总成固定支架(1)为一整体冲压件,形状为几字形,上平面为ABS执行机构总成安装平面,呈三角形分布三个固定孔(11);所述支座(6)有四个,分别焊接在ABS总成固定支架(1)两端底部的前后,支座(6)外套有橡胶减震套(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,其特征在于:所述支座(6)的底部形状为利于橡胶减震套装配的锥状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用制动防抱死执行机构总成支架,其特征在于:在所述ABS总成固定支架(1)的两侧面上冲压有工艺孔(12)。
