Description

具有可变形内部容器的容器及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于待被分配的产品的容器,该容器包括:比较刚硬的外部容器,具有至少一个分配开口;和可变形内部容器,将被产品填充,,该可变形内部容器容纳在外部容器中,并且该可变形内部容器同样具有分配开口,并且在分配开口附近在远离分配开口的至少一个位置处连接到外部容器上。这样一种容器可以从US 2005/0167433A1得知。
背景技术
在WO 2007/039158A1中,本申请人提出了一种容器,该容器包括PET的外部容器或瓶、和容纳在其中的例如PP的可变形内部容器或袋。这种容器具体地打算用来分配高粘性产品,如比较稠的调味品、冰淇淋等。为此目的,这种容器与包括手动泵的分配装置组合地使用,借助于该手动泵,在压力下可强迫置换介质进入到在瓶与袋之间的空间中。这样一种分配装置在本申请人的较早专利申请WO 2007/039167A1中描述。容器按平放位置容纳在这种分配装置中,其中泵与在瓶与袋之间的空间相连接。通过操作泵,产品然后被推向容器的分配开口,在这之后,通过打开封闭部件可从容器分配产品。
已知的容器存在如下缺陷:在实际中,太多产品遗留在容器中。不可能用泵产生足够的压力,以将全部产品压出内部容器,并因而将容器完全排空。这看来是由内部容器的变形所引起的,该内部容器会“起皱”,形成被叠合(fold)限定的空穴,产品被封闭在这些空穴中。
以上提到的现有技术文件US 2005/0167433A1也公开了一种容器,该容器包括比较刚硬的塑料瓶和容易可变形的塑料袋,该塑料袋填充有要被分配的产品,该塑料袋容纳在瓶中。这种容器将借助于泵而被排空,该泵将被连接到容器的分配开口上。为了补偿当通过泵送排空袋时在瓶的内部与周围的压力差,瓶在其基底中设有通气开口。瓶和袋通过复合挤压而预成形,然后被设置在吹制模具中。当关闭模具时,沿基底形成突出接缝,在该处袋的材料被夹持在瓶的材料之间。在将瓶和袋吹制成形之后,接合部被部分地切去,并且沿接缝从两侧施加压缩力,从而瓶的一侧与袋脱开,并且接缝被局部地打开。以这种方式,形成通气开口。袋保持被夹持在接缝的一部分内,该部分还未被推开。这是一种比较复杂的工艺,该工艺需要大量的步骤和对应的大量工具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的容器,其中不发生这些问题,或者至少以较小程度而发生。
根据本发明的第一方面,上述目的在这样一种容器中实现,因为外部容器在连接部位的位置处具有开口,穿过该开口突出至少一个固定元件,该固定元件连接到内部容器上,所述固定元件是销状的,并且具有端部部分,该端部部分的尺寸大于开口的尺寸。通过在内部容器与外部容器之间形成额外连接,内部容器被牢固地保持成离分配开口某一距离。因而防止内部容器的起皱,并且不形成空穴(产品将被封闭在这些空穴中)或者在任何情况下形成的空穴较少。内部容器因而可几乎完全排空。通过使用穿过开口突出且具有增大端部部分的销状固定元件,能以快速而又简单的方式实现连接。
本发明的这种第一变形的各优选实施例在从属权利要求2至11中描述。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种在前序部分中描述的类型的容器,该容器还设有长形部件,该长形部件从分配开口延伸到内部容器中,并且该长形部件防止内部容器的皱缩。这样一个防皱缩部件也是抵抗内部容器皱缩的有效措施。无论如何,防皱缩部件在这里实施的方式必须使得它不会将在内部容器中的流动阻力增大得太多。防皱缩部件的存在本身否则会形成对于产品从容器流出的障碍。
根据本发明的容器的这个第二实施例的优选应用变形形成从属权利要求13至18的主题。
本发明也涉及明显地预期用在上述容器中的一种外部容器、一种内部容器及一种防皱缩部件。
本发明还涉及一种用来形成这样一种容器的方法。由以上引用的现有技术文件US 2005/0167433A1已经知道一种方法,该方法包括如下步骤:形成比较刚硬外部容器,该外部容器具有至少一个分配开口;形成将被产品填充的可变形内部容器,该内部容器也具有分配开口;及将内部容器布置在外部容器中,并且在分配开口的附近以及在远离分配开口的至少一个部位处,将内部容器和外部容器相互连接。
根据本发明的方法现在与这种已知方法的不同之处在于,外部容器在连接部位的位置处设有开口,穿过该开口设置至少一个销状固定元件,该销状固定元件连接到内部容器上,并且在被设置为穿过开口之后,固定元件设有增大的端部部分,该增大的端部部分的尺寸比开口的尺寸大。
这种方法的优选应用变形在从属权利要求23至40中描述。
作为附加或者作为替代,根据本发明的方法的不同之处在于,长形部件从分配开口***到内部容器中,以便防止内部容器的皱缩。
这种方法的另外变形形成从属权利要求42和43的主题。

具体实施方式
用于例如冰淇淋的待被分配的产品的容器1包括比较刚硬的外部容器2,该外部容器2具有分配开口3(图2)。在所示的例子中,外部容器2由诸如PET之类的硬塑料类型制造。容器1还包括可变形内部容器4,该内部容器4容纳在外部容器2中,并且产品最终被容纳在该内部容器4中。这个内部容器4,它例如可由诸如PP之类的塑料类型制造,同样设有分配开口5,并且在任何情况下在分配开口3、5的位置处连接到外部容器2上。在所示的例子中,内部容器4与外部容器2一体地形成,从而它在其整个表面上连接到外部容器2上。内部容器4和外部容器2这里通过双组分注射模制形成为比较厚壁的、大体管状半成品(图1),该半成品容易处置、运输及存储。这种半成品在容器1必须填充有产品的地点处,最终被加热和吹制成最终的、比较薄壁的形式。
根据本发明的第一方面,内部容器4还在远离分配开口3、5的部位6处连接到外部容器2上。在所示的例子中,这是机械连接,更具体地说是卡合或夹持连接,并且连接部位6布置成与外部和内部容器2、4的分配开口3、5沿直径方向相对。在连接部位6的位置处,外部容器2在其端部壁7中具有开口8,该开口8形成在端部壁7的突出部分9中。这个突出部分9事实上是来自注射模制的浇口。连接到内部容器4上的固定元件10穿过这个开口8突出。这个固定元件10这里与内部容器4(更具体地说与突出部分14)一体地形成,并且同样在注射模制期间形成浇口。
在所示的实施例中,固定元件10是销状的,并且通过使其端部部分11弯曲或变形,从而端部部分11的尺寸变得比开口8的直径大(图6)而最终实现固定。在所示的例子中,外部容器2实际上不直接连接到内部容器4上,而是包围在内部容器4与下文要详细描述的连接部件12之间。
在内部容器4与外部容器2之间限定的是空间13,置换介质可引入到该空间13中,以迫使产品从内部容器4穿过分配开口5到达外部。在所示的例子中,这个空间13限定在连接部位6的位置处,并且经在外部容器2的端部壁7中的开口8而与大气连通。为此目的,固定元件10又被部分地按压回外部容器2中,借此连接到固定元件10上的内部容器4的一部分从外部容器2中自由地拉出,并且从该外部容器被携带出一段距离(图3)。
以上已经提到的连接部件12然后在开口8的位置处连接到外部容器2上。这个连接部件12用来使空间13与置换介质源(这里未表示)相联通,所述置换介质源例如是在引用专利WO 2007/039167中描述的手动泵。如下面将解释的那样,连接部件12这里借助于固定元件10连接到外部容器2上。
在所示的例子中,连接部件12采取环的形式,该环具有扁平基底15和碗形上部部分16,该碗形上部部分16的形式与外部容器2的端部壁7的形式相对应(图4)。这个碗形上部部分16借助于粘结连接到外部容器2上。在连接部件12中进一步形成的是圆筒形接纳空间17,该圆筒形接纳空间17的形式和尺寸与端部壁7的突出部分9的形式和尺寸精确地相对应,从而这个部分9可以被密封地容纳在空间17中(图5)。在接纳空间17中形成的是开口18,该开口18的直径与固定元件10的端部部分11的直径相对应。这个端部部分11因而穿过开口18密封地设置。
销状固定元件10采取阶梯形式,并且具有不同直径的三段,这三段由两个台肩19、20分开。上部段具有与在外部容器2中的开口8相同的直径,并且在注射模制后关闭这个开口8(图1、2)。中间段具有稍稍减小的直径,从而在固定元件10已经向内被按压之后,绕固定元件限定环形通道(图3)。该段的直径大于在连接部件12中的开口18的直径,从而台肩20可以在这个开口18的边缘上搁置而停止(图5)。当端部部分11然后被加热和变形时,接纳空间17的底部被包围在台肩20与端部部分11之间,借此连接部件12不可释放地连结到外部容器2上(图6)。
连接部件12另外具有:连接件21,用于通向置换介质源的管;和阀22,设置在这个连接件21与接纳空间17之间。这个阀22仅允许置换介质单向地通向空间13,并且防止介质的逸出。
一旦连接部件12已经连接到外部容器2上,并且内部容器4已填充有用于分配的产品,计量头23就可安装在绕外部容器2的分配开口3的颈部上。这个计量头23可以例如是在引用专利WO 2007/039167中描述的类型的,具有球形帽,该球形帽具有计量开口24和同样的球形封闭部件25,该球形封闭部件25枢转地连接到计量开口24上,并且该球形封闭部件25可由手柄26操作。容器1然后由此准备使用(图7)。
在使用期间,在内部容器4与外部容器2之间的空间13每次通过操作泵而用置换介质填充,借此使得在内部容器4中的产品处于压力下。封闭部件25然后通过运动手柄26而***作,借此计量开口24保持畅通,并且产品穿过它而流到容器1外。由于内部容器4气密地与大气相隔离,所以流出产品不由外部空气置换,并且所以内部容器4趋向于皱缩。与外部容器2的内部表面脱开的内部容器4的外部表面的部分因而逐渐增大(图8、9、10)。然而,因为内部容器4的后部侧被机械地固定到外部容器2的端部7上,所以内部容器保持一定程度的拉伸和张紧,由此尽可能避免皱折(产品会滞留在该皱折中)的形成。因而实际上可以分配内部容器4的全部内装物。
在容器101的一个可选择实施例中,作为将内部容器104的后部侧固定到外部容器102的端部壁107上的附加方式或替代方式,利用防皱缩部件127防止内部容器104的皱缩或起皱。在所示的例子中,防皱缩部件127是长形的,并且从分配开口105延伸到内部容器104中(图12、13)。因为内部容器104这里在其后部侧上也机械地连接到外部容器102上,所以有可能只要有防皱缩部件127就足够了,该防皱缩部件127在内部容器104中仅延伸稍稍超过在分配开口103、105与端部壁107之间的距离的一半。然而也可以预期,利用大体与端部壁107延伸得一样远的防皱缩部件。在该情况下,不必仍然将内部容器104分别地固定到外部容器102上,因为防皱缩部件此时的确已将内部容器104的后部侧固定地保持在端部壁107的位置处。
在这个例子中,防皱缩部件127采取管的形式,该管具有侧壁,在该侧壁中形成大量开口128。这些开口128在所有情况下延伸过管的周缘的几乎一半,并且在所有情况下沿着防皱缩部件127的纵向方向和周缘方向错开。这事实上产生一种具有两个支撑件129的梯子形构造,这两个支撑件129在其之间具有在任一侧上突出的多个半圆形梯级130(图11)。支撑件129还在顶部处由连续环131连接,该连续环131容纳在内部容器104的分配开口105中。
容器101的这个实施例的操作几乎与第一实施例的操作相同。当在内部容器104与外部容器102之间的空间113填充有加压置换介质,并且在封闭部件125***作时,产品从内部容器104分配。防皱缩部件127此时保证——在所示实施例中与固定元件110相组合——内部容器104不皱缩或起皱,从而它可几乎完全地排空(图14-17)。最大残余体积等于防皱缩部件127的体积。由于其比较敞开的构造,防皱缩部件127不会阻碍产品的流出。而且几乎没有任何产品粘附到这个部件127上,因为防皱缩部件127的表面面积相对更小。
在容器201的又一个实施例中,内部容器204和外部容器202彼此分别地形成,并且然后被带到一起并进行连接。内部容器204和外部容器202这里还是都被形成为比较厚壁的、大体管状的半成品(图18-21),并且在连接之后,被吹制成它们的最终比较薄壁的形式。为了在分配开口203、205的位置处将内部容器204和外部容器202相互连接的目的,内部容器设有弯曲端部边缘232,该弯曲端部边缘232可绕外部容器202的领圈(collar)233卡合。
因为外部容器202例如通过注射模制而分别地形成,所以有可能在随后借助于机加工操作而在其中布置开口208,来作为这个开口的直接复合模制的替代。因而可利用较简单的模具。
内部容器204和外部容器202分别形成的另一个优点是,可优化用于这些元件的每一个的生产过程。用于外部容器202的注射模制的比较长循环时间(该外部容器202比内部容器204厚),因而可通过使用为此目的例如具有大量模具空腔的模具而得到补偿。生产过程的参数也可最佳地适应用于外部容器202和内部容器204的不同材料。
当内部容器204和外部容器202分别地形成时,也比较简单的是,将额外层235、236布置在它们之间。这些中间层235、236同样可通过注射模制形成,并且采取与内部容器204和外部容器202的形式相对应的形式(图22)。在这种情况下,中间层235、236被包围在内部容器204与外部容器202之间,此时这些容器被推动并且固定地卡合到彼此中(图23)。然而也可以预期的是,在内部容器204被推动和固定地卡合到外部容器202中之前,中间层235、236的一个或多个由绕内部容器204包裹的薄膜形成。
中间层235、236的厚度与内部容器204的厚度大致相对应或比其小,并且同样是容易变形的,从而内部容器204和中间层235、236事实上的确表现为一个整体。因而事实上形成多层内部容器204(图24)。因此在这个实施例中,置换介质可进入的、在内部容器204与外部容器202之间的空间被限定在外部容器202与外部中间层235之间。
中间层235、236可用来改进容器201的阻隔性能,从而可保证在其中接纳的产品的质量。中间层235、236也可用作用于内部容器204的加强物,或用于改进耐化学性。不管中间层235、236的使用是否必要,为此目的必须使用那些材料取决于要分配的产品的性质。
中间层235、236还可以借助于复合注射(co-injection)或复合挤压(co-extrusion)而与内部容器204一体地形成。在内部容器204与外部容器202之间加入层的其它可能性是:所谓的模内贴标(in-mouldlabelling),其中,在注射模制内部容器204之前,将印刷薄膜首先设置在注射模具中;或所谓的装套管(sleeving),其中,在注射模制之后套管绕内部容器204布置,并且以后通过卷边绕其紧密地拉制。除改进内部容器204的物理性能之外,“模内贴标”具体地具有的结果是能够得到有吸引力的容器。因为外部容器202一般将是透明的或至少半透明的,所以内部容器204的外观从外部总是可见的。通过内部容器204的模内贴标可实现吸引人的光学效果。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,多层内部容器304和外部层302分别地由类似或相同塑料(例如PET)制成,并且然后被推到一起(图25)。内部容器304在其外侧上设有例如硅的非粘性层335。其结果是:在使用期间,当置换介质被引到内部层与外部层之间的空间313中时,内部层将容易地与外部层分离。
内部容器304还设有突出部分314,该突出部分314在注射模制期间形成浇口,并且该突出部分314用作固定元件310。这个突出部分314穿过在外部容器302的基底中的开口308而突出(图26)。与以前实施例相反,突出部分314不被变形或弯曲,而作为取代,锁定件337被固定在其上。在所示的实施例中,这个锁定件337也由与内部容器304相类似或相同的塑料制成,并且焊接在其上。在所示的实施例中,为此进行旋转焊接操作,其中锁定件337以高速转动并且压靠突出部分314,并采用摩擦热量来焊接(图27)。然而,其它形式的焊接或其它模式的连接,像粘结,当然也是可以预期的。
也连结到外部容器302上的是连接部件312,用以允许置换介质引入到在内部容器304与外部容器302之间的空间313中。在这个实施例中,由于在内部容器304的端部部分314附近使内部容器304比外部容器302稍窄并且稍短,形成空间313,在端部部分314上具有肋341以提供适当的定位。在所示的实施例中,连接部件312也由与外部容器302相类似或相同的塑料制成,并且同样通过旋转焊接而连结到端部壁307的突出部分309上。在连接部件312被连结到外部容器302上之前,在其中布置阀322(图29)。
在锁定件337和连接部件312已经连结到内部容器304和外部容器302上之后(图31),将各半成品吹制成它们的最终形状(图32)。然后计量头323可被连结到围绕分配开口303的颈部上,而具有碗形上部部分316的基底338可被安装在容器301的端部壁307上(图33)。这个基底设有接纳空间317,在该接纳空间317中可以容纳连接部件312。连接部件312和基底338设有相配合的突缘339和开口340(图34),这些相配合的突缘339和开口340形成卡口式(bayonet)联接。
尽管以上基于多个实施例已经解释了本发明,但本发明显然不限于这些实施例。可挑选另一个位置,在该位置处内部容器连接到外部容器上。而且,固定元件在纵向方向上以及在横截面方向上的的形状和尺寸都可以进行不同的选择,而且也可使用多个固定元件。外部容器和内部容器的形式和使用的材料当然也可变化。置换介质也可以在除在连接位置处之外的其它位置处被引入到容器中。而且,如果置换介质源被恒定地加压,则不要求阀的使用。
本发明的范围因此仅由如下权利要求书限定。

Claims (61)

1.一种用于待被分配的产品的容器,包括:
比较刚硬的外部容器,该外部容器具有至少一个分配开口;和
可变形内部容器,该内部容器能够被产品填充,所述可变形内部容器容纳在所述外部容器中,该可变形内部容器具有分配开口,并且在所述分配开口附近连接到所述外部容器上、并且还连接到连接部件上,该连接部件在远离所述分配开口的部位处连结到所述外部容器上,
其中,所述外部容器包括开口,至少一个固定元件穿过该开口突出,该固定元件连接到所述内部容器上,所述固定元件是销状的,并且具有端部部分,所述端部部分的尺寸相对地大于所述开口的尺寸,
所述端部部分将所述连接部件与所述外部容器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述端部部分包括所述固定元件的变形部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述端部部分包括连结到所述固定元件上的锁定件。
4.根据以上权利要求任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述固定元件与所述内部容器一体地形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述内部容器在与所述分配开口沿直径方向大体相对的部位处突出穿过所述外部容器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,用于置换介质的空间限定在所述内部容器与所述外部容器之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述空间限定在所述连接部位的位置处,并且经所述开口与大气连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的容器,其特征在于,所述空间由所述内部容器的一部分限定,该部分由所述固定元件保持在离所述外部容器一段距离处。
9.根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,在所述内部容器与所述外部容器之间布置非粘性层。
10.根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,用于置换介质源的连接部件在所述开口的位置处连接到所述外部容器上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述连接部件借助于所述固定元件连接到所述外部容器上。
12.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,设有长形部件,该长形部件从所述分配开口延伸到所述内部容器中,并且该长形部件防止所述内部容器的皱缩。
13.根据权利要求12所述的容器,其特征在于,所述长形部件在所述内部容器中在大于在所述分配开口与所述容器的相对端部壁之间的距离的一半的范围内延伸。
14.根据权利要求13所述的容器,其特征在于,所述长形部件基本延伸到所述端部壁。
15.根据权利要求12所述的容器,其特征在于,所述长形部件采取管的形式,该管具有侧壁,在该侧壁中形成至少一个开口。
16.根据权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于,所述长形部件具有多个开口,这些开口在所有情况下在所述管的周缘的几乎一半上延伸,并且这些开口在所有情况下沿所述部件的纵向方向和周缘方向错开。

21.应用在根据权利要求1所述的容器中的防皱缩部件,其中,所述防皱缩部件是长形部件,该长形部件从所述分配开口延伸到所述内部容器中,并且该长形部件防止所述内部容器的皱缩。
22.根据权利要求21所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述长形部件在所述内部容器中在大于在所述分配开口与所述容器的相对端部壁之间的距离的一半的范围内延伸。
23.根据权利要求22所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述长形部件基本延伸到所述端部壁。
24.根据权利要求21所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述长形部件采取管的形式,该管具有侧壁,在该侧壁中形成至少一个开口。
25.根据权利要求24所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述长形部件具有多个开口,这些开口在所有情况下在所述管的周缘的几乎一半上延伸,并且这些开口在所有情况下沿所述部件的纵向方向和周缘方向错开。
26.根据权利要求21所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述内部容器和/或所述外部容器至少部分地由塑料制造。
27.根据权利要求21所述的防皱缩部件,其特征在于,所述内部容器和/或所述外部容器包括多个层。
28.用来制造用于待被分配的产品的容器的方法,包括:
形成比较刚硬外部容器,该外部容器具有至少一个分配开口,
形成可变形内部容器,该内部容器将被所述产品填充,该内部容器也具有分配开口,
将所述内部容器布置在所述外部容器中,及
在所述分配开口的附近,将所述内部容器和所述外部容器相互连接,
其中,在远离所述分配开口的所述连接部位的位置处,所述外部容器设有开口,穿过该开口设置至少一个销状固定元件,该销状固定元件连接到所述内部容器上,并且其中,在被设置为穿过所述开口之后,所述固定元件设有增大的端部部分,该增大的端部部分的尺寸比所述开口的尺寸大,所述固定元件和所述端部部分被布置为用以将连接部件连接在所述内部容器和所述外部容器之间。
29.根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述固定元件的自由端部被变形,以构成所述增大的端部部分。
30.根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,锁定件连结到所述固定元件上,以构成所述增大的端部部分。
31.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述固定元件与所述内部容器一体地形成。
32.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器在与所述分配开口沿直径方向大体相对的部位处连接到所述外部容器上。
33.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器形成在所述外部容器中。
34.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器与所述外部容器分别地形成,并且随后被布置在所述外部容器中并与所述外部容器相连接。
35.根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器和所述外部容器形成为比较厚壁的、大体管状的半成品,并且在所述内部容器和所述外部容器连接之后,所述内部容器和所述外部容器被吹制成它们最终的比较薄壁的形式。
36.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器和/或所述外部容器至少部分地由塑料制造。
37.根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器和所述外部容器通过(复合)注射模制而形成。
38.根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器和所述外部容器通过(复合)挤压而形成。
39.根据权利要求36所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内部容器和/或所述外部容器包括多个层。
40.根据权利要求28至30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,用于置换介质的空间限定在所述内部容器与所述外部容器之间。
41.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,所述空间限定在连接部位的位置处,并且经所述开口与大气连通。
42.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述空间通过强迫所述固定元件至少部分地回到所述外部容器中而限定,其中,连接到所述固定元件上的所述内部容器的一部分设置在离所述外部容器一段距离处。
43.根据权利要求36所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述内部容器与所述外部容器之间布置非粘性层。
44.根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,用于置换介质源的连接部件在所述开口的位置处连接到所述外部容器上。
45.根据权利要求44所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连接部件借助于所述固定元件连接到所述外部容器上。
46.根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述内部容器和所述外部容器被吹制成它们的最终形式之前,所述连接部件连接到所述外部容器上。
