Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及冷冻机用润滑油组合物以及使用该组合物的压缩机,更具体而言,所述冷冻机用润滑油组合物为地球变暖系数低,特别是可用于使用作为可用于现行汽车空调***等的制冷剂的不饱和氟代烃化合物等特定制冷剂的冷冻机,所述冷冻机用润滑油组合物使用以特定的多元醇酯类化合物作为主成分的基油。
背景技术
一般,压缩型冷冻机至少由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构(膨胀阀等)、蒸发器、或再加上干燥器构成,其具有使制冷剂与润滑油(冷冻机油)的混合液体在该密闭体系内循环的结构。对于这种压缩型冷冻机,虽然根据装置种类的不同而不同,但一般而言,压缩机内为高温,冷却器内为低温,因此需使制冷剂与润滑油在从低温到高温的很宽的温度范围内不产生相分离地在该体系内循环。一般而言,制冷剂与润滑油在高温侧及低温侧有相分离区域,并且,低温侧的分离区域的最高温度优选为-10℃以下、尤其优选为-20℃以下。另一方面,高温侧的分离区域的最低温度优选为30℃以上、尤其优选为40℃以上。如在冷冻机运行时产生相分离,则对装置的寿命及效率有显著的不良影响。例如,如在压缩机部分制冷剂与润滑油产生相分离,则导致活动部分润滑不良、摩擦烧结(焼付き)等,装置的寿命显著缩短,另一方面如在蒸发器内产生相分离,则因存在粘度高的润滑油而造成热交换效率降低。
迄今,主要使用的氯氟烃(CFC)、含氢氯氟烃(HCFC)等作为冷冻机用制冷剂,为造成环境问题的含氯化合物,因此导致了对氢氟烃(HFC)等不含氯元素的替代制冷剂的研究。作为这种氢氟烃,例如以1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷、二氟甲烷、五氟乙烷、1,1,1-三氟乙烷为代表的氢氟烃正逐渐受到关注,例如汽车空调***中已开始使用1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷。
然而,该HFC亦恐对地球变暖方面造成影响,作为更加适宜于环境保护的替代制冷剂的二氧化碳等所谓天然制冷剂广受关注,但是因该二氧化碳必须施加高压,现有的汽车空调***中不能使用。
作为地球变暖系数低、现有汽车空调***中可以使用的制冷剂,正出现例如不饱和氟代烃化合物(例如,参照专利文献1)、氟化醚化合物(例如,参照专利文献2)、氟化醇化合物、氟化酮化合物等分子中有特定的极性构造的制冷剂。
对于使用这种制冷剂的冷冻机用润滑油,要求其对上述制冷剂的相溶性优异,同时密封性良好,并且滑动部分摩擦系数低,而且稳定性优异。

发明内容
发明欲解决的课题
在这种状况下,本发明的目的在于提供冷冻机用润滑油组合物以及使用该组合物的压缩机,所述组合物可用于使用具有不饱和氟代烃化合物等特定构造的制冷剂的冷冻机,所述制冷剂地球变暖系数低、尤其可用于现有汽车空调***等,所述组合物对所述制冷剂的相溶性优异,同时密封性良好,并且滑动部分摩擦系数低,而且稳定性优异。
解决课题的手段
本发明者为达成上述目的不断锐意研究,结果发现通过在使用含有特定的多元醇酯类化合物、并具有特定性状的物质作为基油,优选在冷冻机的滑动部分使用特定的材料,可达成该目的。本发明基于相关认识而完成。
即,本发明提供:
(1)冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,其为用于使用如下制冷剂的冷冻机的润滑油组合物,所述制冷剂含有选自下述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物、或所述含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合,所述分子式(A)为:
CpOqFrRs …(A)
式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或H,p为1-6的整数,q为0-2的整数,r为1-14的整数,s为0-13的整数;但是,q为0时,p为2-6,分子中具有1个以上碳-碳不饱和键;
使用如下物质作为基油:含有由选自季戊四醇、二季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷及新戊二醇的多元醇和碳原子数为4-20的脂族一元羧酸构成的多元醇酯类化合物为主成分,且酸值为0.02mg KOH/g以下而羟基值为5mg KOH/g以下;
(2)上述(1)的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,制冷剂含有碳原子数为2-3的不饱和氟代烃制冷剂,或碳原子数为1-2的饱和氟代烃制冷剂与碳原子数为3的不饱和氟代烃制冷剂的组合;
(3)权利要求(1)或(2)的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油在100℃时的运动粘度为2-50mm2/s;
(4)上述(1)-(3)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油的分子量为300以上;
(5)上述(1)-(4)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油的闪点为200℃以上;
(6)上述(1)-(5)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,所述组合物含有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、除酸剂及消泡剂中的至少一种添加剂;
(7)上述(1)-(6)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,冷冻机的滑动部分由工程塑料构成,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜;
(8)上述(7)的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,有机涂膜为聚四氟乙烯涂膜、聚酰亚胺涂膜、聚酰胺-酰亚胺涂膜、或使用含有由多羟基醚树脂及聚砜类树脂构成的树脂基材与交联剂的树脂涂料形成的热固型绝缘膜;
(9)上述(7)项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,无机涂膜为石墨膜、类金刚石膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜;
(10)上述(1)-(9)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,所述组合物用于汽车空调、电动汽车空调、气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机或橱窗的各种热水供给***或者制冷·供暖***;
(11)上述(10)的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,***内的含水量为300质量ppm以下,残存空气量为10kPa以下;
(12)使用上述(1)-(6)中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的压缩机;
(13)上述(12)的压缩机,其中,滑动部分由工程塑料构成,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜;
(14)上述(13)的压缩机,其中,工程塑料为聚酰胺树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂或聚缩醛树脂;
(15)上述(13)的压缩机,其中,有机涂膜为聚四氟乙烯涂膜、聚酰亚胺涂膜、聚酰胺-酰亚胺涂膜、或使用含有由多羟基醚树脂及聚砜类树脂构成的树脂基材与交联剂的树脂涂料形成的热固型绝缘膜;
(16)上述(13)的压缩机,其中,无机涂膜为石墨膜、类金刚石膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜。
发明效果
本发明提供冷冻机用润滑油组合物以及使用该组合物的压缩机,所述组合物可用于使用具有不饱和氟代烃化合物等特定构造的制冷剂的冷冻机,所述制冷剂地球变暖系数低、尤其可可用于现有汽车空调***等,所述组合物对所述制冷剂的相溶性优异,同时密封性良好,并且滑动部分摩擦系数低,而且稳定性优异。
具体实施方式
本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物使用如下制冷剂,所述制冷剂含有选自下述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物、或所述含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合,所述分子式(A)为:

式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或H,p为1-6的整数,q为0-2的整数,r为1-14的整数,s为0-13的整数;但是,q为0时,p为2-6,分子中具有1个以上碳-碳不饱和键。
<制冷剂>
上述分子式(A)表示分子中的元素的种类及数量,式(A)表示碳原子C的数量p为1-6的含氟有机化合物。只要是碳原子数为1-6的含氟有机化合物,就具有制冷剂所要求的沸点、凝固点、蒸发潜热等的物理、化学性质。
该分子式(A)中,Cp所表示的p个碳原子的结合形态包括碳-碳单键,碳-碳双键等的不饱和键,碳-氧双键等。出于稳定性的考虑,碳-碳的不饱和键优选为碳-碳双键,其数量为1以上,优选为1。
此外,分子式(A)中,Oq表示的q个氧原子的结合形态,优选为来自醚基、羟基或羰基中的氧元素。其中的氧原子数q,可为2,亦包括含有2个醚基及羟基等的场合。
此外,Oq中的q为0,分子中不含氧原子的场合下,p为2-6,分子中碳-碳双键等的不饱和键有1个以上。即,Cp所表示的p个碳原子的结合形态的至少1个必须为碳-碳不饱和键。
此外,分子式(A)中,R为Cl、Br、I或H,其中的任一种均可,但出于对臭氧层破坏的威胁小的考虑,R优选为H。
如上所述,作为分子式(A)所表示的含氟有机化合物,可列举不饱和氟代烃化合物、氟化醚化合物、氟化醇化合物及氟化酮化合物等作为优选的化合物。
以下,对上述化合物加以说明。
[不饱和氟代烃化合物]
本发明中,作为用作冷冻机的制冷剂的不饱和氟代烃化合物,可列举例如分子式(A)中,R为H、p为2-6、q为0、r为1-12、s为0-11的不饱和氟代烃化合物。
作为这种不饱和氟代烃化合物,可优选列举例如碳原子数为2-6的直链状或支链状烯烃及碳原子数为4-6的环状烯烃的氟化物。
具体而言,可列举导入有1-3个氟原子的乙烯、导入有1-5个氟原子的丙烯、导入有1-7个氟原子的丁烯、导入有1-9个氟原子的戊烯、导入有1-11个氟原子的己烯、导入有1-5个氟原子的环丁烯、导入有1-7个氟原子的环戊烯、导入有1-9个氟原子的环己烯等。
这些不饱和氟代烃化合物中,优选碳原子数为2-3的不饱和氟代烃化合物,更优选丙烯的氟化物。作为该丙烯的氟化物,可列举例如五氟丙烯的各种异构体、3,3,3-三氟丙烯及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯等,尤其优选为1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯。
本发明中,上述不饱和氟代烃化合物可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
此外,优选使用碳原子数为1-2的饱和氟代烃制冷剂与碳原子数3的不饱和氟代烃制冷剂的组合,作为该组合,可列举例如上述1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯与CH2F2的组合、1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯与CHF2CH3的组合以及上述2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯与CF3I的组合等。
[氟化醚化合物]
本发明中,作为用作冷冻机的制冷剂的氟化醚化合物,可列举例如分子式(A)中,R为H、p为2-6、q为1-2、r为1-14、s为0-13的氟化醚化合物。
作为这种氟化醚化合物,可优选列举例如碳原子数为2-6、具有1-2个醚键、烷基为直链状或支链状的链状脂族醚的氟化物,或碳原子数为3-6、具1-2个醚键的环状脂族醚的氟化物。
具体而言,可列举例如导入有1-6个氟原子的二甲醚、导入有1-8个氟原子的甲基乙基醚、导入有1-8个氟原子的二甲氧基甲烷、导入有1-10个氟原子的甲基丙基醚类、导入有1-12个氟原子的甲基丁基醚类、导入有1-12个氟原子的乙基丙基醚类、导入有1-6个氟原子的氧杂环丁烷、导入有1-6个氟原子的1,3-二氧杂环戊烷、导入有1-8个氟原子的四氢呋喃等。
作为这些氟化醚化合物,可列举例如六氟二甲醚、五氟二甲醚、双(二氟甲基)醚、氟甲基三氟甲基醚、三氟甲基甲基醚、全氟二甲氧基甲烷、1-三氟甲氧基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷、二氟甲氧基五氟乙烷、1-三氟甲氧基-1,2,2,2-四氟乙烷、1-二氟甲氧基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷、1-二氟甲氧基-1,2,2,2-四氟乙烷、1-三氟甲氧基-2,2,2-三氟乙烷、1-二氟甲氧基-2,2,2-三氟乙烷、全氟氧杂环丁烷、全氟-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷、五氟氧杂环丁烷的各种异构体、四氟氧杂环丁烷的各种异构体等。
本发明中,上述氟化醚化合物可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
[氟化醇化合物]
本发明中,作为用作冷冻机的制冷剂的分子式(A)表示的氟化醇化合物,可列举例如分子式(A)中,R为H、p为1-6、q为1-2、r为1-13、s为1-13的氟化醚化合物。
作为这种氟化醇化合物,可列举例如碳原子数为1-6、具有1-2个羟基的直链状或支链状脂族醇的氟化物。
具体而言,可列举例如导入有1-3个氟原子的甲醇、导入有1-5个氟原子的乙醇、导入有1-7个氟原子的丙醇类、导入有1-9个氟原子的丁醇类、导入有1-11个氟原子的戊醇类、导入有1-4个氟原子的乙二醇、导入有1-6个氟原子的丙二醇等。
作为这些氟化醇化合物,可列举例如单氟甲醇、二氟甲醇、三氟甲醇、二氟乙醇的各种异构体、三氟乙醇的各种异构体、四氟乙醇的各种异构体、五氟乙醇、二氟丙醇的各种异构体、三氟丙醇的各种异构体、四氟丙醇的各种异构体、五氟丙醇的各种异构体、六氟丙醇的各种异构体、七氟丙醇、二氟丁醇的各种异构体、三氟丁醇的各种异构体、四氟丁醇的各种异构体、五氟丁醇的各种异构体、六氟丁醇的各种异构体、七氟丁醇的各种异构体、八氟丁醇的各种异构体、九氟丁醇、二氟乙二醇的各种异构体、三氟乙二醇、四氟乙二醇,进一步可列举例如二氟丙二醇的各种异构体、三氟丙二醇的各种异构体、四氟丙二醇的各种异构体、五氟丙二醇的各种异构体、六氟丙二醇等的氟化丙二醇,以及对应于上述氟化丙二醇的氟化1,3-丙二醇等。
本发明中,上述氟化醇化合物可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
[氟化酮化合物]
本发明中,作为用作冷冻机的制冷剂的氟化酮化合物,可列举例如分子式(A)中,R为H、p为2-6、q为1-2、r为1-12、s为0-11的氟化酮化合物。
作为这种氟化酮化合物,可列举例如碳原子数为3-6、烷基为直链状或支链状的脂族酮的氟化物。
具体而言,可列举例如导入有1-6个氟原子的丙酮、导入有1-8个氟原子的甲基乙基酮、导入有1-10个氟原子的二乙基酮、导入有1-10个氟原子的甲基丙基酮类等。
作为这些氟化酮化合物,可列举例如六氟二甲基酮、五氟二甲基酮、双(二氟甲基)酮、氟甲基三氟甲基酮、三氟甲基甲基酮、全氟甲基乙基酮、三氟甲基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙基酮、二氟甲基五氟乙基酮、三氟甲基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙基酮、二氟甲基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙基酮、二氟甲基-1,2,2,2-四氟乙基酮、三氟甲基-2,2,2-三氟乙基酮、二氟甲基-2,2,2-三氟乙基酮等。
本发明中,上述氟化酮化合物可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
[饱和氟代烃化合物]
上述饱和氟代烃化合物为能根据需要与选自上述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物混合的制冷剂。
作为上述饱和氟代烃化合物,优选碳原子数为1-4的烷烃的氟化物,尤其优选作为碳原子数为1-2的甲烷或乙烷的氟化物的三氟甲烷、二氟甲烷、1,1-二氟乙烷、1,1,1-三氟乙烷、1,1,2-三氟乙烷、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷、1,1,1,2,2-五氟乙烷。此外,作为饱和氟代烃化合物,上述烷烃的氟化物,亦可为经氟元素以外的卤素原子卤化的化合物,可列举例如三氟碘甲烷(CF3I)等。上述饱和氟代烃可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
此外,以制冷剂总量为基准,上述饱和氟代烃化合物的掺混量通常为30质量%以下、优选为20质量%以下、更优选为10质量%以下。
本发明的冷冻机用润滑油组合物(以下,称为冷冻机油组合物),为使用上述制冷剂的冷冻机用的润滑油组合物,其使用下述物质作为基油。
[基油]
作为本发明的冷冻机油组合物的基油,使用由选自季戊四醇、二季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷及新戊二醇中的多元醇和碳原子数为4-20的脂族一元羧酸构成的多元醇酯类化合物。碳原子数为4-20的脂族一元羧酸中,出于润滑性的考虑,优选碳原子数为5以上的、更优选碳原子数为6以上的、尤其优选碳原子数为8以上的。此外,出于与制冷剂的相溶性的考虑,优选碳原子数为18以下的、更优选碳原子数为12以下的、进一步优选碳原子数为9以下的。
此外,直链状与支链状的任一种均可,出于润滑性的考虑,优选直链状脂族一元羧酸,出于加水分解稳定性的考虑,优选支链状脂族一元羧酸。
此外,饱和脂族一元羧酸、不饱和脂族一元羧酸的任一种均可。
作为脂族一元羧酸,可列举例如戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一烷酸、十二烷酸、十三烷酸、十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸、十七烷酸、十八烷酸、十九烷酸、二十烷酸、油酸等直链或支链羧酸,或者α碳原子为4级的所谓新酸(ネオ酸)等。更具体而言,优选戊酸(正戊酸)、己酸(正己酸)、庚酸(正庚酸)、辛酸(正辛酸)、壬酸(正壬酸)、癸酸(正癸酸)、油酸(顺式-9-十八碳烯酸)、异戊酸(3-甲基丁酸)、2-甲基己酸、2-乙基戊酸、2-乙基己酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸等。
需说明的是,作为多元醇酯类化合物,可以为多元醇的所有羟基未完全被酯化而得到的部分酯,亦可为所有羟基均被酯化而得到的完全酯,亦可为部分酯与完全酯的混合物,但优选为完全酯化产物。
需说明的是,选自季戊四醇、二季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷及新戊二醇的多元醇与上述脂族一元羧酸所得的酯为二酯以上时,则其可为混合脂族一元羧酸与多元醇所得的酯。这种酯的低温特性和与制冷剂的相溶性优异。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,基油使用含有选自上述多元醇酯类化合物的至少1种作为主成分的物质。此处,“作为主成分而含有”是指以50质量%以上的比例含有该多元醇酯类化合物。基油中该多元醇酯类化合物的优选含量为70质量%以上,更优选的含量为90质量%以上,更进一步优选的含量为100质量%。
本发明的基油,尤其适用于上述不饱和氟代烃制冷剂,但因该制冷剂具有烯烃构造,因此稳定性差,所以要求基油的酸值为0.02mg/KOH以下,且羟基值为5mg/KOH以下。优选的酸值为0.01mg/KOH以下,优选的羟基值为3mg/KOH以下。
此外,作为上述基油,优选ASTM色为1以下、表面张力为20mN/m以上、抽提水(抽出水)pH为5.5以上、灰分为0.1质量%以下、体积电阻(体積抵抗値)为109Ωm以上。具有上述性状的基油稳定性良好,具有优异的电气绝缘性,因而优选。
制造上述多元醇酯类化合物时,通过在非活性气体氛围下进行酯化反应,便能够抑制着色。此外,对于所反应的多元醇与脂族一元羧酸的比例,在脂族一元羧酸的量小于化学计量比的场合,羟基残留,羟基值上升,另一方面,大于化学计量比的场合,羧酸残留,酸值上升,同时抽提水的pH降低。因此,优选使多元醇与脂族一元羧酸的摩尔比最合适,此外,优选施加处理,使残留的酯化催化剂(灰分)的量,尽可能少。
本发明中,基油在100℃时的运动粘度,优选为2-50mm2/s,更优选为3-40mm2/s,进一步优选为4-30mm2/s。若该运动粘度在2mm2/s以上,则可发挥良好的润滑性能(耐荷重性),同时密封性亦良好,而若在50mm2/s以下,则能源节约性良好。
此外,基油的分子量,优选为300以上,更优选为500-3000,进一步优选为600-2500。基油的闪点优选为200℃以上。若基油的分子量在300以上,则能发挥作为冷冻机油所需的性能,同时能够使基油的闪点在200℃以上。此外,出于氧化稳定性方面考虑,蒸发量优选为5质量%以下。需说明的是,该蒸发量为根据热稳定性试验(JIS K2540)所测定的值。
本发明中,基油只要具有上述性状,就可使用以下物质:在含有上述多元醇酯类化合物的同时,以50质量%以下、优选30质量%以下、更优选10质量%以下的比例含有其它基油,但更优选不含有其它基油。
作为可与上述多元醇酯类化合物并用的基油,具体而言,可列举例如聚氧化亚烷基二醇类(ポリオキシアルキレングリコ一ル類)、聚乙烯醚类、聚(氧化)亚烷基二醇(ポリ(オキシ)アルキレングリコ一ル)或其一元醚与聚乙烯醚的共聚物、其它的聚酯类、聚碳酸酯类、α-烯烃低聚物的氢化物,还可列举石油、脂环式烃、烷基化芳族烃等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物,可含有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、除酸剂及消泡剂等的至少1种添加剂。
作为上述极压添加剂,可列举例如磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯及其铵盐等的磷类极压剂。
这些磷类极压剂中,出于极压性、摩擦特性等的考虑,尤其优选磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三苯硫酯(トリチオフエニルホスフエ一ト)、亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亚磷酸二油醇酯(ジオレイルハイドロゲンホスフアイト)、亚磷酸2-乙基己酯·二苯酯等。
此外,作为极压剂,可列举例如羧酸的金属盐。此处所述羧酸的金属盐,优选为碳原子数为3-60的羧酸的金属盐,更优选为碳原子数为3-30、尤其优选为12-30的脂肪酸的金属盐。此外,可列举上述脂肪酸的二聚酸与三聚酸的金属盐以及碳原子数为3-30的二羧酸的金属盐等。其中尤其优选碳原子数为12-30的脂肪酸的金属盐以及碳原子数为3-30的二羧酸的金属盐。
另一方面,作为构成金属盐的金属,优选为碱金属或碱土金属,尤其碱金属最为合适。
此外,作为极压剂,可进一步列举例如硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二氢葛缕聚硫化物(ジヒドロカルビルポリサルフアイド)、硫代氨基甲酸酯类、硫萜烯类、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯类等的硫类极压剂作为上述极压剂以外的极压剂。
出于润滑性及稳定性的考虑,基于组合物总量,上述极压剂的掺混量通常为0.001-5质量%、尤其优选为0.005-3质量%的范围。
上述极压剂可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。
作为上述油性剂的实例,可列举例如硬脂酸、油酸等的脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸,二聚酸、加氢二聚酸等的聚合脂肪酸,蓖麻醇酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等的羟基脂肪酸,月桂醇、油醇等的脂族饱和及不饱和一元醇,硬脂胺、油胺等的脂族饱和及不饱和一元胺,月桂酰胺、油酰胺等的脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸酰胺,甘油、山梨糖醇等的多元醇与脂族饱和或不饱和一元羧酸形成的部分酯等。
上述物质可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。此外,基于组合物总量,其掺混量通常选定为0.01-10质量%、优选0.1-5质量%的范围。
作为上述抗氧化剂,优选将下述抗氧化剂掺混:2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二-叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等的苯酚类,苯基-α-萘胺、N.N’-二-苯基-对苯二胺等的胺类的抗氧化剂。出于效果及经济性等的考虑,在组合物中通常以0.01-5质量%,优选为0.05-3质量%掺混抗氧化剂。
作为除酸剂,可列举例如苯基缩水甘油醚、烷基缩水甘油醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油酯、烷基缩水甘油酯、烯基缩水甘油酯、氧化环己烯、α-环氧烷烃、环氧化大豆油等的环氧化合物。其中,出于相溶性的考虑,优选苯基缩水甘油醚、烷基缩水甘油醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚、缩水甘油基-2,2-二甲基辛酸酯、缩水甘油苯甲酸酯、缩水甘油-叔丁基苯甲酸酯、缩水甘油丙烯酸酯、缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯、氧化环己烯、α-环氧烷烃。
上述烷基缩水甘油醚的烷基、及亚烷基二醇缩水甘油醚的亚烷基可具有支链,且碳原子数通常为3-30、优选为4-24、尤其优选为6-16。此外,α-环氧烷烃一般使用总碳原子数为4-50、优选4-24、尤其优选6-16的α-环氧烷烃。本发明中,上述除酸剂可单独使用1种,亦可将2种以上组合使用。此外,出于效果及抑制沉积物发生的考虑,相对于组合物,其掺混量通常为0.005-5质量%、尤其优选为0.05-3质量%的范围。
本发明中,通过将上述除酸剂掺混可提高冷冻机油组合物的稳定性。通过将上述极压剂与除酸剂并用能进一步发挥提高稳定性的效果。
上述消泡剂可列举例如硅油、氟化硅油等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,在不损害本发明目的的范围内,可与其它公知的各种添加剂适当掺混,所述添加剂例如N-[N,N’-二烷基(碳原子数为3-12的烷基)氨基甲基]***等的铜钝化剂(銅不活性化剤)等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物适用于使用如下制冷剂的冷冻机,所述制冷剂含有选自上述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物、或上述含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合。尤其适用于使用含不饱和氟代烃化合物制冷剂的冷冻机。
本发明的使用冷冻机油组合物的冷冻机的润滑方法中,对于上述各种制冷剂与冷冻机油组合物的使用量,优选为制冷剂/冷冻机油组合物的质量比为99/1-10/90、更优选为95/5-30/70的范围。在制冷剂的量少于上述范围的场合,发现冷冻能力降低,而在高于上述范围的场合,润滑性能降低,因此不优选。本发明的冷冻机油组合物可用于各种冷冻机,尤其适用于压缩型冷冻机的压缩式冷冻循环。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物所适用的冷冻机具有冷冻循环,同时使用上述本发明的冷冻机油组合物作为冷冻机油,并且使用上述各种制冷剂作为制冷剂,所述冷冻循环必须由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构(膨胀阀等)及蒸发器构成,或必须由压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构、干燥器及蒸发器构成。
此处,在干燥器中,优选填充由细孔径为0.33nm以下的沸石构成的干燥剂。此外,作为上述沸石,可列举天然沸石与合成沸石,而且对于上述沸石,25℃下、CO2气体分压为33kPa时,CO2气体吸收容量为1.0%以下的沸石更合适。作为上述合成沸石,可列举例如联合昭和株式会社(ユニオン昭和(株))制的商品名为XH-9、XH-600等。
根据本发明,若使用上述干燥剂,则能够不吸收冷冻循环中的制冷剂而非常有效地除去水份,同时可抑制干燥剂自身恶化所造成的粉末化,因此没有因粉末化而产生配管闭塞以及因粉末进入压缩机滑动部分而导致异常磨耗的危险,使冷冻机能够长时间的稳定运行。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物所适用的冷冻机,其压缩机内部具有各种滑动部分(例如轴承等)。本发明中,尤其是出于对密封性的考虑,作为上述滑动部分,使用由工程塑料构成的滑动部分或使用具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜的滑动部分。
作为上述工程塑料,出于密封性、滑动性、耐磨耗性等的考虑,可优选列举例如聚酰胺树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂、聚缩醛树脂等。
此外,作为有机涂膜,出于密封性、滑动性、耐磨耗性等的考虑,可优选列举例如含氟树脂涂膜(聚四氟乙烯涂膜等)、聚酰亚胺涂膜、聚酰胺-酰亚胺涂膜,进一步可列举使用含有由多羟基醚树脂与聚砜类树脂构成的树脂基材与交联剂的树脂涂料形成的热固型绝缘膜等。
另一方面,作为无机涂膜,出于密封性、滑动性、耐磨耗性等的考虑,可列举石墨膜、类金刚石膜、镍膜、钼膜、锡膜、铬膜等。该无机涂膜,可以电镀处理形成,亦可以PVD法(物理气相沉积法)形成。
需说明的是,作为该滑动部分,可使用常规的合金类,例如由Fe基合金、Al基合金、Cu基合金等构成的物质。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物可用于例如汽车空调、电动汽车空调、气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机或橱窗的各种热水供给***或者制冷·供暖***。
本发明中,上述***内的水份含量,优选为300质量ppm以下,更优选为200质量ppm以下。此外,该***内的残存空气量,优选为10kPa以下、更优选为5kPa以下。
就本发明的冷冻机油组合物而言,基油为以含有特定的含氧化合物为主成分的物质,粘度低、能够达到能源节约性的目的、而且密封性优异。
本发明所述压缩机(冷冻机用压缩机)为使用上述冷冻机油组合物的压缩机。即,下述使用上述冷冻机油组合物的压缩机,所述压缩机使用含有选自上述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物、或所述含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合作为制冷剂。
所述压缩机的滑动部分优选使用为一部分或全部由工程塑料构成的滑动部分,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜的滑动部分。作为滑动部分,例如斜板式压缩机中,可列举例如斜板与滑靴(シユ一)的滑动面、滑靴与活塞的滑动部面、活塞与汽缸体的滑动面等的滑动部分。
由于上述滑动部分的至少一部分由上述工程塑料构成,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜,因此压缩机以及含有该压缩机的冷冻机的密封性提高,并且滑动性、耐磨耗性均可提高。
工程塑料、有机涂膜以及无机涂膜的优选实例,如上所述。
实施例
以下,根据实施例,进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明并不限定于下述实施例。
需说明的是,基油的性状及冷冻机油组合物的各项特性,遵循以下所示要领。
<基油的性状>
(1)100℃运动粘度
根据JIS K2283-1983,使用玻璃制毛细管式粘度计测定。
(2)闪点
根据JIS K2265,以C.O.C法测定。
(3)分子量
基于构成基油的化合物的化学构造之计算值。
(4)酸值
根据JIS K2501测定。
(5)羟基值
根据JIS K0070测定。
<冷冻机油组合物的各项特性>
(6)二层分离温度(二層分離温度)
向二层分离温度测定管(内容积10mL)中,填充油/制冷剂(0.6g/2.4g),保持于恒温槽内。恒温槽的温度从室温(25℃)开始,温度以1℃/min的比例上升,测定二层分离温度。
此外,制冷剂使用1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯(アポロサイエンテイフイツク·リミツテド制[PC07052]。)
(7)稳定性(密封管试验)
向玻璃管内填充油/制冷剂4mL/1g(水份含量200ppm)以及铁、铜、铝的金属催化剂后封管,在气压26.6kPa、温度175℃的条件下保持30天后,以目测观察油外观、催化剂外观、沉积物的有无,并测定酸值。制冷剂与上述(6)相同。
(8)摩擦烧结试验
在销(ピン)/块(ブロツク)=A4032/AISIC1137,转数:1200rpm,荷重:223N,油量:4μL,上述(6)的制冷剂:1MPa的条件下,进行涂层法列克司摩擦烧结试验(塗布フアレツクス焼付け試験)。
冷冻机油组合物的制备所用各成分的种类如下所示。
基油采用A1-A23。各基油的化合物名称及性状如第1表所示。

基油A1的性状(表中记载以外)=ASTM色L0.5、表面张力34.7mN/m、抽提水pH6.4、灰分<0.1质量%、体积电阻1011Ωm。
此外,添加剂使用抗氧化剂B1(2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)。
实施例1-9及比较例1-14
制备第2表所示组合的冷冻机油组合物,使用1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯为制冷剂,评价上述组合物的特性。其结果如第2表所示。

由第2表可知,本发明的冷冻机油组合物(实施例1-9),对制冷剂1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯,二层分离温度超过40℃,并且在使用1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯的密封管试验中稳定性优异,并且,在涂层法列克司摩擦烧结试验中,摩擦烧结时间长。
产业上的可利用性
本发明提供冷冻机用润滑油组合物以及使用该组合物的压缩机,所述冷冻机用润滑油组合物可用于使用具有不饱和氟代烃化合物等特定构造的制冷剂的冷冻机,所述制冷剂地球变暖系数低、尤其可用于现有汽车空调***等,所述组合物对所述制冷剂的相溶性优异,同时密封性良好,并且滑动部分摩擦系数低,而且稳定性优异。
Claims (16)
1.冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,其为用于使用如下制冷剂的冷冻机的润滑油组合物,所述制冷剂含有选自下述分子式(A)所表示化合物的至少1种的含氟有机化合物、或所述含氟有机化合物与饱和氟代烃化合物的组合,所述分子式(A)为:
CpOqFrRs ···(A)
式中,R表示Cl、Br、I或H,p为1-6的整数,q为0-2的整数,r为1-14的整数,s为0-13的整数;但是,q为0时,p为2-6,分子中具有1个以上碳-碳不饱和键;
使用如下物质作为基油:含有由选自季戊四醇、二季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷及新戊二醇的多元醇和碳原子数为4-20的脂族一元羧酸构成的多元醇酯类化合物为主成分,且酸值为0.02mg KOH/g以下而羟基值为5mg KOH/g以下。
2.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,制冷剂含有碳原子数为2-3的不饱和氟代烃制冷剂,或碳原子数为1-2的饱和氟代烃制冷剂与碳原子数为3的不饱和氟代烃制冷剂的组合。
3.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油在100℃时的运动粘度为2-50mm2/s。
4.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油的分子量为300以上。
5.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,基油的闪点为200℃以上。
6.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,所述组合物含有选自极压添加剂、油性剂、抗氧化剂、除酸剂及消泡剂的至少一种添加剂。
7.权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,冷冻机的滑动部分由工程塑料构成,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜。
8.权利要求7的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,有机涂膜为聚四氟乙烯涂膜、聚酰亚胺涂膜、聚酰胺-酰亚胺涂膜、或使用含有由多羟基醚树脂及聚砜类树脂构成的树脂基材与交联剂的树脂涂料形成的热固型绝缘膜。
9.权利要求7的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,无机涂膜为石墨膜、类金刚石膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜。
10.权利要求1-9中任一项的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,所述组合物用于汽车空调、电动汽车空调、气热泵、空调、冰箱、自动售货机或橱窗的各种热水供给***或者制冷·供暖***。
11.权利要求10的冷冻机用润滑油组合物,其中,***内的含水量为300质量ppm以下,残存空气量为10kPa以下。
12.使用权利要求1的冷冻机用润滑油组合物的压缩机。
13.权利要求12的压缩机,其中,滑动部分由工程塑料构成,或具有有机涂膜或无机涂膜。
14.权利要求13的压缩机,其中,工程塑料为聚酰胺树脂、聚苯硫醚树脂或聚缩醛树脂。
15.权利要求13的压缩机,其中,有机涂膜为聚四氟乙烯涂膜、聚酰亚胺涂膜、聚酰胺-酰亚胺涂膜、或使用含有由多羟基醚树脂及聚砜类树脂构成的树脂基材与交联剂的树脂涂料形成的热固型绝缘膜。
16.权利要求13的压缩机,其中,无机涂膜为石墨膜、类金刚石膜、锡膜、铬膜、镍膜或钼膜。
